This collection series was created by <UNITED ARROWS>, who was impressed by the innovative challenge of Senkou (Senkin Co., Ltd.) based on its traditional techniques, while visiting the brewery directly and participating in the sake brewing process. SENKOU "Kabutomushi," aka "lemon squash for adults," is even clearer and more pleasantly acidic than last year's. This year, the sweet and sour version is based on the same recipe. This year's collection is an assemblage based on this, with the image of sweet and sour honey lemon.
