Scoring: ☆☆☆☆ Snow Kayasha's Yamahai Junmai: ❣️ I have successfully completed a week of sobriety and health checkup 😊. The third picture is Iemon's special tea that helped me for a week lol. I lowered my LDL and further restored my liver with turmeric for 2 days on Saturday and Sunday. I had great success with this strategy last year and practiced it again this year 😁. What I CHOICE to get back on track is still my love for Akita sake ❣️ local love 😆. Started with lukewarm sake, gentle to the stomach ‼️ Oooohhhh.... It's sinking into my stomach from my esophagus 🎶. It's going to be soooo 👍 I held out for a week for this lol. Tonight, the second day, it's cold (room temperature) ❣️ It's so good 😋! Mild aroma, mellow and soft mouthfeel. The moderate umami is wrapped up by the lactic acidity from the Yamahai brewing process 😆. It has a moderate richness and a complex flavor that spreads to the palate and has a good sharpness👍. It is a refreshing sake that you will not get tired of drinking 🎶. I can just honestly say "delicious" 🍶.

During this time, I'll be spending it with Iemon LDL cholesterol lowering tea☺️ It worked for me last year, so I'm going to try it again this year 🎶. So here's what I drank over the weekend! Fruity aroma with a hint of grape 🍇 type 😍. Fresh mouthfeel, but with a firm umami 👍. Well-balanced acidity and a clean, crisp finish 😍. Light and easy to drink, you will never get tired of it 💕. Scoring☆☆☆☆☆ Cold Chrysanthemum Sword Love Mountain❣️ Delicious ‼️ It is sweet but not too sweet for a chrysanthemum, It is sweet, but not too sweet for a chrysanthemum 👍 It's refreshing and you won't get tired of drinking it ✨. But you can feel the umami 💕 It's delicious 😋. The summer sake Hoshikai is also good, but the sweeter Kangiku is perfect for me 💕. For lunch, I went to a neighborhood ramen shop for the first time in a long time 😁. Ramen made with Hinai Jidori chicken broth 🍜. The soup is just delicious💕 The noodles get tough so be sure to use hard noodles lol. It's so good that you can't stop drinking the soup 🎶.

Scoring: ☆☆☆☆ Suitama's Akita Yamadanishiki: ❣️ This sake is brewed with Yamada-Nishiki, which was grown in a cold region by local farmers in the Yamada district of Yuzawa City, Akita Prefecture. This is my first time to try Suitama Yamada Nishiki 😁. The aroma is fresh and reminds me of apple 💕. Fresh mouthfeel with a firm umami and a gentle sweetness 🎶. The crisp acidity that comes afterwards is refreshing 👍 Smooth and full-bodied taste that is typical of Suitama is delicious 😋😋.

New ramen🍜 restaurant in the city: ✨️ I've had my eye on this place for a while but never got around to going 💦. Today, my family of three decided to definitely go ‼️ I had the delicious spicy chives soba🍜 and my partner had the black ramen🍜. My partner had the Black Ramen 🍜 and my daughter had the Aburan Chicken Set Meal 🍜. My daughter had the Aburinon Chicken Set Meal 🍚. It's a ramen shop with a wide variety of set meals 🎶. Mildly spicy and full of flavor ❣️ And plenty of chives 😁. The noodles are also my favorite watery and curly noodles. My family and I were very satisfied ( ¯﹀¯ ) I'm also interested in the "Mapo Ramen", so I'll go again.... I'll go there again....

It's a good feeling ≧∇≦)b The name is derived from "nishiki koujou zoehana" (meaning to add a more beautiful flower on top of the beautiful nishiki). The name "Nishikiage Soehana" means "to add a more beautiful flower on top of a beautiful brocade. Sakekomachi with nadeshiko yeast: ❣️ The aroma is mildly pear-like 😆. Slightly fizzy and slightly bubbly, with a beautiful sweetness 😋 that spreads to a moist mouthfeel. Then, a gentle sourness and bitterness 👍 The aftertaste is a complex intertwining of sweetness and bitterness. I feel it is typical of autumn sake 🎶.

