What should I have for my last drink?
I asked the owner if he had any Houou Mita liqueur to drink with carbonated water, or if he had any secret sake that I should know about.
When we went to the cold storage room together, he offered me a crimson bottle of sparkling wine.

I had had this red sake from the hanpukai a while ago, but this was my first time to try sparkling sake!
I asked him to make this the last bottle, leaving the Houou Mita for the next time!
The first sip was amazing!
Bubbles float all the way up in the vertical glass!
Much stronger bubbles than the Sanndo!
