Japanese sake Ingredients: Rice (domestic), Rice malt (domestic) Alcohol content: 16%. Nagano sake when you come back😊. This sake is from the Secret Sake Hanpukai 2025 Gold Course. It was a very drinkable sake that started out bitter and gradually became sweeter and sweeter. It's delicious. It's interesting how the sake brewery here has different tastes for different sakes. After yesterday's trouble, I fell asleep, but my sleep was shallow, and I spent the day yawning while working. I should have just come home and gone to bed straight away, but I had to keep drinking 😅. I can't drink sake tomorrow because I'm going to Jingu🐧 (and that's my excuse💦).

🐻 I've already done a few rounds of the sake on the menu, so I'm going to ask for off-menu drinks from the start. Ah, the usual restaurant. Urasaku no Hana, Jyukyu, Zenkichi, Sumiage, and Yamasan, one sake each... I had the option of stopping after the fourth cup, but despite the spontaneity of this business trip, I was satisfied with what I got, so I was in a "let's drink it" mood. You should have stopped here... On the way to the hotel, I looked in my bag and saw that the clear file with the hotel key card was missing 😱. I left it at the university where I work 😭After taking a cab to the hotel and collecting the card key, I had to walk back to the hotel because I couldn't find a cab. A 20 minute walk in the middle of the night feels like more than 30 minutes, in fact it might have taken me that long since I was wandering around. Yes, I fell asleep 😫. The last one is a cute bear at the reception of the hotel 🐻.

Good morning, Nochi-san. ☀It's hot in Kanto. Nagano is not a summer resort at all though. Yes, I've been in this mountain three bitterness and it's getting sweeter and sweeter and tastier. I'm a man of many gaps 💦I guess it's the expensive sake we have 😆.

✨ Ingredients:Rice (domestic), Rice Koji (domestic) Rice used: 100% Hitogochi from Nagano Prefecture Rice polishing ratio: 59 Alcohol content: 15% alcohol by volume It was a sudden business trip to Nagano. It was so sudden that I was able to stay at a cancelled hotel within the company's budget. It is expensive because of summer vacation 😔. Today we drank at the hotel. I bought 2 bottles of 300ml because I would fall asleep at the end if I drank only one bottle of Yongo 😊. One of them is here. It is a limited edition sake made by Sake Sengano, known for Genshu Mai, in cooperation with Nagano station staff. I'm excited! It does not have the sweetness expected from Hitogokochi, but has acidity. It is not strong by any means and is easy to drink, perfect for a hot summer day. It was delicious 😋. Now on to the next bottle 😊.

Japanese sake Ingredients: Rice (domestic), Rice malt (domestic) Rice polishing ratio: 60 Alcohol content: 13%. The color of the bottle is beautiful, isn't it? It would be a problem if there are more bottles that are hard to throw away, wouldn't it? I opened the bottle thinking it would be better to drink it during the summer. When I pour it, I can see bubbles. It looks delicious. It wasn't as sweet as I thought it would be when I put it in my mouth. I thought it was sweet because of the bubbles 😅It's fruity and low in alcohol content, so it goes down easy. I can drink water at the same time at home 😁. It's been a long time since my last annual visit. I drank too much the day before, so I was lazy all day. I found myself dozing off, and I wondered if this is what it was like to be lazy. I thought it was fine once in a while, but I felt guilty because of my personality. I'm poor 💦.

❤️ It took me a very long time to get rid of the alcohol😅. I don't want to do a lot of work with no people around me in quicksand, although I can make progress. I did the minimum, so I took the next day off and went to a bar I wanted to go to. Kagura" reminds me of the unlimited drinking place in Kanda, but there is also one in Kannai. It seems that they are not related. This is a standing bar. The restaurant is spacious, but the space for drinking standing is small. There seem to be more than 500 kinds of alcohol available in the whole store, but only 100 kinds for standing drinking. That's a lot 🤣. I've never had a chance to compare 4 different kinds of sogapés. There are so many different kinds, it's hard to decide which one to drink. I check out what other people are drinking. The bad thing about this place is that you have to drink both alcohol and water in one cup. In other words, if you want to drink water but there is alcohol left in the cup, you can't drink the water until you finish the alcohol. Can I just throw it away? What a waste 🤣. So I poured the entire cup myself at a bar where you pour it yourself, and after 2 hours of drinking, it was ready. I was done. I'll give you the Aizan that I drank at the end. This is the first Aizan I have ever had from a sake brewery. I may or may not have had the impression that it was a little bit sweet 🤣.