It's been 7 years since we had a family photo at a photo studio since she started junior high school. When I looked at the photo, I suddenly felt a bit discouraged by my own aging 😭. Score ☆☆☆☆ I found a drink that looked a little interesting and popped it in ☝️ lol I've tried 1200 times to make a new sake that fits with modern food. The 888th one was the best, hence the name. The aroma is banana🍌-like, but with a hint of sourness. Taste is sour as expected 😅. It has a sake-like taste, but it's sourness is trying to make it more like a white wine. Not the same as juicy sourness 💦. It's kind of a deliberate sourness. There is some sweetness, but not enough umami. Sweet and sour but dry structure. I wonder if this means it is adapted to the modern diet 🤔. Taste is not rounded, a bit hard to drink for me personally, even though it's a bottle 😅. Third image. Local chain with multiple locations in Akita and Iwate 🍜. This restaurant's recommended Nanban Ramen🍜. Pork bone soy sauce, sesame oil and plenty of pepper seasoned with green onion Y(´▽ `)Y Mmmm 🤔 Not bad but not super tasty either lol It's just like 888 🤣. But the ramen store is popular, even around 7pm on a Friday night it was packed 🈵 and there were a few people waiting 😳

When you put it in your mouth, it's already banana 😆. It also has a peach🍑 like taste, but the sweetness is so strong, so I choose banana🍌😆. There is a bit of sourness, but the sweetness prevails. Low in acidity, this yeast tends to produce a mellow flavor and gorgeous aroma ❣️ The aroma is a clear, fruity, melon🍈 type ginjo aroma 😁. The gentle mouthfeel is followed by a gradual rise of Omachi-like umami and acidity 👍. Of course there is sweetness, but it is a clear and smooth sweetness ❣️ like a Japanese pear! The lingering aftertaste is long, with an orange 🍊 type of bitterness. Overall, it's a calm sake that is typical of Tokujun 😋. Like Kaze no Mori, it has the wild complexity of Omachi, but this one is balanced and delicious 💕. It's like a mellow, juicy, one-rank higher Omachi mid-priced junmai sake 🎶. The sixth one is Kaze no Mori no Omachi 807❣️ The aroma is gorgeous, muscat-like ❣️ Slightly creamy mouthfeel with a slight effervescence on the tongue, typical of Kaze no Mori 😆. Full-bodied sweet umami, followed by a firm acidity, with a wild and powerful flavor typical of low-polished Omachi 💪. However, the super hard water taste of Kaze no Mori is a bit 💦. Combined with the complexity of 80% Yumachi, I'm not sure it's the best so far 😅. It's good that it's inexpensive though ≧∇≦b The third one is a souvenir from the recent Hirosaki drive🚗³₃. Isshiro no Omachi ❣️ I thought the 4th best was Nito Yumaguchi Oumachi which I thought was very Isshiro like so I bought it in a hurry 😆. I've never had Isshiro's Oumachi, so I'm looking forward to it🎶. Isshiro usually uses sake rice from local contract farmers, but this one is from Okayama 😁. Opening the bottle🎉. A soft and gentle fruity aroma: ❣️ On the palate, it tastes like soft ripe citrus fruits, but it also has a hint of grapes 🍇(is the label pulling your attention?). LOL) It is not too floral, Not too much flavor, Sweet and sour in moderation, Not too spicy👍 Perfect balance: ❣️ Juicy and refreshing, this is delicious 😋💕! I don't feel the five tastes of sweetness, umami, acidity, astringency, and bitterness that is typical of Isshiro, but this is a delicious sake suitable for summer 😚. The third one is a short drive to Hirosaki. A short drive to Hirosaki Tendon Tenya only has one each in Sendai and Hirosaki in Tohoku 😅. My partner and daughter wanted to try it, so we went there. Cosy tendon (≧∇≦)b❣️ We also had soba noodles, but I don't think I need soba 😅.
