Two glasses of cold sake.
With boiled Chinese cabbage.
It was my first time to drink this sake, but it has no habit compared to Hakkaisan.
It is delicious. I can feel the sweetness of the rice. I can feel the sweetness of rice.
I enjoyed it alone on the living room carpet while relaxing and watching TV. What is this?
Junmai Sake Brewery
Dry, strong aroma (rice), slightly strong attack, sharp, slightly thick, lingering umami, clear bitterness and thick acidity, simple, traditional taste and aroma, reasonable price, mellow sake but more like a refreshing sake
How to drink:Room temperature
Aroma:Contains an aroma similar to that of cruciferous vegetables. It is a very unusual aroma.
Taste: It goes down your throat as if you were drinking water. This is the first time I have tasted a sake that has no peculiarities.
Japan's "Traditional Sake Brewing
Decided to be registered as Intangible Cultural Heritage of Japan by UNESCO!
Congratulations!
I am a sake novice, but I feel somewhat proud.
The sake we are celebrating with is from our local sake brewery, Sawanotsuru in Hyogo.
Purchased at the brewery along with unrefined, unfiltered, unpasteurized sake.
When I think of Zuicho, I think of Junmai Daiginjo, but they also have Junmai Ginjo 🤔.
And it seems they only have junmai ginjo in 1gou bottles and 3gou bottles.
It's low in alcohol, refreshing, and has a slight lactic acidity.
I think even people who don't like sake can drink it because there is almost no spiciness or alcohol taste.
I thought it got sweeter as the temperature went up.
Sawa-no-Tsuru Namahashimo Junmai Unfiltered Nama-shu
I thought it was only available in the online store, but I went to the Sawanotsuru Museum Shop to see if I could purchase some at the direct sales counter right after the shipping date!
Thanks for the information!
The price in the online store includes cool shipping, so if you're in the area, you can get it for about 1000 yen cheaper in person, so it's a good deal 🉐.
It has a strong acidity and a powerful flavor with a lot of gusto.
I would have liked a little more sweetness, but maybe this is more typical of Sawanotsuru 🤔.
I feel sweeter on the second day.
Sake we got today 🍶.
100 sake tasters
Sawanotsuru (Hyogo)
When I got my sake tasting certificate
This is the sake I drank at the event to celebrate.
I heard that most of Sawanotsuru's employees
I heard that most of the employees of Sawanotsuru have a sake tasting certificate.
The sake is made under the supervision of a sake taster.
It is a perfect match for any kind of food.
The taste is refreshing
It is a delicious sake!
Maybe because it is made with Nada miyamizu (miyamizu from Nada).
It was spicy and delicious!
