Scoring: ☆☆☆☆ Continuing from Hokkaido! The day after Onsen, we went to Nakayama Pass 🚗³₃ before heading to Sapporo for a guessing game. We had that famous fried sweet potato: ❣️ They are so delicious 😋💕! The milk soft serve ice cream was also delicious 🍦😋💕! After a quick (about 10 minutes) sightseeing tour of Otaru, we went to 😋 for a guessing game, I'm going to go back to Otaru to enjoy my life. I had already experienced the Sapporo Dome two years ago! Successfully made a smooth trip to and from the venue without being overwhelmed by the crowds: ✌️ However, due to our seats near the stage, we were the last to leave the venue 😭. Thanks to that, we couldn't make it in time for drinks after the show, so we ended up drinking at the hotel 😅... We were served a bottle of Hokusetsu-no-Kura🍶, which is brewed with Asahikawa's Godo Shuzo rice and sold by Oenon Group, the Tokyo-based company. At first, I thought it was a spicy and refreshing sake, but then the umami taste started to come in slowly. ❣️ The taste gradually becomes addictive 💕😋. I enjoyed the guess life enough, so it was a satisfying Hokkaido 🎶.

Scoring ☆☆☆☆ Landed in Hokkaido for the first time in 2 years! I came here with the same guessing activity ❣️ as 2 years ago 😁 This time, we took the car to Niseko Onsen (hot springs) ♨️ I'm a Subarist, so I'm thankful for that 🙏. (The car I rented was a Yaris, and I was surprised, even after all this time, at how good the hybrid's fuel economy is((((; )))) Or rather, I was reminded of Subaru's poor fuel economy🤣) Niseko, as I heard, has been completely invaded by foreign countries (China), and there are signs everywhere in English (lol). I felt as if I was in a foreign country 🤣. While there are many fashionable buildings, we stayed one night at a classic hot spring hotel. Why? Because it is a must for our family? Because it had an outdoor hot spring bath with room (this one has a window 💦) and it was off-season, so we were able to stay there for a very reasonable price👍. Mt. Yotei can be seen beautifully from the outdoor bath😍. Oh, the Mt. Yotei in the picture was taken from a different location lol. At the dinner buffet, we ordered some lukewarm sake: ❣️ Chitose Tsuru 🍶. Yeah, I'll spare you the taste 🤣🤣🤣 I'm going to soak in the hot spring slowly and do my best in my guessing game the next day ۶‼️

I wonder if it's because it's now made from a traditional sake yeast yeast yeast. The front side is Yamadanishiki based on Omachi The back side is Yamadanishiki based on Kame-no-o The label looks upside down on the back 🤔. Now, continuing with the Omagari Fireworks 🎇 from the other day... The special guests are, My daughter's boyfriend 🤣. He is from Kanto and went to the same university as my daughter. Since he was in Akita, I invited him to the party. I heard he was nervous for quite a while though, He is quite a sociable person😄. He also said that he became a sake lover after coming to Akita. ♥️ Yes! Passed ㊗️🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣 The most important thing is the fireworks, they are still amazing😳😳‼️ The seats are too close together, one of the two main launch sites is almost directly above us lol. Everyone's necks hurt... 😅 I've seen the anime before. Do you want to see the fireworks from the bottom? From the side? I saw a cartoon called "Do you want to see it from the side? Calm and gentle aroma with a hint of mango🥭: ❣️ Mellow, full-bodied flavor in the mouth 😍💕 Pleasantly acidic and sharp👍. The calm smoothness is irresistible🤗. Overall, a taste that evokes a relaxing long autumn evening 💕 The third one is my usual go-to neighborhood ramen 🍜. The spicy flavor is as good as ever 😋! Even better with a dash of vinegar!

Score ☆☆☆☆ 2-liter paper packs with "界" (界) and "Sakai" (サかい): ❣️ It is a cheap pack under 1000 yen, but it is the highest gold medal in the sake awards, I bought it because it was a regular sake... 😁. High 17% 💦. The catchphrase seems to be "delicious and easy to drink 17%" 😆. The aroma is classic sake aroma. The aroma is classic sake, with a hint of lactic acidity. The taste is strong. It has a strong umami and sugary sweetness, but it is not difficult to drink lol. A little bit of sweetness and bitterness in the aftertaste 💦. Well... Considering the price, it's not moderately good 🎶. Not a memorable taste, but not bad! And cheap ❣️👍 Tenichi🍜kottori ramen: ❣️ I topped it with my signature red flour and had a big bowl of ramen that day. Satisfied ( ¯﹀¯ ) Satisfied ( ¯﹀¯ ) 💕 ...my stomach... I can't tell you...

Gentle sweetness is followed by a firm sharp spiciness. Exquisite balance👍 Slight bitterness is also good 😆. Continuing our recent drive in Iwate🚗³₃. We heard that we could see the sunflower field for free, so we stopped by on our way home. 200,000 sunflowers in full bloom, A spectacular view! This is amazing! It's a masterpiece! Scoring☆☆☆☆☆ Yamazan Sparkling ❣️ Fire-brewed, but quite shwashy~! P○°. The aroma is lychee-like, with a good balance of sweetness, acidity and bitterness😍👍. Delicate and clear, but still fizzy and perfect for summer ✌️😋 It has a light and refreshing taste, and you can drink it in two days 🎶. Not related to alcohol, but I went for a drive in Iwate 🚗³₃. The aroma is gorgeous with a ripe sweetness like mango🥭❣️ Soft, rich and thick as Omachi rice 😍. A wave of sweetness 🌊 washes over you🎶. It's quite a bright yellow color when poured into a glass 🥃. Not much of an aroma, But when you put it in your mouth, you will feel the aroma of rice that spreads all at once 🌾. ❣️ It also has a slight fruity flavor.
