It has just the right amount of floral and sweetness, and is refreshing, just like the label says it is.
However, I can hardly feel the freshness.
Easy to drink and just right for this time of year
Akita's Amanoto is deliciously spicy and refreshing, Yamagata's Gazanryu has a soft, rounded grape flavor, and Nara's Kaze no Mori is rancid and bitter.
Amano-do and Gazanryu are good for salted hormone.
It is hard to choose one, but today I prefer Gazanryu for its softness and roundness.

Next is a sake from Yamagata.
This one is smooth but the umami flavor comes later 🤔.
Good sake with good snacks 😆 This one is good too!
The inn where I went on a business trip.
I drank with my juniors.
I drank a lot, so I don't remember much of the taste of alcohol.
It was slightly carbonated and tangy.
Slightly sweet and maybe it felt balanced?
But I'm sure it was delicious.
I went on a trip to Yamagata. I bought a small bottle at a liquor store in Yamagata Station for an evening drink at the hotel after dinner.
The aroma was gorgeous, with sweet fruity notes of pineapple and ripe melon, and a hint of grain. The overall taste was sweet, with a strong sense of alcohol. It was a delicious sweet-umami sake. It was a treat 😊.

Aftertaste: Gentle sweetness and alcohol
Impression: Soft, umami, dry
The aroma is gentle and somewhat fruity, but I can't think of any specific fruit. It is quite fresh.
The taste is well-balanced and easy to drink, with no outstanding elements. It has a spiciness from the alcohol, but it is divided and refreshing. There is a slight lactic acidity.
Repeat Score 1.5
It has a fine texture and a dense, elegant sweetness. It was a high quality sake with a clear and transparent aftertaste that quickly fades away.