㊗️ Ingredients: Rice (domestic), Rice malt (domestic) Rice used: 100% Oyamanishiki Rice polishing ratio: 60 Alcohol content: 16 1111 check in 🎉. I looked at the inventory and didn't see any Aizan sake, so I went with a local Kyoto sake. There is also Tamagawa, but this one today 🥰. How many years has it been since I've gone home for Obon...because it's so crowded. I hate crowds. This is the Koji-mashimashi of Yuyamanishiki that I left for a year. I wonder if it's because I left it there for a year. The first sip is sweet, and the bitter taste comes at the end, but both the sweetness and the bitterness are rich and drinkable, so it is very delicious. I sipped it down. My impression of Yuyamanishiki was that it was bitter. I wonder if it is due to the high amount of koji in it? Anyway, it was delicious. I'll buy a lot more when I go back home in the fall. ❤️ I'll have to bring some bottles home with me. I wanted to take tomorrow off but it didn't happen, so I came up at the regular time then. Japanese sake (🌾) Ingredients: Rice (domestic), Rice Koji (domestic) Rice polishing ratio: 55 Alcohol content: 16%. This is a prime example of a sake that you can't go wrong with special pure rice. We enjoyed it again this time 😊. It starts out sweet, but the umami gradually increases, and after drinking it, you feel refreshed and want to roar "haha, it's delicious". I probably write this every time, but I feel relieved when I drink Tazake because it is "the sake" (and I don't mean that in a bad way). During this three-day weekend, I took naps whenever I had time (I didn't fall asleep at night either, is that why it was raining? ☂️) I ran out of my usual lack of sleep. I know I can't sleep in 💦.

I'm not sure if this is a good idea or not 🦪. Just a bunch of drinkers who love oysters and sake 😊I had been wanting to go to a restaurant in Fuchu with Nochi-san and Yuka-chan and we started drinking early on a Saturday. We had a great time, but it wasn't much, as we split one cup of sake between the three of us and drank 10 cups. The oysters were as good as their reputation, and since oysters are also drinks, I wonder how many drinks we drank 🧐. I've already introduced you to Imadaiji🦪, which Yucachin brought, so I'll go with this one, which was delicious and memorable. It is sold at Koyama Sake Shop in Azumamine. It's sweet and tasty and perfect for my taste, so I had to have another one. I also had another glass of Kariho's Oyster Lovers Rock, which was written to go well with oysters, so that's 8 pictures but 10 glasses. Igarashi sake is also delicious, and the first Sen was delicious and went well with the oysters. I also had a bottle of Toyoka, which I drink a lot in Nagano 😊Fukkai and Kagiya were both delicious. We ate and drank as much as we wanted, and even had a conversation with some Osaka people during the course of the meal. It was a very enjoyable drinking party. ❤️ I had a stomachache in the middle of the night and thought, "No way? I thought "No way?" but it was just gastritis. ⭐️Good, good, good.

Everyday yann 🤣. This is Kikusui. It looks like the brand was created in March this year. Takananishiki is also a first. The aroma when the bottle is opened is gorgeous and soothing. When you drink it, it is quite bitter, which is different from the impression you get from the aroma. It is not unpleasant, and it is very easy to drink while eating. It also has a good flavor. 💘 I heard they officially carry Imi (I've been allowed to sneak a sip before, but of course you have to pay for it), so I had to drink it 😊. It was sweet and refreshing, similar in genre but more distinct than Shinshu Kamerei. It's very, very good 😋 Will there ever come a day when I can buy it in bottles? While I'm on the subject of sweetness, here's another juicy malic from Kame-no-umi that I was allowed to drink before it went on sale (for a fee, of course). It's like wine. The low alcohol content makes it very easy to drink and it was gone in no time. The one I had before was so rich that I thought it might be too much for a four-pack, but this one, which has been improved, can go as much as I want. I wonder where it is sold. I was able to buy the SEA, but the timing was not right for the Jade. Compared to the first two, it has more acidity. I thought it was a beautiful sake. We drank 5 glasses from 6:30pm and left at 7:30pm. A mature way to drink, right? 🤣

First of all, Shinshu Kamerei Junmai Hitogokochi, which just came out, yes, it's really good and easy to drink 😊It's really good when the bottle is just opened (from my reflection the other day). I haven't been able to go to Ueda recently, but I wonder if I can get a bottle if I go there? Next up is the new Iraka Ikaimoto, which I was able to meet the toji when I visited here in June, and he told me that he was going to make the next one. It is very mellow and has no noticeable acidity, which is typical of nama-moto. I say "for a nama-moto sake" because I drink it with information, but if I drank it without knowing it, I wouldn't understand. It is delicious. It's expensive, but 💦 it's good.

