🌸 Ingredients: Rice (domestic), Rice malt (domestic) Ingredient Rice:100% Hana-Moi rice produced in Aomori prefecture Rice polishing ratio: 50 Alcohol content: 16 Today, I did a big job. I narrated a document to a government official. I was asked, "Oh, is that me? I don't speak standard Japanese. I said, "I don't speak standard Japanese," and I took the job, and as I expected, I had an accent all over the place 😆 Kansai people can't count. I've been taking care of my throat for this weekend, but I don't have to worry about getting a throat attack from alcohol burn anymore! I have to drink today. "No, you don't. I have to go home on time and have a drink. I went home on time and had a drink. My senior in the department bought this sake for me when he visited his wife's parents in Aomori during the Obon vacation. It's been a long time since I've had Hachisen. And it's Junmai Daiginjo! It's been a little while since I got it, but there was a pleasant sound when the bottle was opened and a slight carbonation. Sweet at first and bitter at the end. Delicious 😋. It's been a while since I've had sake at home on a weekday and I was so excited that I drank most of it in an hour 😅 I can't drink the last cup of sake because I'm too lazy to drink the last cup 😅. I love drinking sake at night without complaining or saying anything bad about it, just watching videos of my guesses 😍. I wish I had tomorrow off (it's Wednesday)

Sake Ingredients: Rice (domestic), Rice malt (domestic) Rice polishing ratio: 70 Alcohol Content:17%. I was extremely busy this week. It has been a long time since I used a measuring device, and I was impressed that my body still remembered to do so 🥺. Well, I'm going to have a hot pot and hiyaoroshi on the weekend after a hard day's work. It is quite dry when drunk before a meal, but the rice has a strong umami flavor because of the high milling ratio. It's not like Gohyakumangoku......right? I don't know 😅. When you drink it during a meal, the sweetness increases. Delicious 😋. The label is cute💕

👹 Meikyojosui had two types of hiyaoroshi on the menu. But they were out of stock, so they stocked this one on this day. When I went there the day before, I remembered that they said they might have it tomorrow, so I went there that day as well. The dry sake they serve here is delicious. I drank it in the latter half of the day, so my mouth was reset and I forgot how much I drank until then (hard to understand the expression 😆). I also drank some of my favorite sakes like Toyooka, Seki, and Kamito: ⭐️ I also drank some amazake from Meikyojosui, which was delicious, so I bought some. I will review this one at that time as I will drink it slowly at home. Well, we stayed here for 3 hours and 20 minutes 😆 I don't know if you all remember this. I don't know if you all remember, but this is a standing bar........

💎 I knew this drink was on the menu. I thought, "Who would order this, it's so expensive and so little, I could drink 5 or 6 of these." I didn't think I would be that person 😆. I have had the 900 yen setup at Golden Tortoise. Maybe it was because the previous day and this day's work went unexpectedly well. I was feeling really good. (I should note for the sake of warning that the day before, I got drunk while walking to the hotel, went straight to the public bath, fell down and lightly sprained my ankle 😆) It was an unopened bottle 💖. Wow 、、、、 yum. I had to taste and drink a few drops at a time. It's like when I drank Tokkami Omachi Jikin. I heard that the balance of sweet, sour, spicy, bitter, and astringent flavors make a beautiful pentagonal shape. So I don't know what to say about it. And as I drink it, my body starts to feel warm. The owner told me that good sake is absorbed well, so it warms you up from the inside 😊. I drank it with care 💕

💠 I came to this day because I was too lazy to look for a restaurant (lol). 'Are you sober, customer?' He called out to me, and I thought to myself that maybe I don't know the difference because I'm always sober here, but I put that aside. But that's beside the point. The owner here is a big proponent of Meikyojo-jyusui. He said, "This polish 35 and PLATINUM are the same, If you order this polish 35 and PLATINUM as a set, I'll give you 3,000 yen. Polishing 35 is 900 yen. PLATINUM is 2300 yen! And that's for 60ml! As I was wondering why I couldn't drink it in Tokyo, one of the regulars next to me said, "You can't drink it in Tokyo," and I thought it was a good idea since it was a good deal yesterday and my senior seemed to want to drink it. I thought it was a good idea since it was a good deal yesterday and my senior seemed to want a drink. "One set for two?" I thought it was a good idea because it was a good deal and my senpai seemed to want to drink it too. I apologize for my lack of vocabulary, but it was just delicious and tasty. No bitterness, sweetness. It has a bitter taste when the temperature goes up. But I don't mind it. It makes you want to drink more and more. I heard that there is a customer who just keeps drinking this polished 35. He must be rich 🤣. I have a feeling it's going to be another long night: ⭐️

😊 This was my favorite of the drinks we had that day. Slightly carbonated, sweet and delicious. It was elegant but not thin, and hopefully I wanted to have a full glass poured and drink half of it at once. And it's cheap. The owner said The owner said, "This brewery is wrong in how they set their prices. The owner said, "This brewery is wrong in how they price their sake. Akabu is good, Kutsukake is spicy, Drink a lot of different kinds of sake, I found myself staying for 3 hours 😆. I don't know if you guys forgot, but this is a standing bar (lol). We didn't eat much and drank a lot, so it wasn't that expensive. The two drinkers went home saying "good value for money" (lol).

