Tobirazumi HITEN HINA
Participated in "UTAGE 2025," a sake festival organized by J.S.P. (3/3)
My husband likes Tobirazumi, and he had drunk it before me and recommended it to me, saying "I think you'll definitely like it, Kumakucha", so I consumed the sticker myself and had it.
This is...! Sweet and sour, just the way I like it! 😳

Shinsei: An Introduction to Farmer's Art THE AGRIVEDA 2023
Participation in "UTAGE 2025," a sake festival organized by J.S.P. (1/3)
It was March, but it was crazy sunny and hot.
Long line at the entrance (if you moved the time, it was completely empty).
Long line at Shinsei (my husband was able to drink without waiting in line when he drank later).
Shinsei No.6 X-type, Heterodox Gyokuso Kabushiki Kaisha, Noumin Geijutsu Koron (Introduction to Farmers' Arts)
I drank 😋🍶 the "Peasant Arts".
On a warm and sunny spring day, our favorite sake breweries gathered in Aoyama, Tokyo. ‼️ This time, we selected 8 kinds of sake, mainly limited edition sake for this occasion 👍We started with a sparkling sake made from Akitsu Yamadanishiki by Jikin 💛.
🎊
I went to UTAGE2025 again this year with Rigel-kun, Nochi-san, and Yuka-chin.
This year it moved from Toyosu to Minami-Aoyama. We had VIP seats again this year (thank you Rigel 🙏 ).
I heard a lot of people saying "compared to last year..." 😅
All the sake we drank were delicious.
My favorite was Nanada's Junmai Ginjo Omachi. It was sweet, dark and delicious. I have to buy this one! I prefer to go to an empty line with one ticket and drink three glasses of delicious sake from other breweries rather than waiting in a huge line and using three tickets to drink Shinsei.
But don't tell me that 4 tickets (=1200 yen) for one cup of sake is expensive 🙊.
The four of us chatted about our next outing, and then Yuka and I had an after-party and headed home. It was a lot of fun 😁.
The third picture is a toast to the person who posted in real time on Sakenowa (Nochi-san).
