I was drunk and went to bed first, My partner and daughter screamed in the middle of the night😱. I woke up in a panic and found a bug! I killed it instantly with a kincho0 under the sun ‼️ The case was safely settled. I was woken up, so I thought I'd have a drink and go back to sleep. In the fridge, Nahami's sacred sake from Akita ✨. I'm so happy ㊗️ to open it 😁. I got it from the altar at my partner's work lol I'm going to have a look at this and some surume 🤣. I looked at the label and thought 💦 Naba? It has a peculiar taste 😅. And then I opened the bottle 🎉. And then a sip... You're a quirky guy! Scoring: ☆☆☆☆ Sarasara Junmai, Fireworks 🎇 label: ❣️ This year's label is even more beautiful😍✨ I couldn't resist picking it up and buying it 😁. Slightly melon-like aroma❣️ Fresh, fresh citrus acidity taste followed by a slight vanilla-like flavor from the light nigori 😆👍 The refreshing acidity in the solid clarity makes it easy to drink without getting tired of drinking it. The third one is a morning ra🍜 in my neighborhood. This is the first time I went there even though it is in my neighborhood. 🙋‍♂️ The menu is the same as lunch even though it's called "morning rah-rah" lol. Top quality Chinese Soba Noodle with all the ingredients: ❣️ The Gokujo Chuka Soba is only ¥450, which is unthinkable in this day and age! Even with everything on top, it's 800 yen! It's a great deal 😁. Is it the best? Putting aside the question of whether or not it's superfine, it's a simple Chinese noodle soup with thin and curly noodles 😋 that gives you a feeling of depth even if it's a simple Chinese dish. A taste that's easy on the stomach💕. It's possible 🎶.

Scoring: ☆☆☆☆ Checking in for the third time in two years🎶. Kakuemon's Shirokuma🐻‍❄️❣️ Using Association 1801 yeast, this sake is a blend of the rough running and blamed parts 🍶. Association 1801 yeast has a gorgeous aroma, but this one is a bit more floral 😄. The moist flavor is typical of Kakuemon 👍. The acidity is moderate, but still summery 😁. I like the complex umami bitter flavor of the rough running and blaming 😋💕. I can drink it like a summer sake 🤣. In Rare Label, there are two penguins swimming together 🎶. I've never seen them live 😅.

Comet has a crisp yet tasty image. ❣️ It has a refreshing aroma, but the sweetness quickly spreads to the palate 😋. After that comes a grapefruit-like sourness and bitterness that quickly fades 💕. It also has a slight gassy taste and is as delicious as ever 🎶. Lawson's 50% more series👍 Doramotchi😊 Yummy, isn't it 💕😋💕

Scoring☆☆☆☆ Hideyoshi's daughter brews hideko jungin❣️ Ippozumi is Akita's sake rice 🌾. It has an image of sake rice suitable for dry sake. Hoshi's yeast is H Hideyoshi's own yeast. The aroma is subdued and the flavor is crisp with the light flavor of Ippozumi 😋💕. Later, a slight sweetness and gentle aftertaste 🎶. Hideshiyoshi has a lot of men's sake, but this one is more like a food sake that is also for women 🤔. Third, Miso Ramen from Bamiyan 🍜. I was attracted by the name "Golden Ratio Miso Ramen" and ended up eating it even though I wasn't planning to eat Ramen. The soup is rich, but not too strong, and you can drink it all up! But I still don't think it's as good as ramen 💦.

Scoring: ☆☆☆☆ Ya0ya limited? Paper packs of Kamo Nishiki for a square of rice: ❣️ This is the third nigori 😊. Jungin Nama, Daiginjo Nama, and now nigori was released lol. Nigori is not raw, it's packed raw😅. Label on the back? The label on the back? According to the label on the back, It is a sake that is distinctly different from Niigata style light dry 🎶. The previous two packs are white, but this one is slightly pink💕. Kake rice is domestic rice and koji rice is all Yamadanishiki 😳. The aroma is clean and creamy ❣️ The taste is fresh, but with the richness of nigori (nigori rice) and a slight bitterness afterwards 🎶. It is a dry sake, typical of Niigata sake, but with a subtle sweet aftertaste 😘. Although it is cloudy, it is smooth and easy to drink👍 And best of all, it fits easily into a refrigerator pocket 👍🤣🤣🤣🤣👍👍👍👍 Third, my usual neighborhood personal top class soy sauce ramen: ❣️ The spicy flavor in the middle is really the best💕💕💕 I always get a large portion, but I can eat it in one sitting😍!