🐢 I asked for hiyayogoshi on the menu, but it was sold out at every single time. They said, "This is the time of the year when we have the least amount of sake." That's what they said. They were sold out of Kame-no-umi hiyaoroshi, Sakunohana hiyaoroshi, Kuroemon hiyaoroshi, and many others. Nevertheless, this Kame no Kai is delicious, and both Daishinshu and Sakunohana are spicy and tasty. Sakunohana is limited and recommended. The bottle is beautiful 💕 Looks like another long night 😆.

🏞️ It has been a long time since I have been to Nagano. Again, 2 nights and 3 days. I thought it would be cold, but the daytime high was 20 degrees Celsius and warm 😊. I had a full day of meetings that day and was talking with my senior who came with me about what to do at night, and it just so happened that the hotel where he was staying was above this one, We came here again to have a drink standing up. The place was packed today. I thought the owner had forgotten about me, but he remembered me 😊Well, I guess that makes an impact 😛. A comparison of Hokushin style sake. Junmai Nama Haraju, Junmai Haraju, Junmai Ginjo, and gradually getting drier and drier. If you drink them in this order, the spicier one feels a lot spicier. I preferred the first junmai-harakyu.

⛰️ Ingredients: Rice (domestic), Rice Koji (domestic) Rice polishing ratio: 50%. Alcohol content: 15% alcohol by volume This is one of the sake I missed in Fukuoka. It was just at home, so I opened the bottle 😁. The aroma when the bottle is opened is soft and floral. When you drink it, you can feel the acidity at first, but it gradually becomes umami. It is said to be dry, but perhaps because it is a junmai daiginjo, it has a very elegant dryness. It is delicious. I kept it chilled, but it was good to drink it at room temperature. It went well with my first hot pot of the season. I was easily falling asleep because I was having dinner after doing my plans for the day with a lack of sleep😅.

🍊 Chochoko drinks don't get me drunk 😆. We have extra hanafuda (you don't have to use it up, but you want to), so another drinking contest. Two each of modern and classic. 'Wow oh wow, Nabeshima orange or 🧡.' I had found it in the showcase. I had found it in the showcase, and it was selling like hotcakes. I didn't expect to see them in a drinking comparison. I was so excited that a man who was drinking in front of me said "You like sake, don't you" 😅The store owner also said "I thought you like Nabeshima" from my yakking in Sanzu. I'm easy to understand, aren't I? I haven't had orange 🍊 in a while. It had been a while since I opened the bottle, so the slight carbonation was gone, but the elegant sweetness was still there. I want to drink more. I often saw "Yamadanishiki produced in Itoshima" when drinking sake. The same is true of the Tanaka Rokuugo I drank at a later party. So, Itoshima is your business trip destination 😅I asked my colleague, "Hey, you know what? "Hey, you know, I keep seeing the words "Yamada Nishiki from Itoshima", what kind of place is Itoshima? He said, "You'll have to wait and see." It's a fun experience. Well, I'm going there!

☀️ I am in Fukuoka on a business trip. I worked until the last minute, wrote e-mails all day on the floor where the lights go out at lunchtime, and flew out. It's been a long time since I took a domestic flight (lol). I didn't know how to get on the plane so I decided to take the same time as my senpai who goes early. The drinking party with my colleagues who are boarding earlier starts at 7:30 p.m. (they are working), and I am free until then. Coincidentally, my friend was in Fukuoka on a business trip and told me about this restaurant. When I told him I was going, he seemed to leave quickly (lol). We met in Niigata last weekend, too. I was suddenly given 10 Hanafuda 🎴 cards. I put them to good use and ask for sake and snacks. First, a high-class drink comparison. You don't know what kind of sake it is until it comes out, but the sansho comes out and you are like "Kyaa 😍". It is sweet and delicious. I want to buy a bottle one day and drink it with gusto. But the one I'm posting is Yuharu from Azuma Tsuru. It's the one you can see the bubbles 🫧 in the glass (top right). Very fruity, sweet and slightly carbonated. I turned the bottle over and was surprised to see that Aizan ❤️ can be brewed so lightly 🫢 Even Junmai Daiginjo Aizan can have a bitter taste, but this one does not. I guess that would be an expression that doesn't capture the character of Aizan. Anyway, it was very delicious💕.

🏞️ If you have time at Nagano station you have to stop by here 😁. It's a standing bar in Shinshu Kuraudo♪ We chose three kinds of sake: Sakunohana, Kamito, and Nakanori-san. Among them, I really liked the middle one, Kamito's Arabashiri. It is sweet and slightly carbonated. Very fresh! When I went to check out the sales floor, I found that it was a limited edition for 1,100 yen. A four-pack bottle costs 1,100 yen! Is it because alcohol is added? But I would buy it even if it were a little more expensive. I will buy it when I go on a business trip to Nagano the week after next and drink it carefully.

🌌 Half of the team has gone off to play golf, so the rest of the small group is working from the morning. We work on the smallest details as we go. Asa-Kai came out at lunch time. I didn't get a chance to serve it yesterday. The person who drank the most of my sake yesterday went to play golf, so the rest of us are drinking. I didn't know Ginga Ginga is made from Iwate rice. It's my first time. I don't know if it was the taste of the rice or not, but it was very tasty with a strong umami flavor. It is perfect for a stand-alone drink. The label with a luxurious feel is also good. I was sleeping all the way on the train on the way back home, perhaps because it is easy to get drunk after a day of physical labor. It was because I had another drink at Nagano station after this (to be continued).
