I always feel that the Uraku style is not as good as the original, but the Chou Uraku Gazan style is simply delicious. But Chou-Urai Gazanryu is simply delicious. It is spicy. I had it with fish cake from Suzukama, and it was delicious.
Refreshing sake. It has a soft and sweet aroma that passes through your nose when you drink it. The cool blue appearance of the bottle also makes it easy to drink!

I drank a bottle in a week and it was a completely different sake after a week than on the first day of opening.
The balance of sweetness, spiciness, and bitterness on the first day of opening the bottle was the most delicious👍
The spiciness and bitterness gradually disappeared and it became a sweet and crisp sake.
I think it is better to enjoy it as soon as possible after opening the bottle.
It's a matter of taste, for me at least 🙄.
