Japanese sake (🌾) Ingredients: Rice (domestic), Rice Koji (domestic) Polishing ratio: 50 Rice used: 100% Akita Sake Komachi Alcohol content:16%. Since Monday is also a vacation, we will drink again today. We will drink rice wine today, too. Akita Sake Komachi was kept a little longer. I was worried about it, but it had a stable rice flavor and sweetness, probably because I kept it in the cellar even though it was fire-brewed. It was still delicious. I feel relieved when I drink tasake. My body works just like it does on a normal Sunday (I'll clean up after this TV show and get the housework done by this time). I didn't get drunk at all 😅I know it's a vacation but my body is nervous for the beginning of the week...

It was only one time, but it was still amazing considering I was in the 30kg range a year ago. Muscle doesn't betray me 💪, although fat is leaning towards me too 🤣. I was feeling so good that I decided to bust out those muscle fibers for the second time today💦. It's better because it's fizzy, I told myself. I've been wanting to drink this microbubbles for a long time. I spilled some 😢. I thought it was sweet in my mouth, but it's just so-so acid. I drank it after dinner so it's good to wash out my mouth 😋 Delicious 😋. A little after dinner = drunkenness. Second bottle even at 15 degrees. When I woke up it was 1:30 am 🫢.

🚙 (Japanese rice wine) Ingredients: Rice (Nagano Prefecture), Rice Koji (Nagano Prefecture) Rice used: 100% Omachi Rice polishing ratio: 55 Alcohol content: 15%. D:Drinker's Delight Daisekkei It is said to be "D: Drinker's Delight Daisekkei". In my generation, it's Initial D, isn't it? I like Evo, but in this manga, he is not depicted as cool at all 😢. Well, it was hot and humid, so I thought it would be nice to have a drink that goes down your throat, so here it is. Oh, no, I've never had it before, but I got the impression from the label💦. I really like the smell of gas when the bottle is opened. After smelling it for a while, I take a sip. Wow, I like the taste too. At first it is slightly sour, then the sweetness comes. It leaves the back of my throat without leaving a bad feeling in my mouth. I don't know how to describe it 😆 but it is very tasty. I was so impressed that I chose it. This is Miyajima Selection from Miyajima Sake Shop's hanpukai, do they usually sell this? If there was, I would buy this sake. I recommend it to those who like refreshing sake!

Cute 🩷. The aroma is gorgeous and I smelled it for a while 😁. The taste was more bitter than cool. I guess this is called refreshing (stupid tongue💦).

🐻‍❄️ Second day in Nagano. We went out for a drink as usual. It was the day when the ban on hiyaoroshi was lifted, so I was shown hiyaoroshi that were not on the menu and drank 5 different kinds (5 gou!) of them. It was a very lucky day because 4 bottles were opened. We drank Daishinshu, Kokoromi (Nakazen Shuzo), Saku-no-Hana, Jyukyu, and Togakushi, in that order. I'm posting this one because I don't get to see Daishinshu on tap that often. It's a calm and delicious wine, I don't have the vocabulary to describe it, but it's good anyway, and the balance of sweet, sour, and bitter flavors is so good that it's hard to distinguish any of them. The pretty one is the nineteen, though: 🐻‍❄️❤️ I drank a lot. I slept well, I thought, but I also had nightmares (mostly work), so I guess I didn't sleep well💦.

🐙 Hello🎶. Nagano. The first day is over. I didn't have 🐯 victory celebration (by myself), so I bought takoyaki (octopus dumplings) and compared Masumi drinks at the hotel. Of course, it is common knowledge that 🐯's home base is Nishinomiya City, Hyogo Prefecture, which is different from Osaka. Sometimes this white Masumi is sold out. Maybe because it is cheap. The only difference is the alcohol content, but the flavors are quite different. The black one has a strong umami flavor, followed by a sweet and sour taste. The white one has a good balance with a moderate acidity. The label says that both are suitable as a food wine, but it is also good to enjoy the difference while sipping them by themselves. Well, I was tired so I drank it quickly, took a bath and went to bed💦. I'm going to put work aside and do my best to fight for tickets to the Climax and Japan Series. There has never been a year when I don't feel the benefits of the fan club as much as this year, but..,

