Seven laughs. It is a good name. It makes me smile. Nagano is a wide, delicious feeling. Of course it has a moderate fruity taste, but it tastes like sake.
Shichisyo Shuzo
Shichisyo Junmai Ginjo Yamae Nishiki
This brewery is located in Kiso-cho, Nagano Prefecture.
Yamae-Nishiki" from Nagano Prefecture is 55% polished rice.
Elegant and gentle aroma, soft
soft rice flavor, calm mouthfeel, and a crisp aftertaste.
A crisp aftertaste.
#Japanese Sake
It has a refreshing taste with a full-bodied flavor, making it a dangerous sake that will keep you coming back for more. It is best to drink it chilled.
It is served at room temperature. The initial aroma is of sweet rice. When you drink it, it has a soft sweetness that gradually becomes sharp. It is easy to drink with little bitterness. The overt aroma is slightly fruity. It is good both on its own and with food. We bought it to be heated, so we served it lukewarm. The flavor does not change that much even if it is lukewarm, but the impression is sweet and tasty. It's also good as an everyday sake. It goes well with salted fish and chicken wings. Purchased by the bottle.

Impressions
Overwhelming aroma of banana!
The sweetness of banana spreads even in the mouth.
Tastes like banana juice made into sake!
Slightly acidic, but it mixes nicely with the banana flavor that spreads throughout the mouth.
Easy to drink with a gentle aftertaste.
I would buy it again if I could find it, but when I looked it up, I found out that it was a test brew, so it was shipped in limited quantities... too bad...
Seishun 18 Ticket Travel Day 3, Shinano-Kisofukushima
Due to a sudden downpour this summer, we were able to visit Nakanori, but not here...finally we were able to come ✨.
We tasted 3 out of the 6 types!
Shiboritate Junmai Ginjyo Nama Genjyo] Second from the left.
Fresh and clean on the palate.
The sweet and sour taste makes it easy to drink.
The aftertaste is rich and lingers well!
Junmai-shu 50% Koji] Second from the right
As the introduction says, it is indeed a white wine!
I thought it would be sweet, but it was a dry sake.
The aftertaste has the umami and bitterness of rice, and this is where I knew it was sake.
I felt it was a Japanese sake.
Special Junmai Nagano R Yeast Brewing] far right
The aroma and taste are indeed sweet and sour with a hint of apple.
But surprisingly, it is not too sweet and easy to drink.
The mouthfeel is thick and mild.
The bottom two sakes are made from Shiga Prefecture's Ginbukietsu sake rice, and they have a bitter rice flavor that lingers in the aftertaste.
On the third day, we took a slow train to Kagawa, Wakayama, and Nagano, which was quite exhausting 💦.
The snowstorm started, and I was disheartened... I'll go home and take care of myself.

Oh, it has a sake-like smell of sake, but the rich flavor arrives gently, yummy!
I don't drink a lot of Nanasho, but I have the impression that there are a lot of "modern" ones out there these days.
I think this one is somewhere in between.
The aroma is a little tangy but gorgeous, the mouthfeel is old-fashioned, and the aftertaste is delicious, leaving a slightly sweet aftertaste that goes away nicely.
