I have been slacking on updates lately. No wonder it's been so hot 🥵.
Summer is a dry boom, so here ‼️ you all know Bakuren, which I bought with Yamahoshi at my usual sake theme park store.
When it comes to super dry sake, this is usually recommended, but what do you think?
Let's start with the aroma: ‼️
Mmmmmm 🧐😕😑.
I can't tell with my stupid nose, but I think I can just detect a slight alu feeling. It's not that strong of a scent.
Now take a sip🍻🍶.
Yes, it is dry but very easy to drink. Maybe it's because I drank Yamahoshi afterwards?
Basically, I drink it chilled, but it might be good warmed up. But it is delicious enough as it is, so let's drink it as it is for now!
Good morning, Mr. Yoshiyoshi 😃.
It's been a little while! When it's hot 🥵 everything is better to relax 😊.
Super dry! I think that many of them are not so hot 🤔.
Thank you Jay & Nobby for all your help 😆.
Sometimes when a sake is even more limited or famous, you expect more 😅I often make that mistake 🤣.
I'm sure this one will be a definite repeat 🍶 since the Bakuren is cheaper than most of the super dry ones.
The aroma is sweet and gorgeous.
On the palate, one senses the sweetness and slight acidity characteristic of ginjo-shu. Immediately, the pungent taste of the alcohol content of +20 comes into play. The pungency lingers in the aftertaste, and the sweetness does not linger. This is a characteristic taste.
Also known as "Aka-bakuren" (red wine).
Alcohol 16-17%.
Sake meter degree +20
Acidity 1.0
Star ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
If you ask me if it's insanely spicy, it's not that spicy. It is spicy, but has a unique aroma like green papaya. It is very easy to drink for its alcohol content.