Rice malt Ingredients: Rice (domestic), Rice Koji (domestic) Rice variety: 100% Yamae-Nishiki Rice polishing ratio: 50 Alcohol content: 15% alcohol by volume This week we will be in Nagano from Monday. It's hot. I was wandering around a liquor store and found this one. It was expensive, but I wanted to drink it! So I bought it. I drank it last year, too, at the same hotel 😊. First, just the supernatant. It's not too sweet and it's so refreshing that I could drink it all by itself. But that would be a waste, so I stirred it and drank it. It became thicker, but I didn't feel it lingering in my mouth at all, and I enjoyed it chibi-chibi with a sweetness closer to sourness. It was delicious. It's summer vacation, right? The number of office workers is decreasing. On the Shinkansen in the morning, a lady sitting next to me was immediately enjoying a glass of shuushu🍺. I love it.

Aunty. Good morning! It's hard to eat lunch when you're hungry next to the bullet train and drink beer while we're working 🤣I'd like to try Gokotsuru's Nigori 🤤.

Hi Ane ^_^ Thanks for your work 🙇. The drinks here are delicious ☺️ I don't have a summer vacation either, but I think I'll have a posh 🍺 on the train tomorrow after my night shift 😁.

Good morning, kozo! Usually no one puffs on it, but during ski season and summer vacation, the smell of alcohol fills the air 💦 It's a limited edition sake, so if you find it, buy it immediately!

Good morning, Manta 😃. I hope you finished your psht time successfully. The bar I went to yesterday had some, but I think the best time to taste this alcohol is when you buy it and open the bottle yourself 😊.

Rice Ingredients:Rice,Rice malt Rice used: 100% Yamae-Nishiki produced in Nagano Prefecture Rice polishing ratio: 55 Alcohol content: 15 I try to open a bottle on weekends (Saturdays, right?). Otherwise, it doesn't decrease in volume... I opened a bottle of Shinshu Kamerei Yamae Nishiki, which has been sitting on the shelf for a long time. As expected, the clear mouthfeel is gone, but the sweet and easy-to-drink taste is still the same. Delicious 😋. I was so exhausted from exercising in the morning and walking all afternoon that I fell asleep in no time😅.

Rice Ingredients: rice (domestic), rice koji (domestic) Rice used: 100% Kinmon-Nishiki produced in Kijimadaira, Nagano Prefecture Alcohol content: 16% alcohol by volume I was going to go to Nagano next week from Tuesday, but at 17:00 on Friday, I suddenly decided to go on Monday, and I had to work super late to prepare for the trip 😭 I was exhausted, so I had this Masamune. The sourness and bitterness are more pronounced when drunk chilled. The aroma when you open the bottle is very sweet. It was a delicious sake with a summery taste. And the next day, I had to go to the gym from 8:00 a.m., so I took plenty of water and went to bed. The tension of not being able to fall asleep, I wish I had that every time 😆.

Good morning, Masaaki Sapporo 😃. Thank you very much 💦I see that you are also checking in 1100 💦I guess when the dust settles, the dust settles. I usually like sweet sake, but when it's hot like this, I want to drink sour sake too 😊.

🍉 I thought this Nagano business trip would be good for two days and one night, but I got a homework assignment that I can only do in Nagano, and I'm going back next week💦. Nagano is hot! The humidity clings to my body😔. There is a beer garden on the rooftop of MIDORI, but although I say I want to drink beer, I end up coming to my usual restaurant. The people at the restaurant don't even tell me it's been a while 😔. I had 4 glasses of sake, all of which were very cold and dry. They were all dry and went well with the sashimi and liver skewers. I drink sake here in a single glass, so drinking it in an inoguchi or a half glass is not enough for me 😔. There is 🍉 on the cafeteria menu. It seems to be quite popular among students. Speaking of watermelon, how many people know how to eat Shimura-ken... when I say 😅?
