This time, we bought a gift box of sake from Sake no Kawashima, which we have been buying every year recently! One of the bottles! A special order of Gazanryu. A bottle brewed especially for this gift box 😄. The aroma is fruity with an apple and peach aroma. When you drink it, the sweetness is just right and the umami is strong. The aftertaste is a bit long. Although it is a lightly cloudy sake, it does not have a fizzy feeling and has a delicious flavor. The fruity taste is typical of Yamagata sake. The fact that it is precious and can only be drunk with this lucky box is also irresistible (laugh).

(Sorry it's not Tochigi sake again 😭) My father-in-law prepared this Gazanryu, it's a flash 😂. It seems to be one of the bottles from the hanpukai. Taste, Not much aroma? The mouthfeel is thick and smooth 🙆. It is not spectacular, but it has a grain-based sweetness. Ah, summer sake, I think. It was good to be able to drink it softer than room temperature 😆.
