The second drink of her husband's service: ❣️ The eighth drink in total is a packet of sake 🍶. It's been quite a while since I've had it (lol). I feel like it's been a long time since I've had it (lol) 😆 Inconsistency! It tastes like a light and dry Niigata sake! Not like a packaged sake (lol). But since there are no more tsumami, it's hard to drink light and dry here 😅💦... Well, since it was served to me, I won't complain, I'll just drink it in one quick gulp and leave 🎶. Fourth drink, NO.6❣️ Some of my sakewa friends say Shinsei doesn't suit me 💦. Why this one? Because... 600 check-in: 😁😁😁😁😁😁 It's got to be Akita sake. 6 connections (lol) Mild, sweet aroma like white peaches. ❣️ Semi-sweet flavor, but you can taste the acidity. I don't remember it being this acidic. It's like a white wine, but with a kick 😆. I will be serving with the famous chicken set: 🕊️ Seri, skin, cartilage and bonjiri! The tare (sauce) to be served with the chicken is also ume (plum), wasabi (Japanese horseradish), salt, and yuzu kosho (Japanese citrus pepper). Delicious ❣️ I'm so happy! Well, next... The third drink is Koraku's Nagoshi Sake: ❣️ What? Now it's spring! I do not care if it's an autumn sake. I'm a fan of the "Kurakura" style. Mild and soft on the palate ❣️ It seems to be my favorite Fukushima sake Mellow flavor, but light. The crisp, light acidity is exquisite👍. You can enjoy the lingering balance and sharpness. Second glass, Jyushidai ❣️ Dragon's Bastard A big swing from dry sake, but 💦. The pure sweetness and umami is very strong 😋. But it's not too rich 👏. It has a rich flavor for a Jyushidai! Yesterday was my wedding 💍anniversary ㊗️ My partner, my daughter and I went out for a drink 🎶 to celebrate. This restaurant became my partner's favorite after we happened to go there last July! This time, we made a reservation and went! As expected of GW, the place was packed with reservations 🈵. Maybe we made our reservation too late, but we were guided to the counter even though there were only three of us 😅. The appetizer was squid (🦑). This is ❣️ and it's delicious 😋! I drank a beer🍺 and drank it all up, then had a drink to go with the squid (lol). When it comes to squid, I'd have to say Aomori sake 😆. Toyobai's deliciously dry sake 🍶. It's dry, but the umami flavor that spreads in your mouth is good! (It has a good sharpness. The sharpness is very strong 😁. Well, now, the engine is running! Scoring: ☆☆☆☆☆ I drank KAWABU's smart two months ago and it was so good, Now I'm going to try the uppers: ❣️ The aroma is sweet and fruity with a hint of melon or banana 😍. Nice sweetness and a beautiful astringency💕. Very well balanced 👍Junmai sake 🍶. It has a nice sharpness on the back end so you won't get tired of drinking it 😆. Same as the previous "smart" sake, As the temperature gradually rises, the flavor is more pronounced 😋. Umakaa 🎶. I think it's lighter than smart 🤔 Both are good though 😋. Both smart and this upper, Considering it costs less than 1600 yen for a four-pack, I feel it has the potential to equal or even exceed Saku-sama 🤣.

Scoring: ☆☆☆☆ Project sake with students of prefectural university🍶. The concept is to create easy-to-drink sake that young people can easily pick up and enjoy. The students of the prefectural university are taking the lead in designing the sake quality, producing rice, developing yeast, brewing sake, and even designing the label. They have been doing this for about 20 years now? I'll have it for the first time (laughs). I picked it up because I thought it was simple and tasteful, unlike the labels I've had in the past 🤣. A little cemedine-like, which is typical of Naba Shoten. I guess this is what the students like this year 🎶. I wonder if any of these students will become brewers in the future? 😁.

