Scoring: ☆☆☆☆ The seventh drink is a limited edition of 360 bottles for the exhibition Fukkomachi's extremely spicy ❣️ It's the super spicy Fukkomachi that you can't find unless you're a drinker💕︎ The spicier ones are usually sold, but this was the first time I saw it 🎶. Yeah, it's spicy! Spicy, but with a hint of rice flavor 🌾. It's not just sharp 👍 The waitress also brought it to me saying it's spicy 😅 lol Table ↔ Counter to browse the fridge. Scoring: ☆☆☆☆ The sixth cup is Senkou Retro: ❣️ I saw Sentori on the menu, so I went to take a peek over the counter, Oh ‼️ retro ‼️😳 A new Sentori that I could normally buy at my local liquor store but couldn't. lol I came across it here after reading Jay & Nobby's review of the drinking comparison and decided to just buy the Retro 😁. Then drink it 🤣. Taste... See J&N's review ✨ Comparing it to the previous modern and classic, I personally think it's closer to classic and less acidic 🤔.

Fine rice sweetness and umami that comes after swallowing 👍 Slight gasiness that stimulates the tongue with a tingling sensation is also good💕︎ What? You didn't go to Eiraku Restaurant? Chichi wanted to go, and after adjusting his schedule, he called to make a reservation himself. I told him that I didn't think it would be possible 2 weeks before 😅. Scoring: ☆☆☆☆ For the after-party, we went to Kuro, a minute or two walk from Sakenavi. It is a casual BAR🍸 kind of place. This place sells sake from inside and outside of the prefecture. It is a bar with snack food and sake as the main drink. The fourth drink is Toyohai's, n❣️ I heard "n" is Tsugaru dialect for "good" lol. That's what I expected from a snow country 👏😊 Too much abbreviation 🤣. It's low in alcohol content and light to drink: ❣️ But you can still taste the rice flavor and sweetness, which is very Toyobai 😁. Only the name of the sake is listed on the menu and the specs are unknown. Chichi-san said, I can't tell with this one! I don't either, right? We were all seated at a table and staring at the refrigerator behind the counter🤣. I can't reach it, I asked him recklessly, "Let me see that one behind the liquor!" I asked recklessly 😉. Eririn said, "Wouldn't it be better to sit at the counter?" LOL! Well, since the restaurant was empty, we often had a drink at a table and repeated the search for sake at the counter 🤣. This place has rules like no Shinmasa after the first glass 🈲 or no drinking too much Wakarimizu 🙅‍♀️ 😅.... I wonder how long it takes for the water to be ruined, I want someone to challenge me 🤣.

The aroma is a little... lol The taste is dry at first. It has a dry taste at first, but then it has a sour and umami taste. ❣️ It has a good balance of fullness and lightness. Second glass, Onogawa's pure Daihara sake: ❣️ 30 cc of the sake that came as a free gift with the set I ordered beforehand (3rd picture). I was not expecting much, since it was supposed to be "what kind of sake it is"! I wasn't expecting much 😅. But on the contrary 🎶! Probably the worst drink of the day 😱❣️ Insanely fruity ❣️ Full-bodied aroma that reminds me of ripe apples🍎❣️❣️ The mouthfeel is smooth and gentle, with a firm sweetness spreading in the mouth while finishing with just the right amount of acidity. It leaves a pleasant, gentle sweetness in the throat with a smooth aftertaste 😍👍 Score: ☆☆☆☆☆ Chichi, yourself. I'm a bit of a naughty boy. I was just saying that, I broke the glass immediately😅. I love you like that 😘.

Score ☆☆☆☆ Okushimizu Jungin ❣️ Misato Yukika was new to me: ‼️ I googled it, and it seems to be the name of a white lavender developed in the local town of Misato. This stylish sake is brewed with the flower yeast and Misato Nishiki sake rice, and is full of love for the local area. Perfect for a toast 🍻? It was perfect for a toast 🎶. It's been a while since I drank outside lol What a surprise! Chichi Haruei came all the way to Akita✨ Eririn also joined us from the next prefecture. Thank you both so much 😊. We finally met Chichi and shook hands 🤝 and had a toast 🍻! The first meeting was at the Sakena Navi where you can drink sake from all the breweries in Akita prefecture. Scoring☆☆☆☆ Green jade shifu no minori: ❣️ New on the market 😁. I didn't know that sig. I didn't know there was such a thing as edible rice 🌾 "Shifuku no Minori" 😅. I heard it's grown in the Tohoku region of Japan ￣▽▽;. I heard they couldn't harvest much this year, so it might be the first and the last! I'd buy it if they said that 😉. The aroma is very mature💦. It's gorgeous, but it's more mature than other Suitama. Maybe because it's edible rice? Round taste without any curd ❣️ The beautiful sweet flavor that is typical of Suitama is still there 👍. It is a little bit sweeter than other rice.

Scoring ☆☆☆☆ It's been a long time since I've been to Sairai ❣️ Oriented 🍶. Pear-like fresh aroma 🍐. The slight gassiness and tropical sweetness of the light nigori taste spreads in the mouth 😆. Finishes with a strong acidity. This acidity is a bit strong 😅. Compared to Fufufuya and Urasato which we drank earlier Compared to Fufufu and Urasato, I don't like the acidity 💦. Scoring ☆☆☆☆ Hatsuurari ❣️'s light nigori🍶. Gorgeous melon-like aroma 😆. Fresh, fresh, gentle acidity and juicy, soft mouthfeel 🎶. Mellow sweetness and umami followed by a clean, bittersweet aftertaste that keeps the balance and is delicious ❣️ Second and third 📸. This is a ramen🍜 shop in the city. Inspired by the One Piece manga, the light cover on the counter is Luffy's barley hat (I forgot to take a picture of it 💦). There are pirate-inspired decorations everywhere. And they even took down one of the tables to display a 2+ meter tall skeleton ☠️ 😁👍. The Negi Ramen🍜 is filled with shredded kujo leeks. It's nice to sip the noodles while dipping them into the soup a little at a time🙆‍♀️ I heard the chashu🐷 was good, but not so good there💦. But the soy sauce soup with back fat was good 😋.

