Nanasho is a sake from Nagano, Japan.
I had seen a friend of mine buying it and wanted to try it, so I happened to find it! I bought it immediately. (I have already confirmed that other types of Nanasho are delicious.)
Price: 1,760 yen including tax.
Polishing ratio 60
First, the smell.
As the label says, it smells like apples (not bananas).
Drink it.
...!
This is it!
The banana feeling is amazing!
The banana feeling that comes at you along with the trompe l'oeil.
It's sweet, but it's not a sweet taste! It has a slightly dry aftertaste, but not dry.
But it's not dry, but rather, umm, umm, umm, umm, umm, umm, umm, umm, umm....
If you are looking for a clean and refreshing aftertaste, you may not necessarily be into it.
Perhaps it's the low alcohol content, but my wife and mother, who are not strong drinkers, both praised it as being easy to drink.
I think this sake is easy to drink even for those who do not usually drink sake.
I will add it to my favorites.
I will add it to my favorites.
The dryness that comes after the flavor and sweetness is outstanding.
But there is almost no trompe-l'oeil, and it is as smooth and crisp as water.
It is quite easy to drink.
There is no doubt that it is easy to drink and delicious without any habits!
I ordered four bottles when I got home because I enjoyed drinking it served as a dobrok at a liquor store in Tsumago. This is the second bottle. It has 19% alcohol.
Purchased at a very atmospheric liquor store called Tsujizen in Ibigawa, Gifu Prefecture.
The price is 1,815 yen for 720ml including tax.
Polishing ratio 55%.
Sake degree -4 (according to the store's pop-up)
First, the aroma.
There is no strong smell.
I tried to drink it.
...!
It has a sweetness and umami, but the main taste is dry.
But there is almost no thickening, and it is as smooth and crisp as water.
I wonder why it is so easy to drink.
It is very tasty, but the more you drink it, the more you feel that it has no peculiarity, for better or worse. (I can go on and on drinking it.)
No doubt it's delicious, but it didn't really stick with me.
However, it seems that this brand offers many other kinds of sakes, so I would like to try more of their other ones! I thought.
When I went to Nagano, I procured it at a local supermarket.
Nanayo, I was happy to buy it because it is hard to find it in my neighborhood!
I love this milky, characteristic flavor!
