🐰 Ingredients: Rice (Nagano Prefecture), Rice Koji (Nagano Prefecture) Alcohol content:16 I haven't had enough to drink, so here's the next one. Oh, rabbit 🐇. It has a firm umami flavor. Maybe I can feel the strength of the rice even more after drinking the awa awa. It is delicious 😋 and a very good sake. I wish I could drink it and recommend it to people who love sake. The reason I came home late this week was not only because I was busy with work, but also because I apparently stepped on a website (not a pornographic one, but...) that was not good for the company, and a file that was not good for the company was downloaded, and the IT department in my home country cut off my network 😑 I deleted the file and checked my disk many times. I was told to "initialize the PC" and I was so busy dealing with it that I'm sure I'm on the blacklist in my home country for the first time in a department of 100 people 😑 and the logs will probably be monitored for months to come. It's sometimes dangerous to go around saying that gray areas are not black 💦.

🐢 I was told about a slightly more expensive restaurant. In that situation, I'd have to go with someone older! I'm the oldest in my current company, so I like to have a previous work relationship! The person I secretly called my mentor at my previous company came to my next new job at my current company (complicated 💦) and he talked about me. Of course, I wanted to drink with both of them, the "some people drink very much, don't they?" type 🤣 so we put it all together and had a drink🎶. The main drink at the restaurant was hot sake. There was a lot of Shinkame I had never seen before. The old sake was easy to drink when heated, and since we drank it in small doses, we didn't get drunk. It was expensive (but we were served a lot, thank you 😊) but we will go there again. Takayuu, Kamikame, Shichiroubei, Bonbu, Ine Mankai I will post the orange label, which is rare, I think. The Ine Mankai hot sake we had to finish off the meal was absolutely delicious. The only dish I'm posting is steamed matsutake mushrooms in an earthenware teapot. Everything we ate was delicious. Banshu Aizan🩷 is very sweet, easy to drink, and has 13% alcohol content (?). You can drink it like juice. Happiness. Even though it's shaved, it's still 50%, so the flavor of the rice is still there. It's really delicious 😋. Mr. Sakaguchi, Nobel Prize winner in physiology and medicine, it's nice to be a researcher as a couple. I can't stop coughing 😷. It's solid bitter carbonated. I know that Jingyong isn't sweet, but I expect it to be sweet. I wonder why. Because I like sweet (instant answer). 🌾. I worked hard and was thirsty, so I went out for a drink on this day! We had some Daishinshu "Inanohana" that we drank last time, so we made a toast. I had one glass each with my senpai and that was it! This sake is only available in Nagano Prefecture. If you see it, drink it! We also decided to drink "Autumn Jungin" which was not available last time. This one! It's so delicious. It has a clear, slightly bitter, umami taste with a good depth of flavor, and can be drunk on its own without interfering with the meal. I drank a bottle of Shinshu Kamerei after this, but it was too clear and I felt it was not enough. I never thought that the day would come when I would think that! It was such a shocking taste. I drank Saku no Hana no Hiyayogoshi to refresh my palate, and ordered this autumn Jungin again. I drank too much again. Stop at 4 gou? It has become a regular trend to say, "I can drink it, right?

🧊. One of the fun things about being at my parents' house on a weekday is a paid drinking contest at Fujioka Sake Brewery. Four empty bottles for which the pickup fee went from 20 yen to 30 yen! I took them with me. People were already gathering before the store opened, and it was dangerous. I was alone and lonely. I took advantage of the fact that I was there alone and sat down at the counter. As long as I sit down, I don't mind them coming to ask for my order later. First, we ordered three different kinds of sake (those in red on the menu). The Junmai Ginjo Yamadanishiki is quite aromatic and bitter. It is Yamada-Nishiki, but it is very assertive. The young man sitting next to me, who was not accustomed to drinking sake, said, "It's just like Japanese sake. I thought he did not use this as a compliment. Next was the Junmai Namaishu Oorigarami Miyamanishiki. Wow, strong. It had a strong umami and bitterness, and I said to the waiter, "It's very heroic. Did she get the message? The waiter asked me, "What was your favorite?" I answered, "Junmai Daiginjo Nama Shu Orikarami Yamadanishiki. It is slightly effervescent, sweet, and easy to drink. It was delicious. The third one was a frozen sake that I asked for because it was limited. The bitterness was concentrated and the alcohol content seemed high. I participated in Mahjong Saturday, Sunday and Monday and still have a positive ✌️ fun 😊.

I went to a sweets shop with friends, ate mackerel sushi, drank sake, and had a good night's sleep. Haneda Sake Brewery was having a special event at the department store where I went to buy Okutanba. I bought it because it was their top recommendation. After a slight carbonation, sweetness and a little bit of acidity came and it was delicious. It has a very broad and deep flavor. It is rich but not boring at all, and I felt it would be a shame to finish it all, so I decided to keep it for the next day. Well, this day marked the beginning of my personal mahjong 🀄️ season. The first day was positive!

