I would like to try the salted musubi (salted rice ball) 😋 It must have taken a lot of time and effort. It's not sweet and sour, but it has acidity. Well, maybe it's because it's not sharp. I thought it was a carefully made sake. The label is cute, so it would make a good gift. It's good luck 💕.

Only one night this time. It's cold. No jacket for the wind to go through soooooooooooooooooooo cold! I remember the first five drinks I had, but I don't remember what I had on that last one 💦 I didn't take a picture of it, so it must have been something I've had in the past... 😓. This post will be on Daishinshu. This one is sweeter than the usual Daishinshu. But it has a good flavor. It was very tasty. I thought I could drink it in a 4-ounce bottle. No need to be annoyed that I already drank a whole bottle of a different one 🤣.

⛰️ I enjoyed it so much I posted another one. More Peco select sake in the second half. Equal hot sake. We toasted with a cute label of Buta-san from Kirakucho 🩷 and (at first) a cup for hot sake 😄. Sanin Togo was the first sake I saw. I had it lukewarm at first, but it was so-so. Some people dropped out (perverted sake lovers, of course). Then Peco slowly got up from her seat. She warmed it up well and came over. Then it becomes easier to drink. Oh, this is delicious 😋 There are still some sake and drinking methods that I don't know yet. There were more than 100 pictures, but they all looked so fun 😁Peco, come again 🎶.

Peco from Osaka Peco from Osaka came for a wild visit. He said he wanted to drink and I could gather the usual mahjong 🀄️ club members, i.e., those who are not of (mental) age. There, Peco, a perverted sake lover and a Masamune hunter approached me and said Noci, MAJ, Rigel-kun, Hiro, Matsuchiyo-san, Peco, and me. We had a fun party with 7 people. This restaurant offers an all-you-can-drink unlimited course on Saturdays. Yee-haw! And I'm posting a bottle of Rigel's Shinsei 😆. No, because it was so delicious. Thank you very much 😊. I was worried that Hiro-san and Matsuchiyo-san would be drawn to the Mahjong club, but that wasn't the case at all. Oh, it's a compliment 😄. Peco was also very flirtatious (maybe she was too tired and excited) and it was a fun time. I wonder how many hours we drank. Did we stay until closing time? My memory is hazy.

My surname is a common one, so there are 4 people in my department 😆 The 4th person is a recent hire and I've had almost no conversation with him, so I went out for a drink with 3 old-timers with the same surname and a senior who drinks a lot. Well, it was a normal banquet 😆 I've been going to UMAMI all the time lately. The drinks and food are delicious. I have also been to the bar side of UMAMI, which I haven't uploaded yet. We were told we could choose whatever we wanted, so we chose at random. 100 kinds of drinks are available, so I thought it would be better to choose "Tohoku this time" or "Kanto and Koshinetsu next time". We drank a lot and talked a lot for 3 hours. I didn't put a picture of people in the picture, so we drank 15 kinds (15 gou) in total. 3.75 gou per person was very drunk for that. I was so drunk for 3.75 gou of wine per person. I was so sleepy on the subway and in the cab that I was wondering how I made it back home. Is that too much? 😅 The representative sake was a frog 🐸 (you have to click on the picture to see it, sorry), which had a strong visual impact. It says heated, but I drank it cold. It's Kitajima, so it's not sweet. It was very refreshing to drink while eating.

🟥 I arrived in Niigata via Nagano on Friday night and spent Saturday helping with the snow fence at the inn where I will be staying. You good boys and girls know that I was in Nagano on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday. There is nothing fresh about Nagano Station anymore 😆. The inn will have a new owner this winter, an Australian. I can't understand half of what he says in English, and even if I can hear him, I can't answer him, which is a problem. It is more umami than dry. Do you call it dry if it is a little crispy? No, no, it is very tasty. It doesn't have much of an impact when you put it in your mouth, but after you finish it, you will be very satisfied. I recommended everyone to get the bottle that comes out after this one, and I secured the last one for myself 😄. Well, it was so delicious!

This is a bottle recommended by the owner of a bar I often go to in Nagano. I bought 4 bottles of Kame no Umi at the liquor store 💦 too good to drink, but I opened the bottle thinking I had to drink this one before it gets too cold. Even though I still have a bottle of yesterday's Gin Kame left. Luxury💫. It's delicious. It starts with a thick sweetness (the aroma is gorgeous), then the rice flavor comes in, and finally the acidity comes in and finishes with a clean taste in the mouth. I drank it chilled, but as the temperature rises, the umami becomes richer and it is also delicious. The back of the bottle says to drink it that way 😁. It's the drinking that ruins the muscle effect💦.

