I came back to my parents' house today and had dinner with my father and mother. I prepared this turtle-early for my daughter's success celebration, but... Cherry blossoms are falling again this year... Now, when should I drink... Then, I decided to have a drink with my parents. It seems that this premium gold is no longer brewed, and it is sold at a high price on the Internet. But I don't think of selling it. You have to taste it for yourself. The rice polishing ratio is 39%. No strong alcohol taste Very easy to drink Almost no acidity, umami and a little bitterness Elegant taste This is delicious! I also bought Kiichi's salt ramen at Inawashiro Roadside Station on my trip to Fukushima last week.

I traveled to Aizu Sakashita to purchase a median. Gonoi for the first time in a while. I went there during the strongest cold wave. The chairman of the board was as kind as ever, and his son (second son?) as unfriendly as ever. We purchased 6 bottles on this Miyagi/Fukushima enjoyment trip. It was the quantity to be cured in the cellar. Well, it's been a while since I've had a bottle of Omachi... Was it like this? That was my first impression. It's like a white wine. It also feels like coarse grains... I never had this impression before. Hmmm 🙄 ...

Hi, Sashiu. I came to play with my daughter to pick her up for her exam. I bought an old bottle of "Chou" and there seemed to be some old incense in it. I went to three liquor stores and bought 6 bottles. The fourth one was closed. The only new sake they had was Sugitama-go.

Praying for my daughter's national championship I chose a word that sounds good. Good luck, my daughter. My father is drinking and cheering for her. The aroma is so melon🍈y. The bitter taste and aroma in your mouth will make you think it is muskmelon. It is a good match with the good quality one from Naraman in Fukushima. Delicious 😋.

Hatsushibori was my favorite last year. Of course, this year I bought it in a bottle. It's as good as ever, a seasonal staple every year. Nagano sake had over 100 check-ins... (I noticed that the 101st was Kinugame...) The day when it overtakes Fukushima sake is coming soon...

The toast for the secret sake party was a sparkling wine called SALA VIVE. The price was surprisingly cheap, but It is not too sweet and is a good toast. It's a sake party, but sometimes it's good to drink something like this. The sushi was also delicious. It was my first visit to Big Sight in a while, but I walked 8,000 steps. I heard some good things and I have high expectations for the next term! I also bought some souvenirs as requested. I also got to meet some members of the sake club. It was a fulfilling business trip.

The second bottle of the 7th secret sake was Sharaku. I heard that this brand is also becoming hard to find. I did not know this because I rarely buy it myself. It is an orikarami sake, so I started with the top clear alcohol first. The smell of "Seme" is so strong! I don't like it. However, when I mixed it with ori, the acrid seme smell disappeared and it became easier to drink!

This time, I was on a business trip and got off at Koriyama on my way back from Tokyo Big Sight. I took a paid day off the next day and had the 7th secret sake meeting held. It had been two years since our last meeting. My secret sake was Kinkame, which I had saved for this event. Since I had traveled from Morioka to Tokyo to Koriyama, it was at room temperature, but I had it chilled at Sushitatsu and it was ready to serve. As expected of the 39 polished sake, it is very clear. There is almost no miscellaneous taste. The Kamerei I have had so far looks hazy. The members of the group praised it highly, saying, "It's a bad sake! It is very hard to find... It's also very expensive.

The company's branch manager came over and wanted to have drinks with all the sales people... I hate this guy. He's good at his job, but I hate his humanity. (He has no delicacy). But the manager informs me that he is forced to attend. I was going to drink quietly in the corner, but he came next to me! Worst... This izakaya has only 5 kinds of sake in its repertoire, and all of them are minor ones that I've never had before. I had no choice but to try the Azuma Mine... It had no sharpness and was kind of sweet!

I bought some Tenmei that I had not seen before. Concept Workers Selection Is it SORA or sunset? One sip, thin...too much water added? Tenmei watered down? Alcohol 11%... Easy to drink, but it seems to dilute the characteristics of Tenmei. I wonder if some people like this kind of drink? There was a local beer workshop in the district where I live. I heard that in Iwate, Bearren🍺 is the No. 1 local beer. The president of Bearlane came and gave a lecture on the history of beer. It was very informative, and there were some topics that were also applicable to Japanese sake. For 500 yen, we compared 5 kinds of sake. I prefer Asahi's dry sake. But I prefer 🍶 to 🍺.

