This is a part of the Omachi trilogy.
This is one of the trilogy of Omachi. It seems to be a comparison of Maniwa Omachi, Seto Omachi, and Takashima Omachi.
I can't afford three bottles, so I went with the Takashima Omachi.
It has a fruity, restrained ginjo aroma.
Muscat type?
The flavor spreads in the mouth.
The sweetness is moderate but firm, with a light acidity, accents of bitterness and a sense of alcohol spreading in good balance.
It is a smooth sake with fullness.
When the temperature rises a little, you can taste the solid structure.
It has a tag that says "The future of Omachi is brewed by Gozenshu".
I'm not sure what to make of it, but I'm sure it's worth it.
