It was a gift from a friend of mine who gave me a Kabutomushi as a birthday present. A friend of mine who gave me a Kabutomushi as a birthday present gave me this sake as a thank you 😂. I haven't had many people do this kind of thing for me, so I'm pretty happy 😆. It comes with a Takashimaya cosmetic box! Now, the taste... It tastes sweeter when chilled. I thought it was very fruity and easy to drink, but the spiciness came later Σ(-PMPM-๑ⅳ) The sake level seems to be +3. It is a good sake with a full sake flavor. This is good 🤔. I recently started keeping a bottle of sweet and a bottle of spicy open. There is still some rainfall left. Snacks are Happosai and Yakitori. I forgot to take a picture of Mt! I will take it tomorrow morning.

I bought some 🙄. I was really curious about Yoshikawa Brewery ❗️ and it's not too far from my house to the brewery... I opened the bottle without Yamamoto because I won't be able to drink it for a while from next month, so I thought it would be good. And to my surprise, there was a mizu-hashiroshi. I had just read an article about the revival of Shoreki-ji's mizu-hashiroshi (Bodhi yeast yeast) in Nara. As a history buff, I couldn't pass this up 😠. Purchase! On the way, I bought something called Mikawaya Tofu at the Hadano Izumo Taisha branch shrine. I had this as a side dish. In these days of bottle shortages, the bottles are cool. Tastes like... This is delicious😭 The balance of sweetness and sourness is exquisite. It's like a refreshing version of the Shinshu Kamerei Tanada we drank the other day? It tastes like juice. I think it had a sake degree of minus 20 or more. Many other sakes are minus as well, so it's the color of this brewery.

Hi Jay & Novi 😃 There is a big shrine in this area, called Oa-Auri Shrine, which seems to have been praying for rain since ancient times. Rainfall, you have a good sense of naming it. I can't drink much in September and October because of my hard work 💦.

For transfer. A colleague of mine who loves sake is going to Nagasaki and asked for a sake souvenir. Instead, I decided to give him a recommended sake💁‍♀️ dry sake is good, so I thought this might be the one 🤔. I'm not sure if this is a good idea or not, but I'm sure it's a good idea. Now, I wonder what kind of sake Nagasaki has to offer. I'm looking forward to it. ⤴️

Recently, I have come to know what kind of liquor stores exist in the prefecture. In addition to Kuboyama Sake Brewery and Yokozeki, there are also Mishimaya Sake Brewery in Izu, Shinoda Sake Brewery and Yamada Sake Brewery in Shimizu, etc. They have completely different varieties of sake. Thanks to this, I have 8 bottles of sake in my fridge, including those given to me as gifts or for memorial services 😓. Now, it's Obon. It's a time when work is light, so I drink even on weekdays. Yamamoto is the most popular at Mishimaya Sake Shop. The owner says "black is the basic", so I did as I was told 🫡. The taste is...refreshingly sour and not too sweet. Refreshingly light and dry? It is 😁You know, it's similar to Goemon, but I think this one is easier to drink and has more character. But I've been opening sake at a fast pace lately... I have to be careful. I have to be careful.

Since I have a day off tomorrow, I'm opening a bottle of my favorite. The rumored Shinshu Kamerei finally arrived! In March, I was able to take one day off, so I went to Ueda on a bullet train. Fuji, and then four hours north through Saku with the Yatsugatake Mountains on my side...💦I visited the village of Sanada. This is what I bought directly from Okazaki Sake Brewery at that time. I could see why it was so popular 😭. I thought no comment is necessary. It's a must for sour taste lovers. Today's snack was ahi jio because bacon was cheap and I had extra mushrooms and peppers. Ahijo💧 goes surprisingly well with this drink🧐. The photos are of Ueda Castle and Yotaiji Temple. The latter is located at the foot of the Tomochi Castle and is the family temple of the Unno clan, the head family of the Sanada Souke clan.

I have another bottle of Yamanashi souvenir sake, but I'm opening this one over the weekend after getting through a tricky job 😋. How does it feel to have a sake degree of -17? The mouthfeel is definitely sweet. But it is different from the sweetness of Haruyingsutsuyu. It is not too sweet. Furthermore, the acidity is quite noticeable 😆 Is the sweetness not noticeable due to the acidity? I am happy about this because I recently realized that I like acidity. In general, I liked the taste! I had it with sashimi, hijiki, and yakitori. After I finish drinking this, I'll open a bottle of my favorite sake for the Bon vacation 😆.

A souvenir from Yamanashi the other day. A local limited edition of Kai no Kaiun sake. I bought it at a liquor store called Liquor Shop Saegusa😄The owner explained a lot about the sake to me since I was a tourist. It was a pity that Sasaiichi was out of stock, but the store had a full lineup of Shichiken, as well as Haruyusingutsuyu, Take-no-i, etc. It was a good store that also carried local sake from other prefectures 🧐. The taste...like the Haruyusinginchu, it is very light on the palate. Fuji is said to have super soft water, and I wonder if that has something to do with it. It is slightly sweet, with a spiciness that follows. We enjoyed it with grilled pork and stir-fried green pepper and shiitake mushrooms with garlic pork.

Today we are going out for a drink. This izakaya is a rare izakaya where you can eat a lot of vegetables 😁The sashimi is also reasonably priced with sea bream and swordfish. They sell vegetables, so they have a large selection of vegetable-based soft drinks. They mainly have local Shizuoka sake, but they also have a lot of Omuraya sake from the famous Omuraya brewery, which is famous for Wakatake and Onna no Nyokase 🧐 This is the first time I've had anything from this brewery. Today's sake was Oni Otome. I was in the mood for a sweet sake. The flavor was full and spreading. It is delicious 😋. We had it with sashimi, tempura, and meat rolls!

