I was in Toyohashi until the evening today. On the way home, we went to a directly-operated store of "Yamasa", a chikuwa (dried fish paste) maker. As expected from a fish paste shop, the oden and sardine paste are delicious 😋. Oden is made with sweet red miso paste! It is sure to go well with sake even before you drink it! And...it goes perfectly! I thought that sake from Aichi Prefecture would have a somewhat sweet structure, but... this was refreshing! You can drink the sake by itself, but it's also a great combination. I mean, this sake is really a refreshing sake with no stinging sensation! It is a gentle sake that I would like to drink every day 🍶.

Today we're in Numazu, Shizuoka. It's just a regular izakaya... but the tuna is so delicious! The sakura shrimps are also raw and have no smell at all! The sake is local Hakuin Masamune! It has a sweet taste on the tongue, but it is dry. Perfect with fresh fish! Izakaya near the sea are very high quality and delicious!

Last but not least today, Shinkansen Sake and handmade sasakamama, which is full of sweet mouthwatering flavor. The sasakamama is a giant caterpillar, also full of flavor! Both are full of flavor, right? However, it is also surprisingly tasty. Rather, the sasakamashi takes the flavor of the sake and makes it refreshing! I was surprised that such a sasakamama existed!

This might really be the last time I can go to Matsushima... After the Matsushima excursion, I also took the boat from Matsushima to Shiogama. The captain was a veteran and slowed down the boat at the famous spots and gave us a quiz on the way, which made us glad we took the boat. Leftover squid from the previous boat and some Fukushima sake from a convenience store near the station. I could feel the acidity of the sake. The acidity also goes well with it. For a snack This sake was also delicious 🍶.

I've been on the Matsushima excursion boat several times. I've been on the Marubun Steamship several times, where you can buy noshii squid. I wanted to try again to have the whole bag of these squid cut with scissors and serve it as an entree with sake... Sake + Ate + View all together. Nothing more to say! Sake is refreshing and goes well with noshii!

This will be my last regular business trip to Sendai. And I have been to Matsushima several times, so I guess it will be the last time. The view from the cruise ship was spectacular, and I wanted to burn it into my memory for the last time... so I came. Before that, I had oyster bowl and sake. A delicious sake with a delicious flavor but with a clean aftertaste! I thought it would be a food sake, but it was so easy to drink that about 70% of it ended up being an aperitif! However, it goes perfectly with oysters during a meal. Fried oysters, for example, seemed to wash out the inside of my mouth.

Good evening, ma-ki. It is a restaurant run by a fisherman, and although it is not fancy, both the oyster bowl and fried oysters were delicious! If it were an izakaya (Japanese style bar), how much would the oysters in the oyster donburi alone cost? It was so much more than that! It was good local food!

Oyster Seri Nabe and Urakasumi Seri nabe is totally unfamiliar to Kansai people. They eat even the root. This root smells like my parents' house? This root smells like my parents' house! The sake is dry and goes down your throat as it flows in your mouth. Oyster, Seri, Sendai fu, Sake together Miyagi Prefecture A collaboration of mountain and seafood, also delicious 😋.

Today, travel to Nagoya at night Around 23:30 However, I was lucky to be able to board the Hinotori. The perfection of the major brands is amazing 👍. The scenery is great! It may seem obvious to the locals, but it's a wonderful satoyama + autumn leaves 🍁! The sake was a little twisted, but refreshing! It was chilled, so it went down your throat easily! Even without the entree, the sake was delicious!

drinking iron today too! You can ride this beautiful train for 500 yen in addition to the ticket! The sake is refreshing, even more so since it's cold. It has a strong umami (flavor), and although daiginjos are sometimes lacking in flavor, this one is very flavorful and delicious 😋.

Today's petit drinking train on the way back from a business trip After taking a break from eating ekisoba for breakfast, I started my drinking train! I thought this Toyokuni was a little twisted, but was I mistaken? It was a delicious sake with a strong flavor and a clean aftertaste when paired with this same Fukushima carpaccio! I wonder how many more times I can check in today!

The last of today's drinking tecnics! Gunma Sake and Gunma Snacks Sake with sweetness, umami and a little sourness It's a nice sake with a refreshing aftertaste! And...this konnyaku snack is delicious. It seems to be a light version of horumon, not too fatty and perfect with sake! I was allowed to splurge again today 😄. Tomorrow I have to clean up the house!
