🌟🌟 Ingredients: Rice (Hokkaido rice), Rice Koji (Hokkaido rice) Rice polishing ratio: 70 Alcohol content: 15%. On the day I arrived, I went straight to Susukino where my lodgings were located without stopping at either Shin-Chitose or Sapporo. Nothing to do, though. Now, it is the last night in Hokkaido. I drank only Sapporo Classic🍺 and this is the only sake I drank. Kamikawa Taisetsu, a Seikomart limited edition. It is delicious. It can be drunk before or during a meal. It tastes like rice and you feel like you are drinking sake. We stopped at Raccoon's Hot Spring, where we stayed for three nights. There were raccoon dog figurines and raccoon dog crepes. Why was there a long line for Yamaoka-ya? I chose Susukino because my favorite chain hotel is located here, but it takes about 25 minutes to walk to Hokudai from Susukino, and the snowy road was slippery and quite nerve-wracking. People in northern Japan are awesome!

Hi Manachy 😃 Wow, I didn't know there was such a thing. I was impressed that people from overseas were buying up all the potato chips. Food is delicious, but I still got bruises from falling on snowy roads, so Hokkaido in winter is tough 💦.

Special limited edition Special limited edition Miyamanishiki orikagarami undiluted sake Ingredients: Rice (domestic), Rice Koji (domestic) Rice variety: 100% Miyamanishiki Alcohol content: 16% abv. Well, I'm ready for a U-turn on the 1235 flight to New Chitose. It is at a time when other airlines have decided to cancel the flight, so there is a rush of waiting lists, and we can't even transfer to the previous time. My colleague's flight was cancelled yesterday, so he arrived safely in Sapporo on an early morning flight this morning. Thanks in advance for any help. My stomach is churning with anxiety, and I can only drink alcohol that I know I prefer. So I'll have some Miko-chan. It's delicious. It's sweet and delicious 😭. I'm nervous so I didn't get drunk at all and that made it a boring evening drink: ...... Well, I don't get drunk to begin with😆.

Sake Ingredients:Rice,Rice malt Rice used: 100% Hitogochi grown in Nagano Prefecture Rice polishing ratio: 55 Alcohol content: 15 I am tired. I was not going to go to Nagano this week, but I thought Sensei was coming, so I reserved a restaurant for the year-end party and the invitation arrived on Thursday night. I had no choice but to go on my own," said one of my colleagues around me. No, I don't have time for that. After some adjustments, I'll be in Nagano from the 23rd to the 25th 😞 It's going to be cold. My stomach is churning because I'm afraid I might not be able to fly to Hokkaido from tomorrow. Stomach acid overload is better when I throw up. Now, what will heal my wrecked stomach is a sweet sake. It is Shinshu Kamerei, which I let sit for a while. It's clear and sweet and deliciously pichichi even when it's sitting on the table. It was more delicious than the last time I drank it at the store, probably because it had just been opened. It went in soooo smoothly. I am going to a conference in Hokkaido where there is an earthquake and heavy snowfall. I am worried that the promotion of a certain company will have the opposite effect. Although we are a rival company.

🎵 Department drinking party. I can walk to this restaurant from my office, and I heard that it is a mecca for fans as it is located below the room where Inaba of B'z lived when he was a college student. I forgot to go check his autograph 😔. The first floor is a normal bar type, and the second floor, I don't think this is the room Inaba-san lived in, but you can rent out a room and have a private party. There is an all-you-can-drink sake course in the showcase. No, all you can drink! The second picture is the one in the case. The third picture is the one I drank in it. I didn't empty it 😅. Most of the sake they had was dry, but among them there was Snow Kayasha and Suehiro, and I'll post the Suehiro, which was fruity and rich. I drank a lot. I can only remember a few microns 😆 I'm surprised I made it home in one piece.

Sake Ingredients: Rice (Gunma Prefecture), Rice malt (Gunma Prefecture) Rice polishing ratio: 90 Alcohol content: 15 Yeast used: Kyokai No. 701, brewer's yeast From last night until this morning, there was a problem that prevented some people from checking in to Sake-no-wa and uploading photos. I pulled it off spectacularly. I thought it was because of the large size of the photos from Friday's drinking session, so I was working on the photos and it wasn't: 🙂‍↔️ Well, here is a locally distributed sake from Tsuchida Sake Brewery given to me by a colleague in my department. Wow, limited edition🙌! It's dry, but very refreshing and easy to drink, and after you finish it, you'll want to check to see if it's dry. After finishing it, you will want to check if it is dry or not. This is the kind of sake that is good for a daily evening drink. I am going on a business trip to Hokkaido next Sunday. I may go to Nagano before that 🦆, so I am literally busy as a teacher 🏃‍♀️. And drinking too 🤣.