It was only one time, but it was still amazing considering I was in the 30kg range a year ago. Muscle doesn't betray me 💪, although fat is leaning towards me too 🤣. I was feeling so good that I decided to bust out those muscle fibers for the second time today💦. It's better because it's fizzy, I told myself. I've been wanting to drink this microbubbles for a long time. I spilled some 😢. I thought it was sweet in my mouth, but it's just so-so acid. I drank it after dinner so it's good to wash out my mouth 😋 Delicious 😋. A little after dinner = drunkenness. Second bottle even at 15 degrees. When I woke up it was 1:30 am 🫢.

D:Drinker's Delight Daisekkei It is said to be "D: Drinker's Delight Daisekkei". In my generation, it's Initial D, isn't it? I like Evo, but in this manga, he is not depicted as cool at all 😢. Well, it was hot and humid, so I thought it would be nice to have a drink that goes down your throat, so here it is. Oh, no, I've never had it before, but I got the impression from the label💦. I really like the smell of gas when the bottle is opened. After smelling it for a while, I take a sip. Wow, I like the taste too. At first it is slightly sour, then the sweetness comes. It leaves the back of my throat without leaving a bad feeling in my mouth. I don't know how to describe it 😆 but it is very tasty. I was so impressed that I chose it. This is Miyajima Selection from Miyajima Sake Shop's hanpukai, do they usually sell this? If there was, I would buy this sake. I recommend it to those who like refreshing sake!

🐻‍❄️ Second day in Nagano. We went out for a drink as usual. It was the day when the ban on hiyaoroshi was lifted, so I was shown hiyaoroshi that were not on the menu and drank 5 different kinds (5 gou!) of them. It was a very lucky day because 4 bottles were opened. We drank Daishinshu, Kokoromi (Nakazen Shuzo), Saku-no-Hana, Jyukyu, and Togakushi, in that order. I'm posting this one because I don't get to see Daishinshu on tap that often. It's a calm and delicious wine, I don't have the vocabulary to describe it, but it's good anyway, and the balance of sweet, sour, and bitter flavors is so good that it's hard to distinguish any of them. The pretty one is the nineteen, though: 🐻‍❄️❤️ I drank a lot. I slept well, I thought, but I also had nightmares (mostly work), so I guess I didn't sleep well💦.

🐙 Hello🎶. Nagano. The first day is over. I didn't have 🐯 victory celebration (by myself), so I bought takoyaki (octopus dumplings) and compared Masumi drinks at the hotel. Of course, it is common knowledge that 🐯's home base is Nishinomiya City, Hyogo Prefecture, which is different from Osaka. Sometimes this white Masumi is sold out. Maybe because it is cheap. The only difference is the alcohol content, but the flavors are quite different. The black one has a strong umami flavor, followed by a sweet and sour taste. The white one has a good balance with a moderate acidity. The label says that both are suitable as a food wine, but it is also good to enjoy the difference while sipping them by themselves. Well, I was tired so I drank it quickly, took a bath and went to bed💦. I'm going to put work aside and do my best to fight for tickets to the Climax and Japan Series. There has never been a year when I don't feel the benefits of the fan club as much as this year, but..,

Is this good? I thought. I have an image of fukui as acidic, but not? Sweet? I was looking forward to drinking it. It looks good if you drink it while it's hot. Sweet and sour 😊This is juicy. I enjoyed the first glass by itself. It's perfect to drink it cooled down. If you make it a food sake, the acidity will stand out, but I think that's what makes this sake so good. The back of the label says to try it in a wine glass if you are worried about the acidity. I see! I don't have a wine glass though 😆. I've been so busy these days that I have no gauge for how much time I have left in my mind. My business trip to Nagano next week is scheduled for Friday afternoon and I've been looking for a hotel. It seems there was a cancellation and I was able to reserve the hotel of my first choice. I'm going on a 4-day trip this time, but I'd really prefer to go on a 5-day trip (i.e., Monday and Friday), so I may have to add it on short notice 😭 I don't want to have a lot of luggage.

◎ Hot weather party with the group up to last year. I was very happy as a boss to know that everyone is looking forward to it. ❤️UMAMI, last time it was Nibankan, but today it is the main building which is small and cozy. The food was delicious! The food was also delicious. I drank a lot of sake, but since I was drinking from a boar cup, it was gone before I knew it, so I don't have much to say about it. We did a lot of talking. This sake was very strong and I drank a lot of it. I'll post my first time drinking Nooguchi-San 😁. We drank plenty of sweet and juicy choices for 3 hours. Well, it was fun. I went home after the first meeting. I woke up and the door to the station I was getting off at was open 💦. The last one is the Shinshu Kamerei goods I bought at Okazaki-san's last week. It cost more than the sake 🤣.

I'm a company employee so I decided to have a physical checkup on Saturday 😆 and it was in the afternoon. I couldn't eat anything until the evening after all 😂. So it's not that I didn't drink alcohol and was regimented, it's just that I was drinking beer last Saturday at Jingu (drew 12 times) and this Thursday at Hamasuta (lost in 2.5 hours) 😁The team in first place, right? 🐯. Oku's sake is a hanpukai product from Musical Instrument Masamune. When you open the hard lid, fragrant gas comes out. Fluffy, nice aroma. In the mouth, it's really muscat 🍇The sweetness is just right thanks to the dry production. It's delicious 😋I love this 💕It has 13% alcohol content and goes down smoothly. It's been a while since I've had this much (I'm sure you can all imagine that I haven't had that much 😆).
