Rice polishing ratio: 59 Sake rice: Miyamanishiki Alcohol content: 16%. Obuse Winery "Soga Pale Efis Sake-erotic Numeroan" No.1 yeast was used. We've been drinking Obuse Winery's Soga Pale since February when we drank NumeroSys and IliaSonton. This time, we also opened a bottle of No. 6 Numérosis, No. 1 to No. 6 Ria, and a white wine, Odinaire Sauvignon Blanc 2020. The Numeroan's aroma is quiet, slightly fruity and lactic. When you put it in the mouth, the gentle fresh acidity spreads and the sweet taste spreads softly. In the latter half of the mouth, a moderate bitterness, along with the acidity, stimulates the back of the tongue and falls down the throat. Compared to Numérosis, this wine is less sweet and has the feel of a dry white wine. However, it has a pleasant sweetness in the mouth. The depth will increase as the day goes on. Unlike its appearance, it gives the impression of honestly facing the rice and yeast. Delicious. Happy.

Ingredients: 80% Gohyakumangoku, 20% other sake rice Rice polishing ratio: 50 Alcohol content: 15%. You can't go wrong with packing sake. There is no mistake ✌🏻. I also opened a bottle of Hwang Suisen just before, but I drank it all at once and forgot to take a picture 😅 it was delicious but I don't remember many details 🥲. This time I had a bottle of Jundaishu, Tankoha Kumi Danrei Fresh Bottled Fire. I'm not sure what to make of it, but I'm sure it's good. It has a sweetness and umami in the mouth. The sweetness is elegant, restrained and clean. You can certainly feel the freshness even though it has been bottled in a fire. As it is called "Danrei", it is also refreshing. The sourness is light and the bitterness is slight. Nevertheless, it has a strong statement as a sake. It is good and delicious. It is delicious. Happy.

The 肆号 was good. I bought it at the same Liquor World 21 Shibata😄. I'm happy to buy it in this season😄. Rice : Aizu Yume no Ka Rice polishing ratio: 65 Alcohol content: 15%. When you open the bottle, it has a sweet, fruity ginjo aroma. The aroma is sweet and fruity with a hint of melon. In the mouth, a smooth but firm sweetness and umami spread. The sourness wraps the whole freshness. The bitter taste is also involved. Each one melts together beautifully with a thick feeling. The taste is solid. The aftertaste of sweetness and bitterness can be tasted for a little longer. It is a good sake to let your consciousness drift away during a relaxing weekend. Delicious. Happy.

I was so drunk that I can't remember what I was drinking😅. I had some cream cheese with miso sauce as a side dish and it was really good! Ingredients: Yamada Nishiki Rice polishing ratio 65 Alcohol content 16 degrees The aroma is basically a sweet ginjo scent with a hint of lactic acid bacteria. The sweetness spreads in the mouth, and at the same time the refreshing acidity spreads. There is a slight after taste, but it is not unpleasant. It is sweet and sour, light and easy to drink, but the slight hint of oriental fragrance gives the impression of depth. The aroma is citrusy? Muscat type? The aroma is of citrus? Rice : Yamadanishiki, Mie Prefecture Rice polishing ratio : 50 Alcohol content : 16 Aaahhh jikon😊! This is the first time I've had Senbonnishiki's unfiltered raw Ginjo since April. It's been a while since I've had a Senbonnishiki unfiltered ginjo. Opening the bottle. The ginjo aroma is subdued but beautiful, mild and fruity. In the mouth, it has a freshness that you would not expect from a fire-hardened sake. The elegant sweet flavor spreads in the mouth. The sweet and umami taste is supported by a beautiful and crisp acidity that is felt only a little later in the taste, which is well balanced and produces a freshness 😆. The modest bitterness is also nice ✌🏻. The depth increases. It goes down the back of the throat with a beautiful sharpness. I think the balance of Jikan is superb. It is gentle and elegant with a beautifully formed laser chart. It reminds me of the beautiful mineral-rich "water" of Nabari. I had a bottle of it over a period of days. I bought some side dishes at a department store and felt like I was on a train 😆. Drinking sake like fruit milk😅. I've been drinking more and more sake 😅. It was my son's birthday, so I decided to make it sparkling. It was my first time to try GANKI. Beautiful bottle, clear blue color is beautiful😄. The mixture of turbidity is also beautiful. It doesn't have a "gutsy" or "kickass" feel, so it's hard to remember, but it does have an elegant bubbly feel and a volume that is typical of sake. I got injured in the same pattern during the consecutive holidays in May, so I managed carefully😄. Bonfires are fun😄. My sons were there and it was fun😄. Opened a bottle of Sai Rai. It was still a minor sake when I drank it for the first time last October, but now it is a popular sake that is selling one after another right in front of my eyes. The opening of the bottle was a sizzling pong. The aroma is like a lactic acid citrus peach🍑? like. In the mouth, it tastes cute as expected. It has a beautiful sweetness and a clean acidity, giving the impression of nibbling on fruit. It seems to be a summer sake, but it has a lot of strength. I don't think it's a "morning cooler", but it does live up to the concept of Sairai, which is "the harmony of the three elements of aroma, sweetness and acidity". Rice : 100% Omachi produced in Takashima, Okayama Rice polishing ratio : 65 Alcohol content : 15%. This is a part of the Omachi trilogy. This is one of the trilogy of Omachi. It seems to be a comparison of Maniwa Omachi, Seto Omachi, and Takashima Omachi. I can't afford three bottles, so I went with the Takashima Omachi. It has a fruity, restrained ginjo aroma. Muscat type? The flavor spreads in the mouth. The sweetness is moderate but firm, with a light acidity, accents of bitterness and a sense of alcohol spreading in good balance. It is a smooth sake with fullness. When the temperature rises a little, you can taste the solid structure. It has a tag that says "The future of Omachi is brewed by Gozenshu". I'm not sure what to make of it, but I'm sure it's worth it. It was a waste, but It was delicious and I was happy😅.