To all of our followers Happy New Year! My first one of the year is... Aaron's recommendation, Yamato Shizuku! I opened it right away! The ginjo aroma is a bit like the smell of Seme. But I don't mind it. It's just as good as Aaron's comment! I'm glad I bought it! The Rose Parade was held on January 1 (US time). Kyoto Tachibana High School brass band participated. Although their performance was restricted this time due to copyright issues, they were full of energy, smiles, and dreams, and seemed to be enjoying their performance. I only watched the performance on YouTube, but it made me smile as well. It made me happy at the beginning of the New Year. Yesterday, I was healed at Samoyed Cafe in Sendai and brought back some o-hagi (rice balls), umotan (sea urchin), and hokki meshi rice as souvenirs from "Saichi". Let's end the year 2024 with a hana-yori. The Hana-yosu has such an impact that it erases the existence of Tsushimaya, which we drank yesterday. I was not able to play an active role in my work this year, but I did a good job of sowing seeds, so next year, the flowers will bloom and the sun will shine. Tomorrow is the New Year, and I would like to bask in the sunrise. But it's impossible... (Impossible word combination...)

I met his wife's mother in Miyagi. I was glad to see her in good health. The harvest this time I bought it without thinking about the space in the cellar... The last liquor store we stopped at was unexpectedly selling "Iraka"! Now, let's see what Tsushimaya had this time... So sweet. It was like licking cotton candy. I didn't know Miyamanishiki could be this sweet. There is almost no alcohol taste. The mouthfeel is soft, and there is a nice bitterness in the back of the throat. But not too sweet...

Haginotsuru's Test Brewing I bought it without a second thought. The taste was dry, but as I drank it, the dryness disappeared. But as I drank it, the spiciness disappeared. It's good as a food sake, isn't it? We picked up his wife's car and drove straight into Sendai. New Year's Holiday starts today! 9 consecutive holidays! I went to my wife's parents' house (Sendai) right away. We arrived in the evening, making a detour on the way. Kawashima Sake Shop didn't sell Suzune, so we went to "Yamaya". We went to "Yamaya" to buy some sake for the wife's supper. Her repertoire is growing. Since it is the end of the year, we bought a little expensive Suzune... The most expensive one, GALA, is 9% alcohol. WABI is 5% alcohol. I was shaken by a car so I blew it out. 💦. I think it was delicious because I drank it without saying anything. (I wish you would have said something about what you thought...) On the way back to Ichinoseki, I had a sesame-slice soft serve... They served me so much that it overflowed the cone....

I had an extra entry ticket for Mariya Takeuchi's concert, so I gave it to a customer, who gave it to me as a thank-you for winning. (I also won a ticket). I don't drink rice wine for the most part. I had an image that it was an old-fashioned sake. However, this one was quite good. It has a good acidity even though it is Yamahai, which I am not very good at. It was hard right after opening the bottle, but became milder as the day went by. Hachinohe has less snowfall than Tsugaru. Yamazaki got it well. Let's give it to relatives at New Year's.

I have been curious about mellow for a long time. Finally, I got it. I also got a bottle of Tenmei Kijoshu to compare. It is not so sweet that it is undrinkable, as is often the case with kijoshu, and it is easy to sip. Compared to Tenmei, it has a stronger alcohol taste, and it comes down the back of the throat with a sharp kick.

Karoyaka Kijoshu Namae: ❗️ Hmm🤔Akebono is aggressive! Compared with the mellow I bought the other day Akebono (Kijoshu) vs Raifuku (Kijoshu) It's a sweeter kijoshu, but not as sweet as the monsoon from Laughing Four Seasons. I wondered if there was honey in it since it was called "honey". I thought so, but the aroma and sweetness are like honey... It has the sweetness of a noble sake, though. Hmmm... confusing, to use your own expression... If I say the acidity is citrusy, which is typical of Tenmei, it's citrusy... It is not as alcoholic as mellow, and is easy to drink. Easy to drink. Tenmei wins this match.
