GW started in Hachinohe.
I wanted to go to Ban'ya Izakaya.
We were the first in line before opening and the first to enter.
Lots of obanzai lined up at the counter!
There were so many things I wanted to eat that I chose more than I wanted to eat and I was full 😂.
There was also a wide selection of sake to enjoy!
Here is the first 🍶 drink: 💁♀️
Hi Manachie 😃Banya, did you know 😍The atmosphere was great and the drinks and snacks were great! It's far away, but I want to revisit this restaurant: ☺️
Ura/Gasan style
The aroma is subdued yet gorgeous.
The mouthfeel is light, but soon after you taste the pungency of alcohol and a hint of sweetness. The spiciness is also light, with a mild sweetness and spiciness.
Alcohol content: 14%.
Sake meter slightly high
Acidity: Low
Star ⭐️⭐️⭐️
Today's sake is Ura-Gasanryu Reika, a Honjozo unfiltered raw sake made with Omachi Nishiki from Yonezawa, Yamagata Prefecture❗️
The aroma is fresh and raw❗️As you sip, the raw tingling and sharp bitterness comes❗️A good sake for a mealtime drink⭕️
Manachie good evening 😆 of course I will drink it 😅I'm sorry I can't taste much 🤣I just opened a bottle of Sentori Modern Sanshiki Happo Nama Shu and it caught me off guard and blew out a little 🤣Be careful with black bottles that have no idea what's in them 😂.
I received this as a souvenir.
It has been a while since I have had such a refreshingly dry sake.
It is dry, but it has a nice sharp taste.
Ingredients: Izu Sanzan
Alcohol content: 14%.
Polishing ratio: 50%.