採点☆☆☆☆ アサヒ、SUPER DRY‼️ ならぬ、 日の丸、HYPER DRY‼️ まんさくの花で有名な日の丸醸造の試験醸造品 まんさくの花の名は出さないように販売店に言ってるとか（笑） 完全発酵・糖類ゼロ😆 ブドウ糖は含まれてません 超超辛口にこだわった、ハードで刺激的なお酒🍶 吟醸香なんて全く望めない（笑） けど、嫌みな香りもない 口に含むと、うおっ！辛いっ！ と言うほどの変態感は無いです 適度な酸味があって、飲み難くはないです ただ💦 やっぱり、超辛口（笑）🤣 ほんとに本当に辛いです 甘味は遠くにほのかに、微かに感じる程度😂 アルコール度数も18度 酔います🤪 やや苦みもあり、個性的な超超辛口酒🍶 一番は、じっくりとオンザロック🧊でいただくのがピッタリ✌️

Scoring☆☆☆☆☆ Abeno Green Label❣️ The first time I drank it, it was delicious 😋💕 which definitely made me think about buying it again next year. This year is as good as ever 😆. Smooth on the tongue with a slight carbonation 𓂃🫧. Elegant sweetness from the origami and a nice salty acidity for an Abe👌. Juicy grapefruit type taste ❣️ Sweet but with a grapefruit-like bitterness and a refreshing aftertaste that is irresistible 😁. Enjoy the 🎶sweetness x bitterness 🎶, good cohesiveness, delicious sake👍 Will definitely buy again next year 🤭. Third, the cherry blossoms in Akita are finally starting to fall 🌸. Driving to the northern part of the prefecture 🚗💨. The sunset with the weeping cherry blossoms in the background! Another spectacular view 🤣.

Scoring ☆☆☆☆ Aizu Musume suddenly started handling in the neighborhood: 👸🏻 I bought it without any prior information about what kind of girl it was (laugh). Classical label It's very rare nowadays. Now, open the bottle🎉. Slightly smells like cooked rice Soft and smooth texture in the mouth This is typical of Fukushima sake and my favorite 💕. Soft and gentle sweetness and umami And also a gentle acidity that accompanies it. Beautiful and soft taste: ❣️ There is almost no bitterness. It tastes well balanced and somewhat comforting 😆. At worst, it could be called a weak sake, but unlike the light sake, the umami flavor remains in the mouth 👍. It is a sake that you will not get tired of drinking and can fully demonstrate its ability as a food sake 🍶. It seems to be best served lukewarm, but it's been so warm lately that I've emptied it out cold 😅. The third picture is the second image of the nighttime cherry blossoms 🌸📸.

I hate this type of stopper, it's so hard to open 😭 Doesn't it hurt your hand✋? Well, I managed to open the bottle 🎉. Nice sound ❣️ I couldn't help but grin along with Sawaya Matsumoto 😆. The aroma is very mild, gentle and sweet ❣️ On the palate, it has a tangy gassy feeling even though it's hi-ire, which makes it feel like a nama-zake! Matsumoto〜🎶! Taste is, whoa, different from Matsumoto 👀. Transparent sweetness and a gradually spreading umami flavor 😍. The clear acidity is pleasant and gentle to drink ☺️ Beautifully smooth on the back palate 👍. Other than the umami, the whole experience is very gentle 😋. It's like a gentle and soft all-around food sake 🎶. but I drank it all by itself 😅. Well.., Cherry blossoms 🌸🌸🌸 are in full bloom in some parts of Akita too 🌸🌸🌸 It's spring! Breeze feels so nice and refreshing🤗

I didn't pre-order it, but it's on sale, so why not (lol) Cork open 🎉 Gorgeous lychee-like aroma: ❣️ It has a banana🍌-like sweetness and almost no sourness. It has a smooth and silky feel, just like a pure Dai 😆. As the temperature rises, the sweetness increases and it is a refreshing fruit juice⁉️ There is a slight bitterness after swallowing, but in general the taste is refreshing. Last weekend, I had my favorite asari udon at Marugame Ψ( 'ч' ☆) It's still delicious 😋❣️ The price seems to be going up every year, but it's just a seasonal thing, so I'll just have to live with it.
