Scoring: ☆☆☆☆☆ We got it again this year, Denshikiku Origarami ❣️ As usual, it has a nice fruity aroma 😆. I still think it's strawberry, I guess I'm caught by the color of the label? LOL! Sweet and juicy 💕 Sourness followed by bitterness and a nice sharpness 😁. Bitterness seems to be there than last year 🤔 The third one is fruit tart🍎🍇🍋🍐. My daughter's birthday was about 2 months ago, but her real due date was in October 😅. A lot happened and she came into this world early, but in honor of her 20th birthday 🎉celebrate again ㊗️ My daughter's request was for a sweet sake 🍶, so we had Denshogiku Ooragarami 👍CHOICE👍! Scoring: ☆☆☆☆ This is a repeat of the Aizu-musume we had in the spring. This time with a bottle of sake. It seems to be recommended to be lukewarm, but I prefer it chilled rather than room temperature, so I drink it chilled 😋. I'm not sure if I'll warm it up or not. It's not that cold yet 😅 For a detailed review, see April's m(_ _)m I had the Japanese chestnut Mont Blanc from Chateraise 🌰. It seems to be more expensive than normal (according to my partner), but it was so delicious 😍🎶.

Scoring: ☆☆☆☆ Urasui, Suidama ❣️ Urasui for short: ❣️ Suitama is a sake that aims to be dry 😆. Originally, Suitama has a more refreshing taste than Hanayuup, but this sake is brewed to be even drier 🍶. The aroma is as gorgeous as Omote Suidama, with a mellow aroma like apple🍎❣️ The taste is a little sweet on the tongue, followed by a dry umami taste 😋. I wonder if this is what Urasi calls dry 🤔. It goes down the throat nicely and disappears smoothly with a short aftertaste 🎶, just like usual Suidama 🎶. As the label on the back says, it is truly a mellow dry sake 😁👍 The other day I had a Nenrinke baumkuchen for the first time in a very long time 😋! It's still delicious💕! And it goes well with Urasui👍

Scoring: ☆☆☆☆ The last of the 666 hugely bought Rokkasen's five-step Junmai ❣️ A sweet junmai that seemed to be on the opposite end of the spectrum from the junmai ultra-harsh that I drank earlier🍶. Usually the malted rice and steamed rice are divided into three stages to make the mash, but this sake is made using the labor-intensive five-stage brewing process. The sweetness and mellowness that characterize this sake are well 😋. But as expected from Rokkasen, it has a sweet but refreshing aftertaste. ❣️This is also a nice salty 👌I was told that it is suitable for warming sake, but I preferred the refreshing taste when chilled, so I kept it chilled until the end (lol). Sarte: ‼️ Hiroto's Yamadanishiki which was not released last year: ❣️ This year it seems to be on sale 😆. It doesn't seem to be in stock at my local liquor store yet, but you should definitely buy it. If you've never had it and you don't mind Hiroto, I highly recommend you buy it 🎶. It's so good 😁.

Scoring: ☆☆☆☆ I bought this for the 666 check-in word. Rokkasen Junmai Super Dry ❣️ I bought it for the photo 📸 picture, but it's pretty good 🎶. I'm the type of person who can drink both dry and sweet, but lately I'm realizing the benefits of dry even more 😄. I'm still a dry wine drinker, but lately I'm realizing the benefits of dry wine even more 👌. Clear mouthfeel and clean taste💕 There are almost no lingering peculiarities, and it flows through the food it's paired with very smoothly and cleanly👍. Doesn't have much of an aroma. I tried heating it up, but I would recommend drinking it crisp and chilled 😋. The third picture We went to a ramen🍜 shop that I was curious about! My partner wanted to eat ramen🍜 with a punch of garlic🧄 (lol). It is a cosy ramen 🍜, The restaurant is reputed to be delicious no matter what you eat! I had the miso leek ramen topped with garlic 🧄. The white one is the garlic 😅❣️ quite a lot of garlic 😅 But I thought it would be a garlic 🧄, but it tastes easy to eat 😋. The ginger is quite effective in the garlic 👍. The chashu pork is good and the noodles are great and frizzy🎶Let's go again ‼️

Scoring: ☆☆☆☆ Rokubune of Kariho: ❣️ This is a representative of Akita's ginjo-shu. I mean, there aren't too many ginjo-shu's these days 💦. Rokusyu is always available at traditional izakayas in Akita. It's a great food sake 😁. Kariho uses traditional "boats" to top off the tanks, and the brewery has six of them, hence the name "Rokufune" (six boats). Mild and pleasant aroma: ❣️ It has a light and refreshing mouthfeel, and as the temperature rises and it cools down, the fine flavor and smooth umami can be felt. Basically, it is light, refreshing and dry. Although it is alkalo-sweetened, you can hardly feel the alcohol, and it is a beautiful sake with a clear taste like water. After a modern sake, it may seem tasteless, but as you drink it, you will be intoxicated by its deliciousness. It is best served cool to room temperature, not too cold 🎶. It's a good sake with good cost performance💕 So, check in 666🎊㊗️ No.6 is not suitable for me (I can't afford it), so I bought 3 sake with "Roku" in it 🤣. Rokusyu and 2 bottles of Rokkasen from Yamagata, a neighboring prefecture, side by side for a photo 📸🤣🤣🤣🤣.

I lowered my LDL and further restored my liver with turmeric for 2 days on Saturday and Sunday. I had great success with this strategy last year and practiced it again this year 😁. What I CHOICE to get back on track is still my love for Akita sake ❣️ local love 😆. Started with lukewarm sake, gentle to the stomach ‼️ Oooohhhh.... It's sinking into my stomach from my esophagus 🎶. It's going to be soooo 👍 I held out for a week for this lol. Tonight, the second day, it's cold (room temperature) ❣️ It's so good 😋! Mild aroma, mellow and soft mouthfeel. The moderate umami is wrapped up by the lactic acidity from the Yamahai brewing process 😆. It has a moderate richness and a complex flavor that spreads to the palate and has a good sharpness👍. It is a refreshing sake that you will not get tired of drinking 🎶. I can just honestly say "delicious" 🍶.

Not the same as juicy sourness 💦. It's kind of a deliberate sourness. There is some sweetness, but not enough umami. Sweet and sour but dry structure. I wonder if this means it is adapted to the modern diet 🤔. Taste is not rounded, a bit hard to drink for me personally, even though it's a bottle 😅. Third image. Local chain with multiple locations in Akita and Iwate 🍜. This restaurant's recommended Nanban Ramen🍜. Self-possessed Omatinpic 🏅. Omachi Sake Drinking Comparison 🎶. The 8th place goes to White🤍 by Kangiku. I've had RED before, but this is my first time to try White! The aroma is like sweet caramel 🤔. When you put it in your mouth, it's already banana 😆. It also has a peach🍑 like taste, but the sweetness is so strong, so I choose banana🍌😆. There is a bit of sourness, but the sweetness prevails. The sweetness lingers on the tongue while the bitterness suddenly finishes it off 😁. I felt it was a little too sweet 💦. I can't drink it all the time😅. Maybe it's for aperitif 🤔 The third one is Tenichi 🍜. I'm getting addicted to red bean powder, so I topped it up this time too lol. It was delicious and spicy and made me sweat 😋❣️
