We welcomed Mr. Yoohee, who is from Nagasaki and lives in Nishinomiya, to our first Off-line meeting in 5 months!
We welcomed the usual Fukuoka original 4 + up-and-coming subordinates.
We will drink as much as we can!

(1) Yuma (Nama Sake)
We chose Gura-chan's recommended Fukuoka sake for the toast!
It is a new brand just launched last year!
It is a low-alcohol junmai sake made from 100% Yamadanishiki produced in Fukuoka Prefecture with an alcohol content of 13%!

Later I googled it and found that "Shichiyou Shuzo is an up-and-coming sake brewery with its roots in Hoshikuma Shuzo, which was founded in 1868. While inheriting its long history and traditions, the brewery moved to Okagaki-Uchiura in search of further improvement in sake quality and purified brewing water, and has also renewed its brand name. The brewery has also relocated its brewery to Okagaki-Uchiura in search of even better quality and purer brewing water.
It can be said that this is a promising company to follow in the future👍.
