First luxury drink of 26 years ~. Miyamanishiki, which got me hooked on Kamerei I still prefer Miyamanishiki! You should try it at least once in your life Matsuko said you have to try grass-fed butter 🧈. This is delicious 😋. It's better to melt it on baked bread.

Happy New Year♪ It was supposed to be a quiet New Year's Day. But I thought I'd make you feel festive... So, here is a comparison. I left the Hexagon from last time. So we compared three kinds... The first word is, "It's so sweet! I can't drink a lot of this. Kamerei will no longer be available from this year... I'm thankful that I was able to buy it until now. I also bought some Yamazaki, but at over 800 yen a can...

Congratulations @Mizuhashi. Thanks to the liquor store that I can drink all gold and silver. I can't buy it anymore because the store closed at the end of last year. I have to go to Ueda to buy it like @Mizuhashi-san...(impossible)

Congratulations, ma-ki-. I look forward to working with you again this year. Since I came to Iwate, I have not been able to collect rare sake as much as before. I guess my goal this year is to look for sake that I like, even though it is minor.

It's been 10 months since I brewed it. It's time to open it up or it'll get old... Even Jikkoman is not that good after Hexagon... It's supposed to be delicious. Let's go on with it until we forget about Hexagon. When I was looking for things to prepare for the New Year's holiday, I found a wind forest I've never seen before! Why isn't anyone buying it? And Wakanami's Honjozo too... Let's change our thinking this New Year's Eve!

Opened a bottle to commemorate my father's US-jubilee! He could only drink it on such an occasion. Of course he was happy. I don't think I'll be able to get it anymore... Now, let me tell you what it tasted like. In a word, a very soft and gentle sake. My first experience. As expected of Mr. Okazaki's top quality sake. You can't feel the alcohol. Sweetness like Wasanbon, acidity? The aftertaste is a bit bitter, but it disappears quickly. Highly balanced and easy to drink. No wonder... Hot spring room is on the top floor with ocean view I enjoyed the sunrise 🌅 slowly.

Good evening, GoonyiGo😄and congratulations on your father's US birthday! It's a very fitting Hexagon for the commemoration! I also had my grandmother drink this at the time of her 100th anniversary. You can't get it anymore...

It has been sitting for a year. It has been stored for a year and now it is ready to be opened. I like it more than the first one. I was just intoxicated. We stayed at a hot spring near the sea to celebrate my father's US-jubilee. The siren of tsunami warning had been sounded until the day of the earthquake, but it was lifted, so we stayed there. However, when the party started and we enjoyed a delicious meal with drinks and family together, I forgot about such anxieties. My father and mother were happy, so it was a good thing. I hope there won't be any more earthquakes for a while...

I saw it and bought it without thinking. I'm a sucker for anniversary... Well, I opened the bottle. It looks like something.., HIROKI? No, it's Sharaku! Weak cemedine smell. Taste and alcohol stimulation is moderate. The Northeast road is white with fog, still better than a snowstorm. I wonder what this winter will bring...

Hello, Go-ni-Go-san. Were you okay with the damage from the earthquake? You said you were taking a bath a little while ago when the earthquake hit.

Good evening, thank you for your concern. This time I was under the covers instead of taking a bath.(^^) The next day I went on a business trip to Hachinohe, and the hotel's multi-story parking garage was closed because it was impossible to enter, and some convenience stores were closed due to the mess.

There is a big difference between the soft ground and the hard ground...the NTT tower was also damaged and may or may not collapse...I am afraid that there is still a possibility of an earthquake. I don't think there is any problem where I live, but when I went back to my parents' house last week...

A tsunami warning was issued, and sirens went off repeatedly for a while, urging people to evacuate... And then the tsunami reaches 50cm... If a really big tsunami comes, no one will run away. Please be careful about earthquakes, bebe!

Kawabu, my favorite from last year. This time I bought the fire-roasted. It was lined up at room temperature. But I will drink it chilled. A little yellowish, but no old incense. It's a good place to be just before the old incense comes out. The alcohol is not too strong and it is easy to drink. It's a good grade, but I feel like it's missing something.

It had a strong cedar barrel feel to it........................... Haneya is a cheap tile for me. Almost no hassle. I'm glad that future lemon sours are now available in Tohoku. I gobble it down so fast that it runs out quickly, I wonder if they'll come out with a long can.

