Rice polishing ratio: 50
Alcohol content: 15%.
You can't go wrong with packing sake. There is no mistake ✌🏻.
I also opened a bottle of Hwang Suisen just before, but I drank it all at once and forgot to take a picture 😅 it was delicious but I don't remember many details 🥲.
This time I had a bottle of Jundaishu, Tankoha Kumi Danrei Fresh Bottled Fire.
I'm not sure what to make of it, but I'm sure it's good.
It has a sweetness and umami in the mouth. The sweetness is elegant, restrained and clean.
You can certainly feel the freshness even though it has been bottled in a fire.
As it is called "Danrei", it is also refreshing.
The sourness is light and the bitterness is slight.
Nevertheless, it has a strong statement as a sake.
It is good and delicious.
