I bought this year's "Tawawa" after reading a post on Sake-no-Wawa that it was well made this year. Alcoholic taste is strong. It has a slight scent of old age. Not my favorite type. I guess it's good warmed up. I'm not good at it.

I've never seen this before at the liquor store I always stop by at work... Hiragana "takaji". I had to buy it. I immediately opened the bottle. It tastes like something I've had somewhere before. If I remember, I'll write an oyster. It tastes fresh and has an aftertaste of wooden barrels. Yesterday, I conquered the easternmost point of Honshu. I heard it was only 3k from the parking lot, so I decided to go there... I was naive, it takes 1 hour one way. I underestimated the mountain road. It's hard for lack of exercise. We finally made it, But the weather was nice and the view was great. On the way there, we stopped at a restaurant? The ramen noodles with natural wakame seaweed and mekabu was delicious. ‼️

Good morning, Gonyi Goh-san. You must be Steller's sea lion! I'd like to visit there once, but I'm afraid of bears and I need a car to get there. Did you get a certificate? The wakame ramen looks delicious. It's so green and green.

Nochi-san, I don't think bears can come in because of the slope of the mountain road. Certificate? Where do I get it? I had ramen at a restaurant called "Enyaa Dotto". The soup is delicious with mekabu (a kind of mushroom).

Iwaizumi yogurt, made famous by Ootanisan. Collaboration with Nanbu Bijin? When I went to Ryusendo Cave, I found something I had never seen before frozen. I guess they freeze it for tourists. Just as well it had melted by the time we got back to the hotel. I bought one for my wife, but isn't it expensive at just under 3,500 yen? (Tourist spot price, huh?) I heard it tasted pretty good, so I guess it's OK. We took a short detour to Yokohora Farm. I heard that the butter and pudding were delicious, but... they only sell them online. I was able to meet the manager of the farm, and we decided to visit the farm. I got to experience milking a cow. The cows here are free-range, but they seem to come down the mountain on their own and let us milk them. (She was milking while eating a snack.) I was surprised to see cows waiting for their turn to be milked. Not only ningen, but cows line up too... We also got some freshly milked milk🥛. It was rich yet refreshing. The cow has such pretty eyes. She's a beauty! After milking, she went back to the mountain with her kids.

Last weekend I was back at my parents' house mowing the grass. Took my dad and I 3 hours to do 1/3 of it. The rest will be next month. Brought Hana Yuu for a saki-kun with my dad. My mom tasted it and said it was delicious. The autumn sky has finally come. But is corn still in season? The corn here is sweet 😋.

Hello, GoonyiGo! Thank you for taking me out to harvest rice🌾. The bright red sky is beautiful too🌆. Mr. Hanamup's Omachi is delicious 😋. Your mother must have been very happy and the sweetness must have been sinking in after a hard day's work 🤗.

White on the last day of the holidays This is delicious 😋! Yellow malted rice and white malted rice, well thought out! Niimasa is like a white wine I think this kind of wine is good 🆗. The first attack is soft and the umami is well expressed. I was surprised to see many couples and families visiting shrines today. I was surprised to see quite a few couples and families. The second day of the holiday was pink. It is not too alcoholic and has a good balance, but it comes with a bang. Today I renewed my driver's license, so I went to a nearby temple (smelling like an old man). There was a powerful temple gate and an interesting arhat nearby.

I haven't purchased an Imi in 3 years. And I was able to buy 3 bottles! And it's the first time for all three It's my 5xx birthday, so I'm opening all three bottles. I'm sure I won't be able to do such a luxurious drinking comparison again. The taste is the hardest to drink out of the three. (It tastes good, though.) The first impression I had was that it had a strong alcohol taste. My first impression is that it has a strong alcohol taste. It comes with a thump. The flavor is overshadowed by the alcohol. I wonder if it will settle down as time goes by...

I found it and bought it. This is the first time I've had the back. Brewed in May, but no freshness. I'm quite disappointed... Too much alcohol and not enough flavor. I like it better than the Polish version. I prefer Nabeshima which I usually drink. It was after Shinomine doburoku, so I changed cups and had it with Tatsuro soba inokuchi. I had it with Tatsuro Soba Inokuchi. Next month is another concert!

Purchased from memory of a previous drink. The price was cheap and it must have been delicious... The bottle was opened without anything like a fire. I had a bad feeling... I bought it while I was at work, so it was at room temperature and was shaken by the car. Something sour... It's so different from the Ise Hakushu I drank the other day! I got one that could be used as a strap for my cell phone. I heard it was sold out immediately.

This is the second time for me to visit Tsuki no Ii. I saw it at a liquor store in Yamagata Murayama and brought it home. I would like to try Japanese Moon, but it's hard to find it...(and it's expensive). Well, I opened the bottle. It was not impressive, as if it had been fire-aged. It smells and looks like it has been aged. It has a slightly amber color. When you put it in your mouth, it smells a little old. It has a bitter taste like smoky whiskey. Unique taste, brought back memories of the Tsuki no Ii I drank before. So it's a dry line... It's not my favorite type... I didn't know 100% Yamadanishiki could taste like this. It changes so much depending on the toji (master brewer). Sake is so deep. Last night, we were entertained by a customer from Omagari and watched fireworks with him and his wife. We enjoyed the fireworks starting at 5:15 p.m. and lasting until 9:20 p.m. Omagari's fireworks are definitely worth seeing at least once! The scale is just too big. You can't see local fireworks shows anymore! There was a wind, so fireworks shavings flew to the pier seats! It was past midnight when we got home. I'd like to stay overnight, but But 60,000 yen/person per night for a business hotel? They think I'm an idiot...

Good evening, GoonyiGo! I also went to the Omagari Fireworks Festival yesterday ❣️ It's been about 10 years since I've been, but it's still great to see them live ‼️😆. The hotels and food were all priced for a fireworks show 😱💦. I took the car and train and got home around 1am😅.

On a business trip to Misawa, I had time to stop by. There was another brand of Takachiyo. I would have passed it by if it were Takachiyo, but I was curious about it. Microbubbles can remove dirt without scrubbing and are gentle to sake rice. (I understand this because of my job.) I think it's a good choice. Old people don't adopt this kind of thing... Nice work, Takachiyo-san. Now, let's see how it tastes... 6 sweetness, 3 sourness, 1 bitterness. It's delicious! It's sweet, but the acidity and the bioflavors help to set the flavor. I agree with adopting new technologies such as flattened rice milling and microbubbles. I hope this brewery does well. Salted wonton ramen at Shina Soba Restaurant in Ninohe. It's as good as it's been for 20 years! Some things don't need to change...

I was taking it the year before last at the same time. And right after this, I developed corona... I wonder if I will be okay this year. I bought 2 bottles at Marugen this time too. The owner said that this year's was not fermented well, so it will be ready to drink soon... But the yeast was fine. The rice flavor is as delicious as ever. It was a good decision to buy two bottles because the quantity was small. Well, on the way back from Yamagata to Yokote, I saw a white building...