Is this good? I thought. I have an image of fukui as acidic, but not? Sweet? I was looking forward to drinking it. It looks good if you drink it while it's hot. Sweet and sour 😊This is juicy. I enjoyed the first glass by itself. It's perfect to drink it cooled down. If you make it a food sake, the acidity will stand out, but I think that's what makes this sake so good. The back of the label says to try it in a wine glass if you are worried about the acidity. I see! I don't have a wine glass though 😆. I've been so busy these days that I have no gauge for how much time I have left in my mind. My business trip to Nagano next week is scheduled for Friday afternoon and I've been looking for a hotel. It seems there was a cancellation and I was able to reserve the hotel of my first choice. I'm going on a 4-day trip this time, but I'd really prefer to go on a 5-day trip (i.e., Monday and Friday), so I may have to add it on short notice 😭 I don't want to have a lot of luggage.

◎ Hot weather party with the group up to last year. I was very happy as a boss to know that everyone is looking forward to it. ❤️UMAMI, last time it was Nibankan, but today it is the main building which is small and cozy. The food was delicious! The food was also delicious. I drank a lot of sake, but since I was drinking from a boar cup, it was gone before I knew it, so I don't have much to say about it. We did a lot of talking. This sake was very strong and I drank a lot of it. I'll post my first time drinking Nooguchi-San 😁. We drank plenty of sweet and juicy choices for 3 hours. Well, it was fun. I went home after the first meeting. I woke up and the door to the station I was getting off at was open 💦. The last one is the Shinshu Kamerei goods I bought at Okazaki-san's last week. It cost more than the sake 🤣.

I'm a company employee so I decided to have a physical checkup on Saturday 😆 and it was in the afternoon. I couldn't eat anything until the evening after all 😂. So it's not that I didn't drink alcohol and was regimented, it's just that I was drinking beer last Saturday at Jingu (drew 12 times) and this Thursday at Hamasuta (lost in 2.5 hours) 😁The team in first place, right? 🐯. Oku's sake is a hanpukai product from Musical Instrument Masamune. When you open the hard lid, fragrant gas comes out. Fluffy, nice aroma. In the mouth, it's really muscat 🍇The sweetness is just right thanks to the dry production. It's delicious 😋I love this 💕It has 13% alcohol content and goes down smoothly. It's been a while since I've had this much (I'm sure you can all imagine that I haven't had that much 😆).

It was a very drinkable sake that started out bitter and gradually became sweeter and sweeter. It's delicious. It's interesting how the sake brewery here has different tastes for different sakes. After yesterday's trouble, I fell asleep, but my sleep was shallow, and I spent the day yawning while working. I should have just come home and gone to bed straight away, but I had to keep drinking 😅. I can't drink sake tomorrow because I'm going to Jingu🐧 (and that's my excuse💦).

🐻 I've already done a few rounds of the sake on the menu, so I'm going to ask for off-menu drinks from the start. Ah, the usual restaurant. Urasaku no Hana, Jyukyu, Zenkichi, Sumiage, and Yamasan, one sake each... I had the option of stopping after the fourth cup, but despite the spontaneity of this business trip, I was satisfied with what I got, so I was in a "let's drink it" mood. You should have stopped here... On the way to the hotel, I looked in my bag and saw that the clear file with the hotel key card was missing 😱. I left it at the university where I work 😭After taking a cab to the hotel and collecting the card key, I had to walk back to the hotel because I couldn't find a cab. A 20 minute walk in the middle of the night feels like more than 30 minutes, in fact it might have taken me that long since I was wandering around. Yes, I fell asleep 😫. It was so sudden that I was able to stay at a cancelled hotel within the company's budget. It is expensive because of summer vacation 😔. Today we drank at the hotel. I bought 2 bottles of 300ml because I would fall asleep at the end if I drank only one bottle of Yongo 😊. One of them is here. It is a limited edition sake made by Sake Sengano, known for Genshu Mai, in cooperation with Nagano station staff. I'm excited! It does not have the sweetness expected from Hitogokochi, but has acidity. It is not strong by any means and is easy to drink, perfect for a hot summer day. It was delicious 😋. Now on to the next bottle 😊.

