I'm going to be transferred to another city, so I should drink some local sake...
The mouthfeel is clean and dry.
But the umami is also present, and there is a hint of sweetness in the spiciness.

This sake is suitable as a food sake and can be enjoyed at a variety of temperatures.

It's read as "glossy".

No smell of pork bone inside and outside the restaurant
The noodles are a little thicker than Hakata Ramen (Kurume type?).
The soup is thick and rich with a sweet taste.

5) Houou Mita - Founding Brand Yonemitsu (Yamadaho Version)
A special product created to commemorate the 150th anniversary of the Kobayashi Brewery.
The name is "Yonemitsu" (read as "Beikou").
It was the representative brand of Kobayashi Shuzo before the company introduced Houou Mita.
There are two versions, Yamadaho and Watabune No. 2, the parents of Yamadanishiki, the absolute king of rice suitable for sake brewing, but I chose the Yamadaho version with its maiden-like white and pink label that reminds me of strawberry milk.
What was my impression after drinking it?
The balance of acidity and umami is exquisite!
