Rice type : Yamadanishiki Alcohol content: 14 Polishing ratio : 60 Yeast : Kyokai No.9 A sparkling nigorizake produced by secondary fermentation in the bottle. It was my son's birthday, so I decided to make it sparkling. It was my first time to try GANKI. Beautiful bottle, clear blue color is beautiful😄. The mixture of turbidity is also beautiful. I opened the bottle quietly, paying attention to the "blowout warning". I'm not sure what to make of it, but I'm sure it's worth it. I'm not sure if it's a good thing or not, but it's a good thing. I love it😅. I'm not sure if this is a good idea or not, but I think it's a great idea. Good as a toast! I was so drunk that I don't remember much about it, but it had a nice fizz without being overpowering. I always think sake foam is very fine and beautiful. It's like the sake is alive. It seems to have won a gold medal in the SAKE Sparkling category at the 2020 IWC (International Wine Challenge). The aroma is modest, with a refreshing sweetness. It doesn't have a "gutsy" or "kickass" feel, so it's hard to remember, but it does have an elegant bubbly feel and a volume that is typical of sake. It has a nice chilled fizzy feeling that runs down the tongue and down the throat😄. Delicious. Happy.

Thank you, Oyajii. I always look forward to checking in with you for pictures of your cute 🐶 and great sake. Unlike you and 🐶, my boys aren't exactly straightforward, but just being able to drink with them makes my dad cackle😅.

Sparkling is great for drinking with people who aren't used to drinking sake😄.

Good evening Kozo😄The spill was exciting and fun. Barbecuing on the balcony and drinking outdoors at home with the family is also a discovery in the Corona disaster 😅 fun can be had anywhere 😄.

Good evening, MAJ😄I've been thinking lately that sake bubbles are very delicate and nice. Champagne is nice, but sometimes sake bubbles are reasonable and have a deep flavor.
