Rice Polishing Ratio : 50 Alcohol content : 15%. Unbelievable price of 220 yen (including tax) for 180ml 😆! Toyo Bijin's Junmai Daiginjo at this price! I found it at a liquor store near Nagoya station on my way home from work! It seems that the sake rice is Yamada Nishiki. I bought some side dishes at a department store and felt like I was on a train 😆. Drinking sake like fruit milk😅. I've been drinking more and more sake 😅. Upon opening the bottle, the aroma is subdued, with a gentle, fruity ginjo scent. In the mouth, the elegant and beautiful sweetness spreads quietly. The mild sourness supports the sweetness. The bitterness is accentuated by a light alcoholic taste. It's Toyo Bijin! This is 220 yen a glass😭. I'll have to buy it again on Monday and drink it in the lounge. I'm looking forward to it. It's delicious. I'm happy.

I hope that the breweries that brew good sake and the bars that serve good snacks can make a fair profit so that we can drink and eat better 😄 but Konosake is wonderful 😆.

Mr. Aralala. What a surprise! I've been to Shivaata twice and bought Machida Shuzo, Takachiyo, Tenmei, etc. when I was there, but they also have Oroku! I'm sure they have a good selection.

Mr. Kitchee Shibata-san is not a great place to buy a lot of brands, but it's a good place to go😄. Please drop by on your way home from the meeting next week and enjoy😄.
