We will have this one tonight.
It has a nice fruity aroma reminiscent of ripe pineapple. Smooth sweetness and fresh taste.

This sake has a relatively sweet taste for a sake from Suwa.
It also has a sake degree of -4.
It was delicious.
Alcohol content: 16
Miyamanishiki
Polishing ratio: 49
The taste is dominated by acidity. Surprisingly, there was a sharp alcohol taste in the aftertaste.

I'd love to have a drink at a soba restaurant with a light snack and finish with soba,
It's a usual restaurant for what I said. I knew I couldn't remember his face: 🙂↔️
We had a couple of summer sakes, Dawn Mae and Toyooka on the menu, and Kurosawa and Midori-no Summer Sake which were not on the menu. The summer sake is easy to drink and goes down well. I also drank some of the Jyuukyu that they only had half a bottle of.
I didn't think I was drunk, but when I went to the bathroom and came back, I had a feeling of "Oh, did I drink a little too much?" I didn't feel drunk.
It was the day before I left, so I took a bath, cleaned up my stuff, and passed out past 9:00 a.m. 😆 I want to praise myself.
Fresh rice aroma, rather gorgeous.
The rice is delicious when you drink it. A little bit of koji flavor.
There is a slight greenish atmosphere,
The acidity is refreshing and the sweetness is a little subdued.
It has a moderate umami.
It has a pungent and tangy taste.
3/5 for my favorite.
Suirou Ginjyo Super Dry
The first "Suiroku" given to me by a relative.
It is not so dry as to be called "super dry" and is not so gorgeous as a ginjo, but it has a good balance of subtle amino acid derived umami and a nose-pleasing aroma that makes it easy to drink.
This kind of sake is good sometimes 😊.

Although I am a local, I don't drink much Midori-o.
I tend to choose a different brand every once in a while.
It's a bit spicy and sweet, but the spiciness lingers in the aftertaste.
It was a delicious sake that is also good during a meal!
