I'm always amazed at the costumer's skill😊. This time Jr is the high cosy one again ✨. As you would expect from 29%, beautiful sweetness and deliciousness without any miscellaneous 😋. It's not just that, it's the thickness of it and the way it finishes with the ginjo aroma with a little bit of spiciness, it's like a sentence with a good beginning and end😁. Is it a little hard to understand😅? It was really good😋. I have 5 more bottles of kudokushi but what should I do... It's been a while since I bought a bottle of Lapidus, but I was surprised to see that the design of the bottle had changed😲. I can't wait to open this one too😋.

This is also my favorite brand, Mutsu Hassen😍. But this is a completely different face from the regular one 😅. As the tag that comes with it says, it's totally an aperitif. "Champagne?" No, it's sake, so "shampan" 😁. It's so close! It's a sake with less sweetness, less peculiarity, more acidity and refreshing in the mouth😊. The most amazing thing about it is that you can't really tell from the picture in this glass, but it's as if you added carbon dioxide to it, it's a sizzling sensation that I've never experienced before! I'm a big fan of aperitifs, but this one taught me that aperitifs are also good... 😋

I forgot to upload this one too😅. This is my favorite Banshu Ikken, and it's so good too! The flavor is mellow, the aroma is strong on the nose, and it's a Junmai Daiginjo, but that's the beauty of unfiltered 😋. I'll buy it again 😋 Banshu Isshi-sama😍.

Lately, when I drink I fall asleep before I can write a review😅. It's been a while since I've done a review, but I just wrote this down and forgot about it too😅. It's a bit more sour than the other sogapes, and the umami is more subdued, making it more of a champagne-like sake. But the sogape is still good too😋.

My favorite kidding 😋 And my favorite sake future😋 This year I bought and drank it myself! I decided to😁. It's called Junmai Ginjo but it's 50% polished rice You can say it's Junmai Daiginjo! And it's only 2,970 yen for a bottle, which is amazingly cheap🎉. It's a gorgeous sake, but it's also surprisingly dry for a +1 sake, and has a bit of acidity. It's great!

As a lover of romaine, I have to drink this too! I bought it because I thought... it was quite pricey 😅. The taste is clean and full of rice flavor😍. The ginjo aroma is surprisingly strong and goes well with all Japanese food😊. As expected of Ro-Man✨.

Then there's Omachi😊. The rich flavor of Omachi is well brewed, and many breweries use Omachi, but Keisaraku is particularly good at utilizing the best parts of Omachi... I'm sure you'll agree with me 😅. Banshu Yamadanishiki is well balanced. This Bizen Omachi is a special type of umami Simply put, it has this image. Keisaku Drinking Comparison The first one is a Banshu Yamadanishiki nama-shu, but it was in the back of the fridge and I was passed over😅. The characteristic of Keisaraku is that no matter which series you drink, the basic axis remains unchanged: it is gorgeous, but it ends with a spicy finish... That's the image I have. This time is no different, with a clear, mellow flavor and an aroma that spreads as the temperature rises in the mouth✨. The rest is a good balance 😆 clean, fragrant, and mellow flavor that comes to the very edge of not being overpowering😊. As expected of Keisaraku😍.

This is also my preference, when in doubt I choose the stable Yokoyama 😊. It's also fire-aged, so it has a light mouthfeel and a mild aroma. It's fruity like a pear, with just the right amount of acidity and a little sweetness that lingers✨. Yokoyama, I really like it👍.

It's been a while since I posted again😅. This is actually my first time ✨Tenbi It's been getting a lot of reviews on Sake no Wa, and it's been recommended by Sake no Wa, so with high hopes... Hyah!!! It's been lit, but this gas feeling😳. Good balance of sweet, umami, and acidity, and a light mouthfeel. I'm sure this will be popular😅. It was really good! I'll buy it when I can!

I'm a no good lunch drinker today too😅. I'm having this with sushi I ordered from Uber, and I can't believe how good Tatenogawa is! It's so good with sushi😍. It's like a clear stream on a beautiful river like the name suggests, clean mouthfeel, not much sweetness, a little sourness and sake feeling, great marriage with toro, sea urchin and ikura 😊✨. This is going to be gone soon...

Long time no see. My favorite Loman The more I learn about sake, the more my tastes change, and I'd be sad if my favorite sake, Roman, didn't suit my palate anymore... I was worried about that... I didn't need to worry about that😅. It's not too much, but it's not too much. I'm pretty sure this one was watered down to 10,000 😊. The last faint aroma in the nose is a hint of rice 😋. I still love roma😍!

It's been a while since I've done a review 😅. I've been quite busy and I've had a disaster of a few days where I couldn't drink 😱. So I apologize to everyone, but I couldn't stop drooling when I opened Sake no Wa, so I tried not to watch it 😂. So this is Sogape😍. I may have let it sit for a bit too long, but it's so good I don't care 👍. The clarity without any miscellaneous flavors, the good balance of sweetness and acidity is very nice😤 It's a great beer to drink with a good balance of sweetness and acidity. On the back it says "dry and sweet dew" but I didn't feel any dryness at all. I drank it so fast I drank 2cm from the bottom and if I wasn't careful I would have drank it all😅. It's really beyond the realm of hobbies😁.

This is my first yatagarasu. It's my first time and suddenly I'm in an assemblage😅. It's more of a bitter taste, with a strong alcohol and ginjo aroma. I've been drinking it with chicken sashimi and yakitori, and before I knew it, the bottle was empty 😅. I'm sure you'll agree that it's a great drink, but I'm not sure if it's the right one for you.

A little talked about Lake Hishiko I'm only on my second kind of sake, but there's something magical about it... It's really good! It's not that it's bad (sorry for being so rude 🙇♀), but it's not that it's bad either. When I start drinking it, it's gone before I know it... It's the same this time. I bought this because I was attracted to the name Juice, and I guess I'm already trapped😅. It's not fruity but still juicy😋. But it doesn't get in the way of your meal, it's full of flavor and a little bit of acidity gives it a nice balance😊. There was a petite feeling right after opening the bottle but it settled down towards the end of the bottle, I preferred it right after opening👍. I'll probably buy the next one 😅.

This is also the same as Yamawasei, and for me, as I'm not near a store that carries it, I'll probably end up drooling while watching it on Sake-no-Wa... I gave up on this one😊. The taste is great but the price is right too... 😅 I'm sure you'll like it. The first impression is that it's a raw sake, but it has a gentle and cohesive feel to it. I'm not sure if it's because I'm a fan of light nigori, but it's got a great balance of mellow rice flavor and a nice acidity that complements the sweetness😍. It's called the ultimate food sake, but it's not! For me, it's the ultimate sake, straight down the middle, 150km/h, bang on the mitt! If I see it again next year I'll save up to buy a bottle 😅.

Long time no post 😅. Toyoupai... forgotten in the back of Lemacombe 😂. For a rice polishing ratio of 39%, it's not only beautiful, but thick and delicious, with just a hint of acidity. The alcohol content is 15 degrees, but the strength feels like 17 degrees to my senses, maybe because of the spiciness? Or does it come from the fear of not being vaccinated? 😁. In my opinion, it's a representative sake of Aomori, but it's different from Tasake and Mutsuyasen, it has a traditional taste, but it's easy to drink and has few peculiarities, I thought it's a real food sake✨.