Scoring: ☆☆☆☆ Yamahai Junmai by Takashimizu❣️ Sold only in Akita Prefecture However, it is sold only within the prefecture, which is common for Akita sake (lol). Why not ship it out of the prefecture? What is the point of making it limited? Don't you want people all over Japan to drink the sake you have brewed? I always wonder 😅. Mild aroma with a good sense of maturity 😆. Mild on the palate, with a gusto of rice flavor ❣️ It's also light and easy to drink 🍶. It is good when warmed up to lukewarm or hot 🎶, as it increases the umami. Incidentally, this sake is named after one of Akita Prefecture's folk songs, 🎶Shureimuhi naru Chokaisan yo🎶. The series seems to be named after the "Shurei Muhi" in the Akita Prefecture folk song, 🎶Shurei Muhi naru Chokaisan yo 🎶, and is available in four varieties for spring, summer, fall, and winter✋. ...Do you know any local folk songs? I don't know any 😁. The azalea at my parents' house was beautifully dyed vermilion again this year 😊.

Scoring: ☆☆☆☆ The first squeezing of purple space: ❣️ This is Iwate's hottest brand 🎶. The first female toji of Nanbu Toji, Ms. Ono 👩 I'm looking forward to this brand more and more in the future❣️ The aroma is a whiff of red apples 😆. Freshness of the first pressing mixed with freshly harvested apples 🍎! The sweetness is not too strong nor too weak and well balanced 👌. It seems rather dry when just opened, but by the 3rd day it has a nice juiciness 🎶. It has a pleasant aftertaste with a bitterness in the juicy flavor 😋👍. Overall it feels light 😊. Delicious 🎶. The third one is my favorite ramen 🍜 shop. The spicy taste in the middle is addictive! Best eaten after a dash of vinegar 🤤💕.

Scoring☆☆☆☆☆ Snowman that has been freshly mastered this season ⛄❣️ I'm not quite sure what the difference is 💦. It's now a sake yeast yeast 😋. Hmmm, more umami 🤔 Peach🍑 and banana🍌 type creaminess is still the same ❣️ Light and refreshing, with a beautiful, yet gradual spread of umami 💕. The gasiness and the acidity that is typical of Senkyoku are also present, and it is as delicious as ever 🎶. Personally, I find more umami than sweetness and more bitterness in the sharpness 😋. This is my favorite part 😆. I think it's becoming more like HIRO0 nigori lol I feel like it has changed to a deeper flavor while still being mild and easy to drink as before 👍 The second item in the Lawson Tenichi Fair is the Akanko Cheese Curry Bread 🍞. This one is also delicious 🎶Spicy and spicy is the best👍👍👍

Scoring: ☆☆☆☆ While I was in Hirosaki, I bought a bottle of Toyobai, I bought a tenbyo❣️ I wanted something I had never had before, but it turned out to be Yamagata sake instead of Aomori sake, lol. It's also a jacket purchase. Something about the pink jacket and the name "Sakura-ame" attracted me 🎶. The aroma is strawberry🍓-like sweet and sour kind of gentle ❣️ The mouthfeel is smooth and easy to drink, with a mellow yet elegant sweet and sour taste 😆. The bitter taste is firm and cuts the sweetness 👍. Sundubu 🫕 and mini rice bowl set 😋. Deliciously spicy and tangy 😋! The lightly salty chicken rice bowl was also quite tasty 😊. Not all ramen🍜 appeals 🙆‍♀️

Scoring: ☆☆☆☆☆ Toyobai's new sake: ❣️ I wanted to drink it, it's my favorite new sake from Toyobai 😆. A souvenir from my recent trip to Aomori Onsen ♨️ lol. It's not too much to say that I went to Aomori Onsen for this 🤣. (Don't tell my family 🤫) All the brewers pumped and bottled the sake by hand directly from the tank mouth 🍶. The label was inspired by a blue Tsugaru beadlo. Yes, it's a blue ranger, lol. I'm going to have it in a Tsugaru beadlo glass that my daughter gave me last year 💕. Fresh and bouncy with a hint of apple 😍. Tingling gas feeling on the tongue ❣️ Refreshing taste, but with a core comfort that is typical of Toyobai 😆👍👍 The balance of umami, sourness and bitterness is great 🎶. Tasake is of course delicious, but from a different angle, Toyobai is also delicious! 😋

Scoring: ☆☆☆☆☆ Daimine's new sake: ❣️ We decided to make this sake the first new sake of the year 😄. Pizzazz and gas that pops on the tongue 😍. Pleasant aroma and juicy with sweet and slightly sour like muscat 👍 The smooth and gentle mouthfeel is typical of a mild sake, and the pleasant astringent taste at the end is irresistible 😋. The lingering sweetness that remains after swallowing is a nice touch 💕. It tastes especially good after the third day when the curd is removed 😁👍👍 The lightness and flavor of the rice that spreads slightly in a way that is typical of Omine is well-balanced and never gets boring 😊. Lawson's Tenichi Fair 😁😁. I immediately got my favorite rice ball with red flour! The spiciness of the red flour is unbearable 😆 The sweet and sour of the mayo moderated it just enough to make it easy to eat and delicious 😋.
