Juicy aroma of banana and passion fruit based on earthy aroma, rice flavor with a slight predominance of acidity. The aftertaste is refreshing.
I thought the lingering fullness with earthy aroma was characteristic.
I think it would go well with river fish dishes.
I decided to mark it with ★ from this time.
When I traveled to Ueda City, Nagano, I happened to get this bottle in the supermarket there.
When I opened and tasted it, it was crispy and dry.
However, as I drunk it more, it tasted softer and sweeter. Really weird, but worth of trying it.
The one I've had before, and even before.
Nanasho is my favorite drink.
This is now sold in supermarkets. Times have changed!
But although it is a medium-bodied sake, it is not that impressive. When the bottle is opened, it releases a nice aroma, and the first sip is, "Umm, it's good. But after that, something was different.
But compared to other sakes, it was very tasty.
So we enjoyed it.

Very unobtrusive, clean and light taste. Almost no peculiarities, tasty the moment you drink it! On the other hand, it's strangely unmemorable😃I'm complimenting you 😅.
Shichisyo Shuzo Shichisyo Kurabiraki Limited Edition Junmai Ginjo Kasumi Sake, served cold.
Purchased at Shichisyo's brewery at the Spring Sake Brewery Festival held on April 19 in Kiso Town, Nagano Prefecture.
This "hidden sake" is only sold on the day the brewery opens.
It has a mellow, sweet aroma and a light taste.
It is a type of sake that can be enjoyed on its own.
