Scoring: ☆☆☆☆☆ Junmai Ginjyo sake brewed with Akita's pride sake rice Miso Nishiki and AKITA Yukiguni yeast (UT-1): ❣️ Even when chilled, the aroma is gorgeous and fruity, with a hint of apples 😆. Aroma is typical of UT-1 yeast 👍. (Last year it says melon🍈 😂 my taste buds have changed 😅) Juicy and firm body on the palate. The flavor is very smooth and expansive on the palate. ❣️ And the gentle bitterness and sourness that comes after swallowing is also delicious 😋. The gentle bitterness calms down the loudness of the drink in a moment, and you will be on your way to the next drink (lol). The third one is Lawson's Tenichi Curry Bread 🍞. It's like curry in Cotterelli soup: ❣️ A bit pricey, but delicious😍.

Scoring: ☆☆☆☆ Ryoseki's Junmai🍶Akita sake continues (lol). Junmai sake made with edible rice🌾 Yumeobako. Fresh lychee-like aroma. ❣️ Fruity aroma, but it cuts through quite quickly 😆. You can drink it like a refreshing white wine 😋. But in terms of umami, I think Chokaizan's light nigori is better 😘. I had Donbei's strongest series of curry udon the other day 🍛. The flavor of the curry was on a high class restaurant level 🤣. Spicy and full of flavor💕 It's also delicious ! ❣️

It is a little sticky and tangy, which is also a nice touch👍. But the aftertaste is clean and refreshing! Sweet but dry 😅(lol) Slightly lees sweetness and clear and refreshing taste typical of spring sake💕. Delicious 🎶. On Sunday, we had tonkotsu ramen 🍜 in Akita City. I ate 😋. Slightly citrusy aroma The mouthfeel is gassy, with a light nigori-like flavor and sweetness spreading through the mouth, followed by a strong lemon-like acidity 😅. Today is my mother's 80th birthday 🎂🎉. It's been 8 years since I lost my father, but she's doing well somehow 🤲´-. She has some forgetfulness appropriate to her age, but she doesn't have dementia, so I'm relieved 😌. Today, we all had a cake 🍰. My mom lives alone, but there is a small park next to the south side of our house! Suddenly, my mother started talking The other day, a group of people came to the park, sat on a bench, and talked. A group of friends 💦I miss them so much! It was so funny I looked up avec. It was French 🤣. I heard my mom was watching the avec from the living room window😅. The boy suddenly put his hand on the girl's shoulder Mom: Oh, Kiss😙 do it ⁉️ As expected, he Kissed the girl 😆. Scoring: ☆☆☆☆ Takashimizu is a popular sake in Akita. But this one is a rare sake in a way 🍶. Inanami is sold only to restaurants for commercial use 🌾. At a liquor store, I was told, "We only distribute it to restaurants, but we have some left over..." I was told that, "Hi✋COWCOW!" (laugh). It has a nice salty flavor and richness, just like Takashimizu. I think it's for restaurants, so it's a food sake 🍶, but it has a different aroma and flavor from light sake, and the complex taste is good👍! It is a mellow dry sake. ❣️ I think it is best at room temperature (cold) 😆. A bottle costs 2400 yen. Good cosmetics 👌 As an aside, The brewer, Akita Sake Manufacturing, has two breweries located far apart in Akita City. The main brewery is located in Kawajiri, and the Goshono brewery is located in Goshono. At the main brewery, Noboru Minagawa, the fourth generation toji (master brewer) of Akita Sake Brewery, is engaged in brewing sake using traditional Akita-style cold brewing techniques, and produces standard sake. At the Goshono Brewery, Mr. Hitoshi Kato, a master toji, works hard to brew sake with a small group of young brewers. The Goshono Brewery uses the latest equipment and traditional techniques to brew new sake. This Inanami is another sake from the Goshono brewery 😁. New brands such as Ushizutoki are sake made at the Goshono brewery 🧐.

They only had one bottle, but I'm glad they did 💕. Now, the review. Just opened the bottle, Hmm❓ Strange taste... It tastes like a brewing forest 😅 But it's delicious 🌳 ‼️ It's also a bit like Sakusama with a little bit of alcohol lingering after swallowing 😋. I'll start changing the taste on the second day 😆. At once, sweet and juicy explodes 💥. ✧*.((⊙⥿⊙))) ≡⊃)✡︎⋆꙳Boom! Peach🍑 or melon🍈 type aroma, slight sweetness and dark flavor. Comfortable acidity that comes afterwards. Juicy and swollen sweet flavor. After that, it is quickly followed by a refreshing sourness and bitterness 😋 ❣️ It is a well balanced sake with a sweet-umami taste full of freshness that is typical of nama-shu 😁👍 Lawson's 47% more volume series. It's a hot topic right now. The karaage-kun has also become one size larger (lol). And it's a mix of 4 different flavors🤣. Regular, cheese, hot, and lemon. I couldn't really taste the lemon 💦. But the meaty taste of regular and the rich taste of cheese. Hot spicy taste that comes after swallowing 😋💕. Kore, yummy 😋!!! It tasted pretty addictive 😆.

