At the same time, we opened a bottle of Hoka, brewed with Kinmon-Nishiki.
The first thing to notice is the aroma... it is also a little subdued, but has a lot of fruity nuances😇.
And when you take a sip... ❓
It has the same sweet and fruity taste as Toyoga, but it's a very refreshing and tasty sake 😀.
Thanks to the fact that we drank them at the same time, I felt Toyoga's taste was clearer, but if we had drank them on different days, my stupid tongue wouldn't have been able to tell which was which 😅.
Both sakes were very tasty and hard to choose one over the other 😇
Good morning, Jay & Nobby 😀
Maybe without this time from the last post I would have opened the bottle without any concern at all, but thanks to you two, I could taste a delicious drink without thinking about it!
😇
17 degrees.
A refreshing taste in the mouth with a touch of schwarziness.
The bitterness, which is typical of the original sake, is also delicious!
The aroma is not so strong, so it goes well with any dishes.
By the way, P1 is Plus with a little effort!
★★★★
There is a sense of schwarziness
Sweet and sizzling.
Tastes just the way I like it.
Salmon Sashimi with Maitake Sauce is mellow and not fishy
Delicious!
After harvesting the Hitogokochi rice in Shinshu Sanada, Tozawa area, we had a sake party at the Tozawa community center 😅.
The lineup of the fierce people who brought their own sake was amazing 😁 This dry sake was gassy and fresh and refreshing ♫

This year's Toyokoro Hatsushiboromi is now available at 15% Orikarami. The aroma is gentle and the freshly squeezed flavor spreads softly in the mouth. It has a soft lightness and freshness.
Although this is the first time it has been pressed, the bite is not strong and the soft touch is nice. It has a moderate green apple-like aroma.
Kaoru-shu. Compared to Jungin, the aroma is still good! But the sweetness is more like sugar candy than I expected, and although it is not indicated on the label, I guess that means it is hiyaoroshi, right? It is perfect for sipping slowly and sipping slowly!
