😊 We had yakiniku after this, but I don't have a single picture of it w Someone didn't eat a single slice of yakiniku. w These sake, all of them are open! Adult excursion, Ibaraki version. Unfortunately, I could not join the Fukuoka Kumamoto tour, but I joined the tour presented by Manachie-san (and Rigel-kun, who did not join at the last minute😢). We met up at Hitachi station to drink beer with MAJ and travel from Tokyo, and then met up with Nochi-san, Kayu-chan, and Ai-chan at the campsite in Oku-Hitachi. Before that, we had to go to the slide for some adults to have fun 😆. It was so hot that we easily changed the party to an indoor one. 11 bottles of Yongou (4 gongs) for 6 people. How could we drink them? The only bottle I was able to finish was the Gin Kame that I brought 🤣Rigel brought a half bottle of Jigon Aiyama, and I also brought another bottle of Shinshu Kamerei Junmai Ginjo, which was almost all that was left 💫. The older team easily sank, and the next day was a super healthy drinking party starting at 4:30am 😂. We went to Kairakuen in Mito, ate negi mashimashi ramen at a ramen store in Ushiku, worshipped the Big Buddha, and went home. It was so much fun. Let's do it again.

Nigori Nama First, the supernatant. It has a hint of acidity and is elegant and delicious. Next, mix in the Ori. It becomes thicker, but the elegant flavor is not lost. It is delicious 😋. 🌻 I'd love to have a drink at a soba restaurant with a light snack and finish with soba, It's a usual restaurant for what I said. I knew I couldn't remember his face: 🙂‍↔️ We had a couple of summer sakes, Dawn Mae and Toyooka on the menu, and Kurosawa and Midori-no Summer Sake which were not on the menu. The summer sake is easy to drink and goes down well. I also drank some of the Jyuukyu that they only had half a bottle of. I didn't think I was drunk, but when I went to the bathroom and came back, I had a feeling of "Oh, did I drink a little too much?" I didn't feel drunk. It was the day before I left, so I took a bath, cleaned up my stuff, and passed out past 9:00 a.m. 😆 I want to praise myself.

🚑 A pile of fire trucks and ambulances in front of Nagano station. There was also a stretcher. It was just quiet and I was checking out what happened where. I found out that a fire broke out in the hotel where I was staying. What? I just came out and the alarm didn't even go off💦. They found out 40 minutes later that it wasn't a fire. What in the world kind of call would have attracted so many ambulances? Thanks to all those who were involved in the morning. I was not so tired from work, but I had yesterday's Masumi (I will probably drink a lot tomorrow), so I cutely bought a bottle of sake. I wonder if it will rain heavily tomorrow 🤣The texture is like doburoku, quite thick and not too sweet. It went very well with my meal. If I thought it was too strong, I thought I should just carbonate it like Chanma and P did, but I drank the whole bottle 😆 I'm not cute.

🐠 I have been in Nagano since Monday. Monday was a visit to a company that my former employer had in the Nagano plant that my former employer let go of. Even though my previous job was profitable, I don't need hardware for one thing. I think they need to make things. The executive director and the sales manager of the company I was visiting were former employees of the same company, and we got into a lively conversation about memories. The Masumi pearl cup I received as a souvenir. It's nice because I can drink it easily when I feel like having something to drink. The second picture is a grilled fish served at the reception. It is gorgeous. For some reason, we went to Hida restaurant even though we were in Nagano. It was because many people were from Gifu. I was drinking Gifu's sake, "Onikoroshi," and one of the visiting engineers asked me, "What is your favorite sake in Nagano? I was drinking "Onikoroshi" sake from Gifu, and the engineer I was visiting asked me, "What is your favorite sake from Nagano? I wondered if he knew what Shinshu Kamerei was, and he replied, "Do you know what Shinshu Kamerei is? My wife is a classmate of the toji (Mari-san), and she often buys and drinks it. No way. It's easy to imagine me in high spirits from here on out 😆. Now when we have meetings in the future, I will be onsite and the others will be online 😊.

🏷️ Ingredients: Rice (Hyogo Prefecture), Rice malted rice (Hyogo Prefecture) Ingredient Rice: 100% Yamadanishiki Alcohol Content:16% alcohole I left it for half a year, but I guess it is because I left it at room temperature for a couple of months out of that time. The aroma is a little matured. The only thing that made me feel uncomfortable was the aroma, but the taste is sweet, refreshing, and delicious as usual. The sake here is fairly strong, so I have stored it in the same way in the past, but only this year, why? The aroma becomes more familiar as you drink it, and it tastes so good that it keeps you coming back for more. For the first time in a while, I felt like I drank too much at home. But I didn't get a hangover😅. My wooden tag collection. I've lost about half of them 💦.