I bought it on impulse because it was discounted by 3 at the supermarket (^^;;;) I found out that Fuji Takasago Sake Brewery collaborated with Ide Ranch ( I found out that Fuji Takasago Sake Brewery collaborated with Ide Ranch ( Ide Boku )! In Shizuoka, you can find it in regular supermarkets. Sake yogurt liqueur is seen all over Japan, but Takasago is not so well known. When I drank it, it was sweet and rich, with a gutsy sake flavor at the end 🫢 It seemed too strong to drink by itself, so I found it easier to drink by mixing it with low-fat milk or fruit juice. I was worried about snacks, but I chose kimchi, thinking it would be spicy, and it went surprisingly well with it. I chose kimchi, which went surprisingly well with the drink, and chicken tempura. It was sold out, but very tasty. It would be better if they put the collaboration with Idebok more up front.

This is a bottle of Kabutomushi that I bought when I bought the bottle of Kabutomushi. I have some souvenirs from Yamanashi, but it was kind of hot, so I opened the bottle thinking I wanted something sparkling. I was looking for something light and cloudy with a good effervescence. Sengame's Karukubaru was too heavy for me, but this one was fine 😆. It has a sweet taste in the mouth, and it is not too much on the nose, so you can drink more and more of it! It is sweet at first but has a slightly dry aftertaste. I think it is a good sake for summer. The price was a little high because it is a daiginjo. I paired it with fried lebanila, but it would go well with any dish. It takes three weeks to empty a four-pack, but the fizz doesn't keep that long...

After a hard day's work, I decided to go to a hot spring on Sunday since I had Monday off in lieu of work. Just in time, Fuefuki-shi in Yamanashi was offering a PayPay 30% discount, so I decided to go on a spree 😄😄. I stayed at Hotel Kasugai, and when I looked around for dinner, I came across this sushi restaurant. Sushi in the mountains is not to be underestimated, it is delicious 😋. It was a very nice place. The sake was Tanizakura and Haruyusingchuen, and I chose the latter. It is a honjozo, but easy to drink. It was sweet. It has a refined, sugary sweetness. It didn't have much aroma, but it didn't have a nosey feeling, and I liked it. I wonder what kind of sake would be good as a souvenir. The photo shows Daizenji Temple. This is the temple where Rikei Nun, who witnessed the final days of Takeda Katsuyori, was located. I bought a bottle of wine made by the priest, although I am not accustomed to drinking it.

Kabuto, this is my second submission. The first bottle was a gift, this one is for myself. It's a reward for a job well done this week 😆 It's my recent routine to open a bottle after a hard day's work. No, it's delicious 😋. It is crisp while retaining the unique flavor of sake. The acidity is nice! It seems to go well with any snacks. I bought it on Maru's recommendation and it was the right decision ^ ^. I usually don't drink even one cup of sake, but I drink too much 😵🍺. The umami and acidity are exquisite 😂It is not light, but easy to drink. I wonder if this kind of thing is called mellow? I can drink a lot. I had drunk it somewhere in the past, but I couldn't even remember the taste. It was sold as a cup of sake, so I bought it out of curiosity 😁. It's delicious. Mellow is a good word to describe it. Slightly sweet and tasty. It has a slight sweetness and umami, with just the right amount of zing to make it easy to drink. Today we are going out for a drink. We had a party to celebrate the completion of a big job. It's been a while since we drank with a big group of people 😆 It was fun. I didn't take a picture of the label, but I drank Jikin for the first time. It was sweet and very light, the ultimate in drinkability. I imagined it would be even better if it were a draft sake. The price was reasonable. I was quite drunk, so I don't remember much of the aroma. This restaurant has a wide selection of sake such as Jyushidai, Akabu, Tasake, Toyo Bijin, and other royalty. As for beer, I was surprised to find Sapporo SORACHI on tap, which I was more than happy to see because it is not easy to find a place where you can drink draft beer.

It's May and it's hot😵💦. I was going to open the bottle when it was a little more like summer, but I opened it if it was this hot. Tomorrow is a special holiday and it's late in the morning 😆. When I bought Fuji Nishiki Daiginjo at my best friend's liquor store, he told me to buy it because he had some left over and I had bought it as a bundle. I learned that it is just right when you put ice in it, so that's how I had it. Yes, it is probably too strong for me to drink without ice. I can tell it is quite strong. But it is not too strong on the nose, and the spiciness is just right. It is good for summer. It is not an expensive sake, so I felt like I made a good purchase. I had it with simmered 7-Eleven Kinmoku (Japanese goldfish) and Pot-au-feu (pot-au-feu).

I emptied the nigori of the defender during Golden Week. Too good 😆. It's been a while since I've been to KO Mart, and they had a lot of interesting sake on hand. Several types of Hourai, newspaper wrapped Keiryu, Nanbu Bijin, Takasago yogurt, etc... I was interested in nigori, so I chose this one. One of my worries about work was solved, so I opened the bottle from a weekday. And it's low al. But despite reading the warning, I spewed it 😅 how foamy it can be... The taste is just a little dry, a little lingering on the nose, and quite heavy for me. I have the impression that it is rather refreshing. It goes well with a meal. I always have sweet food, so it's good to have something like this once in a while 😄. It goes well with mushroom rice.