Scoring: ☆☆☆☆ Mimuro Natsu Jun after two years ❣️ Two years ago I did a review of a summer sake that I didn't like much lol. I still prefer the sake that has more umami than the crispness of summer sake 😘. The first day and the second day, I was still like 🤔🤔. but from the 3rd day, the sweet and umami taste was softly 💕. The summery freshness is like rumne 😆. It also feels fresh on the palate. After the freshness, the juicy rice sweetness spreads softly and gets sharp 😋. Somehow, I think I prefer Hana Kyun 😁. Maybe I'm more of a Yumachi person than a Yamada person after all 💕. The third one is Hamazushi's ramen with more meat and shellfish salt 🍜! The chashu is not so good 💦. But the broth is so good ❣️😍 I could drink the soup forever👍

The early summer type has a more robust flavor, while the mid-summer type has a lower alcohol content and is more dry and refreshing. The midsummer type to be released later will have a lower alcohol content and a refreshing dry taste. This makes me curious about this early summer type 🥺. The scent is a fresh fruit scent with a hint of melon🍈 ❣️ The scent is as exciting as fireworks on a summer night ('ω' و(و")) The sweetness is moderate and refreshing, perfect for summer, but it has a strong rice flavor and pleasant acidity 😋🍶. Overall, it's light and easy to drink💕. This is delicious ❣️😍😍😍 You can drink it with a refreshing sharpness 🎶. Weekday lunch time 🍽. It's been a while! I was drinking Yamagata sake, so I had to try Yamagata soba ❣️ It's a buckwheat noodle shop in Akita city, but they handmake Yamagata's Jyuwari Soba 👍. I ordered a large bowl of Zaru. Ah 🎶. The first glass is cold. The second glass is lukewarm. The third glass is top-heated. It has a mature taste with both richness and sharpness 😁. Moderate acidity keeps the whole thing tight 👍 The flavor is strong and classical, but the taste is mellow and well-balanced, with a pleasant acidity that lingers on the palate🎶. Warming it up makes it even richer in richness and umami 💕. The lingering umami flavor will envelop you in its heartwarming taste 😋🍶.

The elegant sweetness and the calm acidity are well balanced and even transparent 💕. But it also has a solid umami, and the gentle bitterness further enhances the umami 🎶. The lingering taste is indescribably sweet and umami 😋. As the temperature rises, the rich and expanding umami is also good 😍. I regret that my image of Shichida was a bit wrong 😅. I'm going to try drinking more lol

The top batter is Shichiken 🍶. It's a classic Jungin 😊. Aroma of pear🍐❣️ Soft sweet flavor followed by a tangy black peppery spiciness😆. Smooth mouthfeel but with a crisp fruity sweetness and mild acidity 😍. Finishes with a tangy bitterness and a short, dry finish 💕 It's a great drink👍 But I'm impressed with myself how I drank it mainly as a home drinker to get to 777 check in lol 🤣🤣🤣!

Kojo-nishiki is the first sake brewing rice developed by Aomori Prefecture, and it seems that Nishida Sake Brewery is the only one using Kojo-nishiki in Aomori Prefecture now! 💦 The royal Tasake Tokujun was made with Hanafukiyuki and Yamadanishiki, but now they have added Kojonishiki to their lineup 😁. Now, let's open the bottle 🎉! The aroma is pear-like ❣️ In the mouth, the smooth rice flavor spreads out and is finished off with a refreshing acidity 😋. Overall, this sake feels elegant and has a lustrous flavor and sharpness 🎶. I like the way the fluffy umami flavor lingers in the aftertaste at the end 😋 💕︎ It's like a quintessential rice wine 👏😊.

Scoring: ☆☆☆☆ Suitama's new Sake Komachi Raw: ❣️ Seems to be a new summer sake version 😆. Ryoseki's summer sake is RZ sweet and dry, but I wonder if this Jungin and Tokujun have been added to the lineup? 🤔 The aroma is a mellow ginjo aroma typical of Suitama ❣️ Slightly cool and refreshing, with a mango🥭-like tropical fruity sweet flavor 😋. But the softness of the unique Sake Komachi flavor is perfect for me✨. And the aftertaste has just the right amount of bitterness to give it a nice kick 😍👍. Summer sake sometimes has a strong acidity, but I feel like it has a summer sake feel while still retaining the Suitama character 🎶. Delicious 😋. I'm also interested in Tokujun - 💕︎ The third one is a new favorite, ramen from Kenan 🍜. Beautiful noodle line 😍. Topped with back fat, which is my specialty lol And also a boiled egg 💕! I thought the low-temperature-cooked chashu pork was delicious for the first time ☺️ tender (* - omega - )b It was delicious too 😋. But...my stomach... 😰 lol

Scoring☆☆☆☆ My favorite Toyoka: ❣️ I got the dry special jun in Miyagi along with the Hiran Seiten ( *˙ω˙*) و gug! I also compared it to the Hiran Seiten I opened earlier! Both are dry, but they are quite different! As the name suggests, the aroma is rich and robust: ❣️ The rice flavor is strong, yet clean and crisp 😍👍. If "Hiran Seiten" is a dry and refreshing sake, this is a mellow dry sake with a pleasant taste, this one is a mellow dry sake that is comfortable to drink 🍶. We blindfolded our family members and all 3 of us agreed on Houkou (lol). Of course, it was a close game because Hiran is also delicious 😅. That's why I added Toyokko to my favorite list😍and it's cheap too: 💕︎
