The last one today is this Nanpou. It is a sake with a bitter taste! It has a ginjo aroma and sweetness, but thanks to this bitterness, the inside of the mouth feels clean and refreshing! Also, it goes well with the Harizushi sushi! The sushi with takikomi-gohanai wrapped in takikomi-gohanai seems to take away the remaining aroma of sake at the end. Finally, we were able to take the chin-chin train! I really wanted to ride an old train...but it is best to ride a train that is running well!

Jay & Nobby, I didn't reply 🙇🙇. Thanks for the congratulations! It's getting hot, so I think it's nice to drink iron in a cool car with cold drinks! I'd love to do that too 🥂.

I've had a cat for a year. My cat is already kawaii💖. So, I sometimes take a train and drink iron The sake is not from Kishu but from Dewa 🍶. It's a refreshing sake, but it has a lot of umami flavor. Delicious sake that leaves a delicious flavor on the palate! I drank it all at once on the train!

For some reason or other... Staying in Osaka for a live concert My son is playing with her. She is a really kind wife. She is a god. She's a real god. I'm too shy to say it directly, so I'll share it with you at Sake no Wa: ☺️ So...since I'm here, I took the Nankai train Southern, which is hard to take from Shiga. I'm taking the station soba + drinking iron in the morning! The sweetness in the mouth and the ginjo aroma wafting and spreading on the palate! It seems to thicken a little and the sake aroma lingers in the mouth! No snacks, so I'm enjoying its lingering taste♪

I often forget to check in before... I often forget the last click 😱... Enjoy Aso by trolley train Sake of Aso, too. Sweet sake. You don't need any snacks with this! It has no unpleasant taste at all, probably because of the clear water of Aso. The wind of Aso will soak up the intoxication and make you feel good.

Oops, this... This may be the quintessence of Konishi Sake Brewery. A sweet sake with little acidity and a strong bitter taste. It is not the latest trend, but it gives the impression of Itami's sake. I like it as it is, but if you eat it with cheese, as the name suggests, the cheese and the sake are mysteriously sucked into your throat together, giving it a nice aftertaste. By the way, it was a perfect match with Nara-zuke (pickles) as well.

Checking in for a long time for a drink at home A gem I picked up in Maizuru, Kyoto. A lively sake that makes a popping sound when you open the bottle and tingles on your tongue! After the tingle, there is a sourness and a clean sweetness. It leaves a nice sweet taste in the mouth. It is a very refreshing sake that leaves you wanting more, but it disappears from your mouth so quickly that you want to drink it again and again! If sold in a big city, this sake is sure to be well received. I want everyone to drink it!

Sometimes it's nice to drink on the Shinkansen! On the way back from Nagoya to Gifu on a business trip, I bought a bottle of sake with an unusual design. I bought it with the intention of drinking it at home, but as the train became empty, I hurried to take it on a drinking train! The sake has a nice aroma, and is not just light, but you can really taste it when you drink it. It is a refreshing sake, but you will not get tired of drinking it, and it is a very colorful sake that will linger on your palate.

Yesterday's drinking iron also forgot to pop the check-in... Finally, the first meal of the day! The famous curry udon and sake! This sake is refreshing. The sake has a subtle aroma that makes you reach for the next cup 🍶. When I paired it with the curry udon, I drank it like water. It was a little too good to be true. Well, sometimes this kind of thing is possible 🐜. After eating, we enjoyed the tram for the first time in a while! That was the end of today's drinking!

It's a Kintetsu train, but it's not Kintetsu. It runs leisurely and normally. Sake: Sawanotsuru from the convenience store! I didn't have time to buy any food this morning, and drank only sake! Unhealthy? Or maybe I'm just an iron-drinker. Sake from major breweries has a very different image from the old cheap and bad sake! This sake has a lot of umami in the mouth! You can't taste any harshness. The umami flavor lingers in the aftertaste, which is great for me when I'm hungry! Reclining on the express train and looking out the window... It's a very pleasant experience. By the way, this Oigawa Railway has been out of service since the middle of the day due to the previous heavy rain. With earthquakes, heavy rains, and depopulation in the rural areas, it has been a difficult time for the regional railroads.

Nobu Nobu Hello 🐦. I was wondering why the limited express is normal? I was wondering why you were wondering if the limited express was normal! Along with the ekiben hoyaben... Was this ekiben developed for sake drinkers? I think so. Even the rice becomes a drinker's entrée! The bitter taste of the ascidians and sake go perfectly together! The sake also has a slightly bitter taste, which also goes perfectly with the ascidians!

Checking in after a long time + drinking iron after a long time These days, I work overtime, go home, drink a lot, and have a blast. We are a generation of remnants of the Showa era. A staple of sake drinking, it goes perfectly with the local Hoya. The bitterness of the sea squirt + the subtle bitterness of the Manazuru goes perfectly with it! Today we plan to visit National Treasure Building No. 1 ‼︎ May we meet some good sake on the way...

I'm enjoying this sake after a hot bath, wondering if I'll be able to drink it in 10 years when I care about my body! It has a little bit of a thicker taste, but it's still a honjozo. Like the Junmai and Honjozo, Tsuki no I has a slightly bitter taste! However, this peculiarity is what makes Tsuki no I so delicious! Although this dry sake has some peculiarities, it has a nice aroma that eventually escapes through the nose, and the aftertaste is clean and delicious!

Unusual Sunday, business trip, coming home now. Before leaving, a petit drinking iron I guess that's all for today... It goes on and on... Ibaraki again! This dry sake. I can't stand how dry and refreshing it is. It tastes bitter when you put it in your mouth, then it turns into a subtle umami on your tongue, and finally disappears from your mouth. It is great to drink and iron without worrying about being seen on a convertible seat while listening to the sound of diesel engines in the morning. It's the best!

Along with the ekiben... The meat of this ekiben is not seasoned too strongly for an ekiben, so it has a good taste of meat! The taste of the meat is very good! This ekiben goes perfectly with the sake. The flavor of the sake alone is a bit strong, but with the meat, the flavor is just right. It is easy to see why this can of nihonmari has been dominating convenience stores and train station kiosks recently. It is delicious 🤤.