It's not too much to say that I bought it on the spot 😁. Crisp and refreshing natural fizzy ❣️ But it also has a soft sweetness, well balanced with acidity and very easy to drink 😋. Above all, the jacket is cute♥️It's got some flavor! Yesterday, my partner wanted wonton noodles, so we drove two hours to a restaurant we had never been to before🚗³₃It is a well-established restaurant that has been in business for over 90 years. It seems to be an izakaya at night. I had the normal soy sauce ramen 🤣. I thought it looks crispy but it has garlic 🧄🧄🧄🧄🧄. The concrete walls really give it a taste of an old-fashioned restaurant (lol). On my way home, I happened to run into the Odate Amekko Market (lol), so I stopped by and went home. It was the first Amekko market in my life, and as the rumor goes...💦. There were stalls all over the place, and the most important thing was that the candy was displayed at the entrance. Other than that... Where is it? 〜Where else? (Candy apples from the stalls?) I don't know what to see. (Sorry locals, 🙇‍♂️) I didn't stay more than 30 minutes💦.

No doubt it's delicious ♥️ A strange sensation that I'm at a loss to comment on😅 Hmmm. Fruity, refreshingly sour and sweet, this is a new sake that I've never had before. First, the refreshing slight carbonation you feel in your mouth. This is yogurt-like. Sweet and tart aroma like pineapple rather than the aroma of rice. Rich sweetness and sourness. But refreshing. And delicious😍. The slight bitterness that comes at the end is also nice 🎶. The aftertaste is refreshing and clear. I feel like it's really Gohyakumangoku (laugh). The soft and broad flavor goes well with meals 💕😋. broccoli should be baked, not boiled! (🥦-᎑-🥦)‼️ with olive oil, garlic 🧄 and a dash of 😆.

The aroma is not fruity, but more of rice🌾 gently spreading: ❣️ In the mouth, a firm impression of umami comes with a soft mouthfeel👍. The sweetness is moderate, which is also my favorite 😍. The taste is sweet and fruity, like peach or melon, with a nice moderate acid bitterness. And it's sharp and sharp 😆🍶. So it's surprisingly refreshing and easy to guzzle 😍💕💕. It's quite a well-balanced sake: ❣️ It's great on its own, of course, but also recommended as a food sake 😋😋.

Scoring: ☆☆☆☆ Snow Storage 🍶 with tanks buried in the snow for aging. This is a cosy Kitashika sake. In Akita, snow is used to preserve vegetables during winter. (It is also the BEST way to preserve fresh sake (lol)). The stored vegetables stay fresher and taste sweeter and tastier. Taking a cue from this, Kitashika-san stores vegetables in the snow. A handy daiginjo priced at 1,400 yen 😁. And they use all Yamadanishiki. ❣️ Cork open 🎉! Not much of a ginjo aroma 😅 The aging process in a constant temperature without being affected by the outside air has removed the curd, and the taste is fine and mellow 😆💕💕.

I immediately bought it 🏃³₃ I guess this is one of the standard Houraisen bottles. Elegant ginjo aroma ❣️ Elegant sweetness and umami of rice🌾 fills your mouth😍💕 And yet, it has just the right amount of acidity to gently cleanse the palate 😆. This is delicious! ‼️ It's a very pleasant drink and I can guzzle it 🎶. The soft sweet flavor is a good sake that will heal your daily fatigue 🍶. I found a good sake 🍶🙆‍♀️ I want to drink Sora someday too 😋❣️

Scoring: ☆☆☆☆ Dewa-no-sato is the representative sake rice of Yamagata Prefecture, following Dewa-sanzan (although there is also Yuki-no-Mikami). Even with 80% rice polishing ratio, it can be brewed beautifully, as expected from Kamikigen❣️ The aroma is soft and fluffy like a Junmai sake 😆 It also has a little fruity flavor. It has a tangy texture on the tongue with a smooth rice flavor. The sweet umami of the rice is well balanced by the acidity, resulting in an exquisite crisp aftertaste 💕👍. This is a bottle of 2300 yen ‼️ Excellent value for money Junmai sake 😁😁. It's just the kind of Kamikimoto that puts you in a good mood🍶😘.