I'm very happy about that ✨. This year I got a set of 2 bottles of Kagatobi. Today I'm opening a bottle of this one. It has a deep aroma, and when you smell it, it penetrates deep into your nostrils. I thought it might be sweet, but when I put it in my mouth, the sweetness is not so much sweet as it is umami. It is a very beautiful sake with no impurities. It is delicious. I savored it slowly (compared to our company). I was in the office for 5 days this week, which is rare for me, but it was tough because of all the noise 😆 That said, I'm not sure about 4 days in Nagano next week. 2 nights and 3 days would be better 😅.

I had prepared an expensive Shinshu Kamerei, but while I was putting it to sleep, I found this interesting sake 😆. I decided to drink this one because I am Tamagawa! It has the highest alcohol content of all the sakes I drank! Yay, a perverted sake! It's a shame to call it a "miscellaneous sake". The sound of the bottle being opened was loud and strong. The smell is strong and sweet. When you put it in your mouth, it is "wooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo strong! It makes my body warm even though I only drank a little. It sinks in. You can feel the umami throughout your body, but as the temperature rises, the sweetness increases and it becomes easier to drink. This is delicious. For those who like overly drinkable sake, this is a must-try. But it was already sold out at the store where I bought it😅I guess there are a lot of weirdo sake lovers out there. Of course, I fell asleep like I was going to pass out after drinking 2 cups. Don't forget to stay hydrated💦. 🎂 Good day to you, Today is the birthday celebration of Sake no Wa no Tanudoru. I was going to ask my senior (not the one who looks like Ding 😆 ) who is coming with me to Nagano to celebrate with me, but he said "I still have more than half of the four-pack I bought the day before yesterday left" 🥲 so I went to my usual standing bar alone. I decided to drink only expensive sake, so the first thing I ordered was a comparison of Iraka. To my surprise, they served Yamahai. It was a 60ml bottle, so I drank it right away. Then, Mr. Katsumi Tanaka, the master brewer of this brewery, appeared at the restaurant. Wow! He said, "Well, I just had an Iraka drink comparison. The Yamahai was so delicious! When I said this, the handsome old toji-san asked me to shake his hand. I'm not good at making Yamahai," he said. But when I made it with water from Matsukawa Village, it turned out delicious. It was a good experience for me. There were many customers that day, all of whom had been there for 10 years except for me. Maybe I'm dropping more money at one time than they are 🤣.

Like yesterday, it is a ramune with a sweet taste at first sip. I love the way it goes down so smoothly and soaks into your whole body. It's delicious 😋 It has a slight bitterness in the middle of the meal, which also goes well with it. I drank it all up in no time and had some of yesterday's Oze Snow as well. I still have some left over.

🐱 Next up is the summer sake series. They say, "If we start serving them this early, we will run out of sake before the hiyaoroshi season. But if I see it, I will drink it. The label is beautiful. Each sake brewery has its own unique characteristics and is delicious. It was fun to eat it with strong flavored side dishes. Namul and so on😊. Toyoga is run by a couple, so I'm worried that they might quit due to succession issues. I have a fear that they will quit and I drink it when I find it. This blue label was also sold at Shinshu Kurado in Nagano station. The last picture is a cat I saw in front of Nagano station. It's off-season right now, or maybe last minute, but I was able to secure a room with my favorite mattress at my favorite inn at a great price: ✌️ So, there are no people at the usual standing bar 😔I heard that there are not many customers on Mondays, and the owner says that he can't get tired after a day off, so I wonder if he might be closed on Mondays too. I was worried that Monday might be closed as well... I was hoping to find some of Yamazan's Junmai Daiginjo Aizan left, but I heard it was gone in an instant, so I had the freshly brewed Saku no Hana Aizan. The spiciness comes first, followed by a bit of sweetness from the Aizan, and soon the bitterness arrives. It is strong! It is very drinkable and delicious. I found a Kinmon-nishiki that was not on the menu, so I asked if I could try it. I asked and was given a 🙆‍♀️ to compare. This one is strong from the start! Almost no sweetness! But this one was delicious too, and I wondered if I should be so happy after the first two cups 😁. Yamasan had Yamadanishiki, which everyone has been drinking recently, so I tried it. It was refreshing and my mouth felt like it was back to normal😊. I thought about drinking at the hotel, but I'm glad I came out.

I had carefully kept this one, which I thought would not be made anymore, but I opened the bottle because I thought it would be two years too long for a quintessential sake. I was surprised to find that the slight carbonation was still there. I was also amazed that the clear part was still there. But I guess it would have been better to drink it right after I bought it. There is a slight bitterness coming at the end, but that might be because I gave it a twist. I regret it. But you know what - I can't drink it because it's too wasteful😅.