Rice used: 100% Yamadanishiki Rice polishing ratio: Koji rice 50%, Kake rice 55 Yeast: Association 1801 + Association 1401 Alcohol level: 16 degrees I haven't had a sake from Shigeya Shuzo since January of this year, when I drank Yokoyama Goju White. SILVER was drunk over a year ago at a sushi restaurant. I remember thinking that it was a sweet sake for a sushi bar, but it was delicious. The sake is brewed with two yeasts (JSA 1801 and JSA 1401), so it is called 1814. There were also 7 and 10 on the list, but I chose them just because there were more of them 😅. Opening the bottle. Fruity aroma, melon? Lychee? It's pretty gorgeous. I'm not sure what to make of it, but I'm sure it'll be great. The sweetness is strong, but the fresh sourness wraps up the sweetness without being unpleasant. The bitterness is slight, but it tightens the whole. The bitterness is slight but tightens the whole. Raw material rice: Dewa Sanzano Rice polishing ratio: 50 Alcohol content: 16%. This sake is brewed by Shoichi Sato, a famous master brewer of Sakata Shuzo, using Dewa Sanzana from Yamagata. This is his first Kamikimoto since be after. When you open the bottle, the aroma is quiet, with some fruity notes and a hint of rice ginjo. Didn't you recognize the aroma of cherries 🍒 that was written on the price tag when you bought it? What was the aroma of cherries like? When you put it in your mouth, the solid umami spreads. I think I'm biased towards brands when I look at the record of drinks I've had😅. So, this is my first time drinking Hassen. It's a standard red label. Rice polishing ratio: Koji: 55%, Kake: 60%. Alcohol content: 16 degrees I've never had a bottle before. The aroma is gorgeous, fruity with a hint of pineapple. In the mouth, it has a nice sweetness, umami, and a solid sourness. The accent of bitterness secretly. It is well-balanced and the cup goes on and on. It is not a light sake, but a sake with a strong alcoholic presence. It gives a different impression from the sake of today. It's delicious. Happy.

It seems that sales for restaurants and pubs are down and it's hard to find 🥲. When you open the bottle, the fruity aroma stands out quite gorgeously. The sweetness takes precedence in the mouth, and the acidity is wrapped around the sweetness, but still forms a solid taste. The sweetness is in a good balance, and the sourness is not dull. The last one was Rei Colors Viridian Tengurui 2019. Quite expensive😅. I don't usually buy bottles over 2,500 yen, but I picked up a bottle of Viridian that I'll never forget😄. Opening the bottle😄. The aroma is subtle and elegant. The aroma is subtle and elegant, but on the palate it's a clear Shinsei world. Modern, good acidity, woody nuances. Elegant sweetness and a slight astringency spread effectively in the mouth. The pleasant alcohol feeling when it falls down the throat also expands the range of the sake in a complex way. Sumikawa Toji was trained under Takagi Akito, the Toji of Jyushiro. I'm sure there are many brewers and toji who want to make this kind of sake. I found it at the first liquor store I visited in Gifu and bought it along with Shinsei and Toyo Bijin😄. This is the first time I've ever had it. I'm not sure if it's because I've been drinking a lot of sake at home, or if it's because of my internal organs 😱. I went to the hospital and had a checkup and everything was fine😄. In addition, the liver system, uric acid level, and diabetes system, which were always above the standard, were also normal values 🤣 wonderful ☀️. So, I opened 3 bottles of the freshly purchased wine, even though my back hurts. The blue bottle is summery Yamori. It's a medium junmai sake. The sound of opening the bottle is gentle. The aroma is mild, but sweet and fruity. When you put it in your mouth, the refreshing and fresh sweetness and umami spread out. The sourness blends in with the sweetness and umami and does not stand out. The aftertaste is light, short and refreshing with a slight bitterness.
