Scoring: ☆☆☆☆☆ 777 check-in sake (2) Next up, Nanada's classic Jungin: ❣️ The moment you put it in your mouth "Oh ❣️" I said "Oh " when I took a sip. The aroma gently reminds me of white peaches😍. The elegant sweetness and the calm acidity are well balanced and even transparent 💕. But it also has a solid umami, and the gentle bitterness further enhances the umami 🎶. The lingering taste is indescribably sweet and umami 😋. As the temperature rises, the rich and expanding umami is also good 😍. I regret that my image of Shichida was a bit wrong 😅. I'm going to try drinking more lol

Scoring: ☆☆☆☆ Here we are‼️ 777 check-in❣️🎉㊗️🎊 So, three drinks with seven (lol) Daishichi Shichida Shichiken 👍👍👍👍👍👍👍 I worked hard on the six, and I managed to get them together again 🎶😆. The top batter is Shichiken 🍶. It's a classic Jungin 😊. Aroma of pear🍐❣️ Soft sweet flavor followed by a tangy black peppery spiciness😆. Smooth mouthfeel but with a crisp fruity sweetness and mild acidity 😍. Finishes with a tangy bitterness and a short, dry finish 💕 It's a great drink👍 But I'm impressed with myself how I drank it mainly as a home drinker to get to 777 check in lol 🤣🤣🤣!

Scoring: ☆☆☆☆ The new Tasyu special pure Koshiro Nishiki: ❣️ Kojonishiki has been around for a while! I thought it was a new release in Tokujun 🤔. Kojo-nishiki is the first sake brewing rice developed by Aomori Prefecture, and it seems that Nishida Sake Brewery is the only one using Kojo-nishiki in Aomori Prefecture now! 💦 The royal Tasake Tokujun was made with Hanafukiyuki and Yamadanishiki, but now they have added Kojonishiki to their lineup 😁. Now, let's open the bottle 🎉! The aroma is pear-like ❣️ In the mouth, the smooth rice flavor spreads out and is finished off with a refreshing acidity 😋. Overall, this sake feels elegant and has a lustrous flavor and sharpness 🎶. I like the way the fluffy umami flavor lingers in the aftertaste at the end 😋 💕︎ It's like a quintessential rice wine 👏😊.

Scoring: ☆☆☆☆ Suitama's new Sake Komachi Raw: ❣️ Seems to be a new summer sake version 😆. Ryoseki's summer sake is RZ sweet and dry, but I wonder if this Jungin and Tokujun have been added to the lineup? 🤔 The aroma is a mellow ginjo aroma typical of Suitama ❣️ Slightly cool and refreshing, with a mango🥭-like tropical fruity sweet flavor 😋. But the softness of the unique Sake Komachi flavor is perfect for me✨. And the aftertaste has just the right amount of bitterness to give it a nice kick 😍👍. Summer sake sometimes has a strong acidity, but I feel like it has a summer sake feel while still retaining the Suitama character 🎶. Delicious 😋. I'm also interested in Tokujun - 💕︎ The third one is a new favorite, ramen from Kenan 🍜. Beautiful noodle line 😍. Topped with back fat, which is my specialty lol And also a boiled egg 💕! I thought the low-temperature-cooked chashu pork was delicious for the first time ☺️ tender (* - omega - )b It was delicious too 😋. But...my stomach... 😰 lol

Scoring☆☆☆☆ My favorite Toyoka: ❣️ I got the dry special jun in Miyagi along with the Hiran Seiten ( *˙ω˙*) و gug! I also compared it to the Hiran Seiten I opened earlier! Both are dry, but they are quite different! As the name suggests, the aroma is rich and robust: ❣️ The rice flavor is strong, yet clean and crisp 😍👍. If "Hiran Seiten" is a dry and refreshing sake, this is a mellow dry sake with a pleasant taste, this one is a mellow dry sake that is comfortable to drink 🍶. We blindfolded our family members and all 3 of us agreed on Houkou (lol). Of course, it was a close game because Hiran is also delicious 😅. That's why I added Toyokko to my favorite list😍and it's cheap too: 💕︎

Scoring ☆☆☆☆ The first flying run ❣️ is a blue sky 😋 I bought it at Sairin, a holy place in Miyagi, Japan on a GW day trip 🚗💨! There, what a (@_@;)! Jikin-sama...ah, there it is! It was a bottle of Hi-ire Tokusyu, but I was so excited to see a bottle of Jikin-sama in person 😆😆😆😆‼️ However..., The purchase of more than 5,000 yen in a package... I discussed this with my partner but decided against it this time 😭💦. I have enough in my wallet to buy 9000 yen worth of sake 😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭 So we bought this bottle of Hiran and another bottle of Yongo and headed home 🚗³₃ This is my first time to try Hiran, so I don't know about the rest of the series, but it's dry 🎶. Slightly refreshing aroma like green apple🍏, clear and transparent ❣️ Sour like lime 🍋‍🟩 with a clean and crisp finish 😁👍 Is it a summer sake? It's a refreshing sake 🎶.

Scoring: ☆☆☆☆ Nagurayama's regular sake Kami-Sen: ❣️ I had Gekyumi-🌙 before, but this time I dared to try a regular sake (lol). It has sugar, so be careful not to guzzle it 😅⚠️ It has a sweetness that is typical of Nagurayama 😊. It's not too sweet and has some umami, but the umami is something different than the umami of rice💦. But I think it's pretty sharp too 🤔. But if you keep drinking it, the sweetness starts to remain strong and you get a little bored 😞... 😞. It's 2000 yen for a bottle, so it's not bad 👍 I think it's quite good as an everyday evening drink. I had a drinking party over the weekend, so I had my favorite ramen 🍜💕 to sober up the hangover. I was sweating moderately when I ate it while slowly dissolving the spiciness ( - -💦 ). By the time I finish eating, the hangover is gone 😁😁😁😁.