🐟 Sake and mackerel sushi The nearest station to my parents' house, there is a train every 10 minutes in the morning, but only one every hour during the day. This is due to inbound traffic! (The number of trains between Kyoto and Saga-Arashiyama is increasing) It's my day off, but I went to a meeting in the morning and cleaned up (company store), so I didn't have time to eat lunch, and it was time to return to Tokyo, so I took an early izakaya shinkansen. I had a mackerel sushi roll and a can of Jujishi. It is also dry and goes well with mackerel sushi. Even if you don't like mackerel sushi, you may be able to enjoy it with sushi rolls. The shiso leaves are a nice accent. It was only one can of sake, but it went very fast when we drank it while eating. It seems that a souvenir shop between Kyoto Station and Isetan has started selling Futaba's Mame-mochi (bean cake). Limited to Mondays and Thursdays. Only three pieces. 🐟 Sake and mackerel sushi I went back to my parents' house from Friday night to yesterday. The purpose was to attend Noriyuki Makihara's 35th anniversary concert. The day before the concert, October 25th, was the anniversary of his debut in Osaka, Maki's hometown, so I really wanted to go. I know someone who understands, right? You don't want to put it on resale, do you? Since the night was booked, and since it takes 2 hours from my parents' house to Osaka City Hall, I could hardly do anything else, so I had mackerel sushi in the gap. Saba Sushi is one of my five favorites at my favorite restaurant in Kawaramachi. I went for Oroku because it is available for lunchtime drinking. I know the portions are small and the price is high, but I wanted to relax at least when I was eating. The portion is small, so I eat it in small portions. The bitterness is strong, so I think this was the best way to drink it. The vinegar in the mackerel sushi is sweet red vinegar, but it goes perfectly with the soup stock in the mushroom noodle soup. It was delicious 🩷. The third one is an autumn-only parfait I had at Pierre Marcolini in Osaka. This one was delicious too 🤎.

👑 I was in Nagano for two days and one night this week because I couldn't find a place to stay. I can't go next week either. I'm afraid of the fall foliage season 🍁. This time I had to drink alone, so I thought I would go to my usual standing bar to have a drink. It was the first time for me to meet the part-time worker on Wednesday, but we had a great conversation as if we had known each other for a long time. She said, "Are you coming to Nagano for a drink?" No way 🤣I'd drink if I came 😆. I look at the menu and worry. There is gold tiled roof. And there are 3 kinds and you can compare them. But, but, 2800 yen for 30ml each. That's expensive. But if I miss this one, I will not be able to drink it again, so I asked them to take off the tag! So, I asked for it. The first sip had a pleasant sweetness from the "ring" and was delicious. The Hoko and Cornerstone have a corner in their symbols, so I felt a slight tug of acidity. However, as I drank (or licked) them, I was pleasantly surprised by the tingling sensation and the aroma that came through my nose, and when I finished drinking, I felt that the Cornerstone was the tastiest. It is a wonder. I lose my vocabulary when I drink Iraka. I also enjoyed expensive sakes such as Sotogahama, Taisetsukei, Seki, Mizuo, and Nakanorisan 💖Finally, I enjoyed the decorations in the hotel lobby, so cute💕.

I like Tasake's Yamahai because it is brewed with a good acidity for those who like sweet and tasty sake, but this premium is even sweeter and has a clean finish. The acidity is refreshing. It's so delicious! Wow, it's worth the high price 🤣. It was so good I could see the alcohol content, but I pretended not to and drank it 🙈GUNGAN! Yeah, I was unconscious before 9pm💦.

Maybe I can feel the strength of the rice even more after drinking the awa awa. It is delicious 😋 and a very good sake. I wish I could drink it and recommend it to people who love sake. The reason I came home late this week was not only because I was busy with work, but also because I apparently stepped on a website (not a pornographic one, but...) that was not good for the company, and a file that was not good for the company was downloaded, and the IT department in my home country cut off my network 😑 I deleted the file and checked my disk many times. I was told to "initialize the PC" and I was so busy dealing with it that I'm sure I'm on the blacklist in my home country for the first time in a department of 100 people 😑 and the logs will probably be monitored for months to come.