Original Sake by Kishinami Brewery Darubish! Or rather, Tarubish! It's a pretty good name! It was the last bottle. Unfortunately, I can't believe they are closing at the end of next month 😭 Just like the name, the cedar barrel(?) The aroma of cedar barrels(?) is amazing! Not my favorite... The alcohol content is 16%, so it comes with a bang. It's already winter on the Northeast Highway, it's better that there is no snow on the road yet! Today we went to a curry shop in Aomori... They say you can only eat the roux once... I'm full 🈵!

Iroha Ni Hohe" in front of Morioka Station Sashi-Drinking with Friends from Maker Days When I was a student, I entered Irohani Hoho. After toasting with 🍺, we ordered akabu because it was available. I don't remember what it tasted like because we were talking so much... It was easy to drink and a little sour. Easy to drink and no memory of the taste is a good thing! It is indeed Iwate's No.1 sake.

I bought it because I thought it looked kind of tasty. I drink it with 1:1 strong carbonation... I drank it several times, but it always made my stomach hurt. My wife said it made her shoulders stiff. It's easy to drink, though. I heard that some drinks make you feel excited and some make you feel down.

Your first sake brewery. Of course, I drank it for the first time. The initial aroma is sweet like syrup. As the temperature rises, it has a graininess and a bitter aftertaste. When it is cooled down, the bitterness is lessened and it is drinkable... After the bottle was opened, it was tasty with little stimulation. After opening the bottle, it was tasty with little stimulation, but after less than a week, the bitterness became more pronounced. It's not good if you don't drink it right away. Maybe I should leave it a little longer...

This is a craft saké by Lagoon Brewery in Fukushima Lagoon, Niigata. Shozora or someone else might know a little bit about it. I won it in a drawing. Not popular? It's minor... But the price is high...(^^) Plum, tea and sake? What a combination... Unthinkable. They said it was fermented with dispensed plum wine + tea husks + rice. Anything is possible, isn't it? Why is it so expensive? It's a profit-seeking company. It smells like plum wine. (Strong sourness). No sweetness in the mouth. You will be betrayed. It's like a light and refreshing Niigata-style sake, or maybe it's the tea that refreshes the taste. It's refreshing, but the taste of ume lingers in the mouth. The aftertaste is astringent green tea. The aroma that comes out from the nose is also green tea. It is betrayed at every turn. It is said to be limited to 378 bottles, but I wonder how many people think it is good... I'll try not to be fooled anymore. I've had enough of this brewery.

The second drink of Sendai Night, this is also an instrument that I rarely buy myself. It tastes better than the one in the carton. I thought it was a special junmai Omachi. I thought it was a cheap and tasty instrument, but the price of junmai sake has come down to a certain level.

After the Motoharu Sano concert, I had a quick drink before returning to the hotel. Jikin is 800 yen per sake? That's cheaper than Kafuda and Hiroki... They were out of stock, but... I hadn't had a bottle of Hifuroki for a while, so I chose this one. It's kind of watery... Isn't it filled with water? It's easy to drink, but... Was it like this? Is it light because it's Koshi-tanrei? It's been a while, so I don't know,

I found this at a locksmith shop. I've always had the image of a store that's not very friendly. Today I tried talking to the young clerk. You can get a squeaky clean reception. I guess my grandfather's not good enough. Well, I hope you sell it to me. I didn't think the glasses-only was collaborating with Machida Sake Brewery...I'll have to buy this one. This time, too, it comes with a glasses cleaning cloth. Now, open the bottle. It smells like ginjo. The melon flavor is quite strong. Slightly effervescent, this is delicious. I wonder if the 6 breweries sell this as a "glasses-only" sake. Hagino Shuzo is doing a great job! This is the kind of thing I want to support 📣. I went to the Motoharu Sano concert in Sendai, celebrating his 45th anniversary! It was a full house and the average age of the audience was high! I know... I couldn't even hear his voice well... What's that, an hour performance with a 20 minute break? (I've never done this before)... Mr. Sano is in his 70s, right? I didn't know 2/3 of the 30 song set list. I'm not sure I'd like to hear the new songs... He's not a good talker... Angelina, Sameday, and Glass Generation were a lot of fun, though. I'll get back on track and see Tatsuro Yamashita perform 2025 at the end of this month! No intermission here, and his voice was so loud... Tatsuro Yamashita is a stable member of the band!