It would be a problem if there are more bottles that are hard to throw away, wouldn't it? I opened the bottle thinking it would be better to drink it during the summer. When I pour it, I can see bubbles. It looks delicious. It wasn't as sweet as I thought it would be when I put it in my mouth. I thought it was sweet because of the bubbles 😅It's fruity and low in alcohol content, so it goes down easy. I can drink water at the same time at home 😁. It's been a long time since my last annual visit. I drank too much the day before, so I was lazy all day. I found myself dozing off, and I wondered if this is what it was like to be lazy. I thought it was fine once in a while, but I felt guilty because of my personality. I'm poor 💦.

❤️ It took me a very long time to get rid of the alcohol😅. I don't want to do a lot of work with no people around me in quicksand, although I can make progress. I did the minimum, so I took the next day off and went to a bar I wanted to go to. Kagura" reminds me of the unlimited drinking place in Kanda, but there is also one in Kannai. It seems that they are not related. This is a standing bar. The restaurant is spacious, but the space for drinking standing is small. There seem to be more than 500 kinds of alcohol available in the whole store, but only 100 kinds for standing drinking. That's a lot 🤣. I've never had a chance to compare 4 different kinds of sogapés. There are so many different kinds, it's hard to decide which one to drink. I check out what other people are drinking. The bad thing about this place is that you have to drink both alcohol and water in one cup. In other words, if you want to drink water but there is alcohol left in the cup, you can't drink the water until you finish the alcohol. Can I just throw it away? What a waste 🤣. So I poured the entire cup myself at a bar where you pour it yourself, and after 2 hours of drinking, it was ready. I was done. I'll give you the Aizan that I drank at the end. This is the first Aizan I have ever had from a sake brewery. I may or may not have had the impression that it was a little bit sweet 🤣.

I looked at the inventory and didn't see any Aizan sake, so I went with a local Kyoto sake. There is also Tamagawa, but this one today 🥰. How many years has it been since I've gone home for Obon...because it's so crowded. I hate crowds. This is the Koji-mashimashi of Yuyamanishiki that I left for a year. I wonder if it's because I left it there for a year. The first sip is sweet, and the bitter taste comes at the end, but both the sweetness and the bitterness are rich and drinkable, so it is very delicious. I sipped it down. My impression of Yuyamanishiki was that it was bitter. I wonder if it is due to the high amount of koji in it? Anyway, it was delicious. I'll buy a lot more when I go back home in the fall. ❤️ I'll have to bring some bottles home with me. I wanted to take tomorrow off but it didn't happen, so I came up at the regular time then. I think I was too eager to get out of the office, so I came home in the indoor shoes I wore in the office 😞.

Japanese sake (🌾) Ingredients: Rice (domestic), Rice Koji (domestic) Rice polishing ratio: 55 Alcohol content: 16%. This is a prime example of a sake that you can't go wrong with special pure rice. We enjoyed it again this time 😊. It starts out sweet, but the umami gradually increases, and after drinking it, you feel refreshed and want to roar "haha, it's delicious". I probably write this every time, but I feel relieved when I drink Tazake because it is "the sake" (and I don't mean that in a bad way). During this three-day weekend, I took naps whenever I had time (I didn't fall asleep at night either, is that why it was raining? ☂️) I ran out of my usual lack of sleep. I know I can't sleep in 💦.

I'm not sure if this is a good idea or not 🦪. Just a bunch of drinkers who love oysters and sake 😊I had been wanting to go to a restaurant in Fuchu with Nochi-san and Yuka-chan and we started drinking early on a Saturday. We had a great time, but it wasn't much, as we split one cup of sake between the three of us and drank 10 cups. The oysters were as good as their reputation, and since oysters are also drinks, I wonder how many drinks we drank 🧐. I've already introduced you to Imadaiji🦪, which Yucachin brought, so I'll go with this one, which was delicious and memorable. It is sold at Koyama Sake Shop in Azumamine. It's sweet and tasty and perfect for my taste, so I had to have another one. I also had another glass of Kariho's Oyster Lovers Rock, which was written to go well with oysters, so that's 8 pictures but 10 glasses. Igarashi sake is also delicious, and the first Sen was delicious and went well with the oysters. I also had a bottle of Toyoka, which I drink a lot in Nagano 😊Fukkai and Kagiya were both delicious. We ate and drank as much as we wanted, and even had a conversation with some Osaka people during the course of the meal.
