Rice used : Omachi grown in Akaiwa, Okayama Rice polishing ratio : 65 Alcohol content : 15 I wondered what Tenmei was like while watching "Sake no Wa". I was thinking "I want to drink it". I found it by chance at a liquor store I didn't go to much. I found it by chance at a liquor store I didn't go to often. My first Tenmei. Light nigori. I opened the bottle and heard a cheerful sound. The aroma is citrusy? Muscat type? The aroma is of citrus? When you put it in your mouth, it has a mellow rice flavor, a juicy sweetness, and a gentle acidity, with an accent of bitterness afterwards. The texture is quite firm. You can feel the texture of the rice. It is light and not slippery. The aftertaste remains. The impression that the depth increases when the ori is involved. It was a little different from my preconception before drinking it, but what about the other Tenmei in this series? It may be hard to find, but I would like to try other Tenmei's as well. I'm looking forward to it. It tastes good. Happy.