I'm sorry. This weekend, TOMO-san is here for a conference. That means we should have a drink, and since it is close to my office, let's have a Yokohama (petit) off-line meeting! We chose a restaurant in Kannai that I had been wanting to go to. I had been drinking standing up before, but this time I decided to sit down. Good girls know that I was in Nagano on Friday morning 😆. From Nagano to Omiya by Shinkansen, from Omiya to Yokohama by Shonan Shinjuku line, and then to Kannai by Negishi line. It's a big move 🤣. I was with the usual yukachin and Kagura master ichiro18 (I was involved in a comment to invite him 😅). I also invited misamisao, who I've always wanted to have a drink with, to join me in the comments. I have to meet people I want to meet. Sorry for those who couldn't make it: 🙇‍♀️ Now, you may be surprised to see the picture. There are too many drinks in the all-you-can-drink section. It's crazy, this place 🤣I definitely can't drink all of it. I drank more than any other group, but I couldn't finish it. Now, I wonder how many gouges I drank by myself. I can't calculate it. 🙂‍↔️ Posted by Wangrok's Jodi. Special limited shipment! It was definitely rich, but it was light and tasty and impressive. All the others, like Higan and Bishu no Sekkei, were also very good. I even forgot to toast with Jyushidai Honmaru😅.

🤍. This is a late round drink that almost no one who drank it remembers 😆. I did say "wow, this is good" and "this is good too" when I was drinking it... It's a luxury 😅. You can add all-you-can-drink to the course meal, and I'll add some of that, just one drink per person, but it's enough, right? This and 40 different kinds of sake that change weekly. You can drink this one as many times as you want, but you never get there at all, so there's no such thing as too little. Really, is this restaurant okay? I thought so. It's no wonder it's in a very remote area. The rent must be cheap. I want to go there again, so we will have an off-line meeting in Yokohama! It is decided that we will do it at this time next year when TOMO-san can come.

❄️ I am in Nagano for 3 days from this day. Yes, snow is in the forecast for Nagano. But it's cold and snowy all over Japan, so it's never because I'm a snow woman (not a beautiful one). There was a limited edition of Kame no Umi at Shinshu Kurado, but today I wanted to talk to someone, so I went to my usual standing bar. It's a day for the elder sister, after all. She remembered me and we had a good time talking about Matsuchiyo-san. She said she enjoys reading my posts on Sake-no-wa. Oh, but I didn't tell her my account😅. It's the season of new sake, so I chose only sweet and tasty Pichichi. Kame no Umi no Hosoyuki is a safe Pichichi, and Sawa no Hana has a nice bitter taste at the end to cleanse the palate. The first pressing of Toyoka was so good that I recommended it to all the guests 😄 Zenkichi's ama-tsu is also delicious. I decided to drink up to this point first! I decided to drink the rest of the sake, and then I would take advantage of other customers' orders. I decided to drink this much first, and then I would take advantage of other customers' orders. But I'm comparing it with my faint memory, but it's a little different from what I drank last year. Last year's is described as slightly carbonated and sweet. Peco from Osaka Peco from Osaka came for a wild visit. He said he wanted to drink and I could gather the usual mahjong 🀄️ club members, i.e., those who are not of (mental) age. There, Peco, a perverted sake lover and a Masamune hunter approached me and said Noci, MAJ, Rigel-kun, Hiro, Matsuchiyo-san, Peco, and me. We had a fun party with 7 people. This restaurant offers an all-you-can-drink unlimited course on Saturdays. Yee-haw! And I'm posting a bottle of Rigel's Shinsei 😆. No, because it was so delicious. Thank you very much 😊. I was worried that Hiro-san and Matsuchiyo-san would be drawn to the Mahjong club, but that wasn't the case at all. Oh, it's a compliment 😄. 🐸. My surname is a common one, so there are 4 people in my department 😆 The 4th person is a recent hire and I've had almost no conversation with him, so I went out for a drink with 3 old-timers with the same surname and a senior who drinks a lot. Well, it was a normal banquet 😆 I've been going to UMAMI all the time lately. The drinks and food are delicious. I have also been to the bar side of UMAMI, which I haven't uploaded yet. We were told we could choose whatever we wanted, so we chose at random. 100 kinds of drinks are available, so I thought it would be better to choose "Tohoku this time" or "Kanto and Koshinetsu next time". We drank a lot and talked a lot for 3 hours. I didn't put a picture of people in the picture, so we drank 15 kinds (15 gou) in total. 3.75 gou per person was very drunk for that. I was so drunk for 3.75 gou of wine per person. I was so sleepy on the subway and in the cab that I was wondering how I made it back home. Is that too much? 😅 The representative sake was a frog 🐸 (you have to click on the picture to see it, sorry), which had a strong visual impact. It says heated, but I drank it cold. It's Kitajima, so it's not sweet. It was very refreshing to drink while eating.

🍷 This is also a very special drink I brought with me. It was slightly carbonated, sweet and really easy to drink. I didn't feel the grandeur of Miyamanishiki, or maybe I was just drunk. I drank a lot. After that, I joined mahjong 🀄️ for the first time in a while and got involved with a lot of participants and those who didn't participate 😅... I think.
