The aroma is sweet and gorgeous.
On the palate, one senses the sweetness and slight acidity characteristic of ginjo-shu. Immediately, the spiciness of the alcohol content of +20 comes into play. The pungency lingers in the aftertaste, and the sweetness does not linger. This is a characteristic taste.
Also known as "Aka-bakuren" (red wine).
Alcohol 16-17%.

17-18°, 33%! Slightly tangy on the palate, tropical aroma like pineapple? The taste is refreshing and sweet, with a slightly tangy, tropical aroma like pineapple, and at 1,500 yen...it's a great value...
Drinking outside (2)
The second in the Master's Option series is Bakuren's Rainbow Label 🫣 It's a first for me.
I'm going to have some now.
I thought it might be too polished, but thanks to that, this smooth entry is amazing. The aroma of the Ogawa yeast is nice and clean, with a hint of sweetness, but it's all there...
This sake overturns the notion that umami and spiciness are opposites.
It is so delicious that it makes me sigh 😮💨
I found a bottle of "Bakuren" which I usually don't see at a nearby liquor store that doesn't have that much local sake and doesn't even show up on the Sake-no-Wawa location search, so I bought it without hesitation even though it was a full bottle 😀.
It's supposed to be super dry, but it's not just spicy, it has a nice subtle sweetness and umami 🤣.
Finish with a souvenir momiji manju and 😋!
Good morning, ma-ki!
I also remember drinking it outside before and it was so good that I bought a bottle 😅 I can't pair it with sushi because I almost never eat seafood, but it's a good sake to go with anything 😄.