Scoring: ☆☆☆☆ Ryoseki Shuzo's aluzoe raw sake from Hanayuup, Ginmon: ❣️ Limited edition only available at special dealers in Akita prefecture and at antenna stores in Tokyo🍶. I've had the fire-aged version for a while now, but this is the first time I've bought it as a draft sake 😁. I'm so glad I bought it! The big-boned man drinking. It's a big punch! It's a 18% sake 💦. But it also has a slight sweetness and a strong rice flavor, as expected from Ryoseki 👏😊💕. This kind of sake is best on the rocks🧊😋. The other day, I had a chocolate buckeye from Chateraise for the first time 😋. They are crispy, cosy and delicious 😁🎶. My daughter said that Chateraise is the cheapest and tastiest ice cream 💕, I agree with her.

The sweetness and umami spreads all over your mouth and then finishes with a soft astringent bitterness! You can drink as many cups as you want 😁. See my review from a year ago for more details lol

Scoring ☆☆☆☆ I bought it again this year, Nahami Shoten's Kyo ❣️ This sake is brewed in collaboration with Akita Prefectural University every year 🍶. The sake is brewed according to the tastes of the students of that year, so it tastes different every year 😁. The label design is also thought up by the students! Last year, I was attracted by the simple label and bought it for the first time, but this year I was attracted by the flashy label lol 😆. Last year it was like a white wine with a lot of acidity, but this year it's different, the acidity is weaker and more balanced 🎶. It's made with both food and on its own in mind 😋. I'm still a little uncomfortable with the cemedine feeling that is present in Naba 💦.

Scoring: ☆☆☆☆☆ Yamamoto's Pure Black sparkling fresh ogara-mi: ❣️ Perhaps, but only at Murai Sake Shop, a liquor store in Akita 🍶. This is the only pure black sake that some people drink! There are even some people who say "This is the only pure black I drink! It has more piquancy than the normal raw sake 😆. Juicy flavor with citrus aroma and Yamamoto-like sweetness with a hint of sourness💕. The fine piquant gassy mouthfeel adds to the freshness, and it's as sharp as ever👍! It's dry, but you can taste the umami and it's delicious 🎶. I can drink as many glasses as I want 😁. My partner has always said he prefers Pure Black to Shinsei, but he seemed to like this one a lot too 🤣.

Scoring: ☆☆☆☆ The Impact of the Gazan School of Dewa Sanzan🍶. It's a label with an illustration of an anime type 😁. I don't know why 😅 Sake made from 70% polished Dewa Tsanzan rice. Slightly carbonated, but not nearly 💦. But it still has the fresh taste that is typical of the Gazan style 🎶. It has a soft mouthfeel, with a good balance of moderate sweetness and umami, and refreshing acidity and bitterness💕. It's a bit of a shame that there's a sort of miscellaneous aftertaste😅. GW went for a day trip to Sendai 🚗💨. I wanted to try Kairikiya 🍜. I went to 🙋‍♀️🙋‍♂️❣️ Spicy and spicy leek ramen🎶. My partner had the back fat soy sauce ramen🎶 My daughter had Miso Ajitama Ramen🎶. The spicy green onion was a nice touch, but I think my partner's classic back fat soy sauce ramen was the best 🤔.

This sake is brewed based on the concept of "Junmai Daiginjo for casual drinking"! It is a refreshing sake that is very drinkable, but at the same time, it is very Junmai-like 😋💕. 25th wedding anniversary 💍③. Celebrate with a toast at a high-class barbecue restaurant 🍻. The third drink was Ippaku's Aizan ❣️ The astringent bitterness of Isshiro in Aizan combined with the bitter taste makes it my favorite Aizan sake 😋👍. My daughter preferred the Sasanigori (lol). Towards the end of the meal, the meat appeared! It was the offal type! Again, almost no smell, goes well with sake💕. After that, cold noodles 🍜! So, it's a drinking party every time, but it's also our 25th, so we're going to go to a more upscale place than usual ❣️ We were worried about French and Italian restaurants, but I wanted to drink Sake, my partner wanted to drink wine, and my daughter wanted to eat meat (lol). We searched.... There it was... (lol) Charcoal BBQ Hisa🍖! A yakiniku restaurant that only offers courses at meal times. It's nice and classy 💕︎ We toasted with a few beers, and then we started drinking sake: ❣️ We had Shinsei and Isshaku Suisei sake. My daughter saw the Shinsei and said she wanted to drink it! Maybe it's because she didn't attend the Shinsei event the other day, but she was curious about it💦. She also knew that No.6 existed lol. Now, order the S-type😁. Sake is as crisp as ever with a heavy sweetness followed by a sharp finish 💕. The main meat also came on a platter and looked so delicious 🤤. Scoring ☆☆☆☆ I finally bought it because of the Butterfly Effect and the appearance of a fully loaded raw sake: ‼️. lol There is a butterfly flying in the corner of the label 😁. Now, open the bottle🎉! The aroma is fresh and muscat-like ❣️ The mouthfeel is very light and smooth. The sweetness is soft and gentle at first, followed quickly by a fresh acidity that tightens up quickly 😆. Impressive white wine-like acidity and fresh, gorgeous aroma💕. Best served chilled 🎶. The third one is a ramen shop I haven't been to in a very long time 🍜. The black sesame tantanmen here is delicious, but I dared to try the rich miso ramen lol! No.1 Haruka's Green Label No.2 Yamamoto's Forest Green No.3 Isshaku Suisei Premium and I chose NEXT5 beautifully 💕.
