He brought his tiger cub "O" to this farewell party. I wanted the manager, who has been a great help to me again, and a customer who has been a great help to me on business to drink... I really shouldn't have brought it to the restaurant, though. Both the manager and the customer were happy. It's 22 years old, so it's starting to smell a little old...

Manager's recommendation Rihachi Not yet registered at Sake no Crocodile... I thought it was, but it was registered at Okuidumo Mae Mawenya Rihachi. Even though there is no indication on the bottle... Well, that's good. The manager told me to drink from 901. The manager told me to start with 901, and he was right. 1081 has more impact. ❗️ I can't compare the two, but it's not as good. I guess if you drink it alone, you can understand the goodness of it. I would like to follow this brewery in the future.

Farewell party No. 3 There were several labels that I didn't see in the cellar. I told the manager about it and he said, "Why don't you compare them? I told the manager about it and he said, "Why don't you try to compare them? I had never heard of Rihachi. 901 and 1801? The manager told me to try the 1801 first... It tastes comparable to Kinjaku! I imagine it's the same kind. This is delicious!

Farewell party Part 2 It was a farewell party, but it turned out to be my choice for drinking with friends... I told the manager that I didn't like Ai-label Iraka, and he said, "How about Beni-label? He said, "How about Beni label? I tasted it. Less grain smell than the indigo label... 1/3. But I can smell it. Actually, it seems it has been brewed in cedar barrels for a short time. I thought the smell was strong, as expected. It'll take a few years for it to settle down... I would like to buy this sake after some time because I don't dislike the taste.

The director of a business partner was transferred to Hachinohe. We had a farewell party just the two of us. The owner of the restaurant told me that he got a job at Kinjaku. but I couldn't make it to the restaurant. Finally, we were able to visit. There it is...golden tyun tyun! I have never seen it here before. It's my first time. The aroma and taste exceeded our expectations. It has a strong ginjo aroma. Mellow and umami taste. No acidity, long aftertaste. I like this one!

Purchased at Gransta on a business trip to Tokyo There were about 10 people in line to buy it... That's just like in Edo! The aroma has a hint of acidity. Not so much in the mouth The bitterness is strong and lingers in the mouth. It is subtle. We arrived in Tokyo early and went to Kogaon Dango (Shibuya-ku, Tokyo) as requested by his wife. The sesame seeds and wasanbon are good! The expiration date is the same day, so you can only buy them here. I walked 18,000 steps to get home. My feet hurt, I guess I don't get enough exercise.

The last sake I posted was too bad, so I opened a bottle of this one! The difference is as big as the difference between heaven and earth. It has no peculiarities and is easy to drink. As expected of Haneya. But it has a sweetness like white sugar. I've had 8 bottles of Haneya so far, but are they getting sweeter these days?

I got Iraka (甍), which is something of a reputation. Iraka...I couldn't read it. Now, open the bottle. The first aroma smelled a little like caramel...I had a bad feeling. When I put it in my mouth, I was surprised... The graininess and astringency is 10 times greater than that of Shinshu Kamerei Hitogokochi. Bitterness felt on both sides of the tongue. A little sweetness in the aftertaste. The lingering aroma leaves a cloying taste and grain smell in the nostrils that I don't like. Some people rate it as dry, but I think it is like adding astringency to sweetness. This is the kind I don't like... Let's put it down for a minute. Is there something wrong with this kind of label? It's a new brewery, so they're doing a lot of trial and error. They seem to have a red label and a black label. I'd like to try that one next time. My family is making a fuss about a sake bath. The bottle is a wine bottle with a top bottom.

Purchased at Sakamoto-san. Is it a private brand? Recommended by the owner. I had an old-fashioned image of Washio... (My father pours it from a bottle into a cup at room temperature and drinks it) I was betrayed beautifully~(^^) I can understand why you recommend it. The standing aroma is melon. When you put it in your mouth, it is rich and delicious. It feels like Nabeshima... However, since it has 18% alcohol, it comes with a "kaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa" afterwards. This is a very good sake. Jaja-men, which I almost never eat in Morioka. Morioka's three major noodles (cold noodles, wankosoba, and jaja-men). (Cold noodles, wanko soba, and jaja-men) Apparently, the appearance (mixing meat miso with the noodles) and the taste you prefer (you have to use your own raayu, vinegar, etc...). I got lost in the taste.

