We chose Gura-chan's recommended Fukuoka sake for the toast!
It is a new brand just launched last year!
It is a low-alcohol junmai sake made from 100% Yamadanishiki produced in Fukuoka Prefecture with an alcohol content of 13%!

Later I googled it and found that "Shichiyou Shuzo is an up-and-coming sake brewery with its roots in Hoshikuma Shuzo, which was founded in 1868. While inheriting its long history and traditions, the brewery moved to Okagaki-Uchiura in search of further improvement in sake quality and purified brewing water, and has also renewed its brand name. The brewery has also relocated its brewery to Okagaki-Uchiura in search of even better quality and purer brewing water.

SENKOU "Kabutomushi," aka "lemon squash for adults," is even clearer and more pleasantly acidic than last year's. This year, the sweet and sour version is based on the same recipe. This year's collection is an assemblage based on this, with the image of sweet and sour honey lemon.
