I bought it again this year, Nahami Shoten's Kyo ❣️
This sake is brewed in collaboration with Akita Prefectural University every year 🍶.
The sake is brewed according to the tastes of the students of that year, so it tastes different every year 😁.
The label design is also thought up by the students!
Last year, I was attracted by the simple label and bought it for the first time, but this year I was attracted by the flashy label lol 😆.
Last year it was like a white wine with a lot of acidity, but this year it's different, the acidity is weaker and more balanced 🎶.
It's made with both food and on its own in mind 😋.
I'm still a little uncomfortable with the cemedine feeling that is present in Naba 💦.