I opened a bottle of Kamerei, which I bought at the brewery last August, because I had accumulated a lot of Kamerei. The person who drank it explained it in detail, so I'll spare you the details. Sake brewed with one-time-only sake rice Yumemizuho. It has a slight fizziness and tastes like Kamerei! It's delicious!

Hi, Sashiu. Mr. 🐢 has never run out of cellar 🐢. Lately I've been getting into the more expensive ones... I just hope that "Yumemizuho" will continue to be brewed and become a staple in the future.

It's been a while since I've had a median bag droop. I don't remember it tasting like this. No acidity, it's a refreshing type. Alcoholic and bitter taste remains. Or is it because I bought an old bottle... Is it because I've been drinking a lot of good alcohol lately?

I came back to my parents' house today and had dinner with my father and mother. I prepared this turtle-early for my daughter's success celebration, but... Cherry blossoms are falling again this year... Now, when should I drink... Then, I decided to have a drink with my parents. It seems that this premium gold is no longer brewed, and it is sold at a high price on the Internet. But I don't think of selling it. You have to taste it for yourself. The rice polishing ratio is 39%. No strong alcohol taste Very easy to drink Almost no acidity, umami and a little bitterness Elegant taste This is delicious! I also bought Kiichi's salt ramen at Inawashiro Roadside Station on my trip to Fukushima last week.

I traveled to Aizu Sakashita to purchase a median. Gonoi for the first time in a while. I went there during the strongest cold wave. The chairman of the board was as kind as ever, and his son (second son?) as unfriendly as ever. We purchased 6 bottles on this Miyagi/Fukushima enjoyment trip. It was the quantity to be cured in the cellar. Well, it's been a while since I've had a bottle of Omachi... Was it like this? That was my first impression. It's like a white wine. It also feels like coarse grains... I never had this impression before. Hmmm 🙄 ...

Hi, Sashiu. I came to play with my daughter to pick her up for her exam. I bought an old bottle of "Chou" and there seemed to be some old incense in it. I went to three liquor stores and bought 6 bottles. The fourth one was closed. The only new sake they had was Sugitama-go.

Praying for my daughter's national championship I chose a word that sounds good. Good luck, my daughter. My father is drinking and cheering for her. The aroma is so melon🍈y. The bitter taste and aroma in your mouth will make you think it is muskmelon. It is a good match with the good quality one from Naraman in Fukushima. Delicious 😋.

Hatsushibori was my favorite last year. Of course, this year I bought it in a bottle. It's as good as ever, a seasonal staple every year. Nagano sake had over 100 check-ins... (I noticed that the 101st was Kinugame...) The day when it overtakes Fukushima sake is coming soon...

The toast for the secret sake party was a sparkling wine called SALA VIVE. The price was surprisingly cheap, but It is not too sweet and is a good toast. It's a sake party, but sometimes it's good to drink something like this. The sushi was also delicious. It was my first visit to Big Sight in a while, but I walked 8,000 steps. I heard some good things and I have high expectations for the next term! I also bought some souvenirs as requested. I also got to meet some members of the sake club. It was a fulfilling business trip.

The second bottle of the 7th secret sake was Sharaku. I heard that this brand is also becoming hard to find. I did not know this because I rarely buy it myself. It is an orikarami sake, so I started with the top clear alcohol first. The smell of "Seme" is so strong! I don't like it. However, when I mixed it with ori, the acrid seme smell disappeared and it became easier to drink!

This time, I was on a business trip and got off at Koriyama on my way back from Tokyo Big Sight. I took a paid day off the next day and had the 7th secret sake meeting held. It had been two years since our last meeting. My secret sake was Kinkame, which I had saved for this event. Since I had traveled from Morioka to Tokyo to Koriyama, it was at room temperature, but I had it chilled at Sushitatsu and it was ready to serve. As expected of the 39 polished sake, it is very clear. There is almost no miscellaneous taste. The Kamerei I have had so far looks hazy. The members of the group praised it highly, saying, "It's a bad sake! It is very hard to find... It's also very expensive.
