It was lying on its side in the fridge 😭 it was leaking a bit and I opened the bottle in a hurry the day before yesterday💦. Thanks to you, there was no strong foaming when I opened the bottle and it was easy. Still much more foamy 🫧. The nigori is much darker and the rice shape is still there. The taste is dry. Slightly acidic, with a sense of sake that follows. The aftertaste is crisp. Easy to drink 😋. The photo is of the University of Tokyo, where I went on a business trip today because I couldn't see Mt. There is an antenna store next to the red gate and I found Todai's sake... 🤦.

I once drove from Shizuoka to Koyasan (Mt. Koya) and on the way back, I stopped by Kamotonami Shrine (see photo). I was a little impressed to see that the Aburacho brewery was located near here. I looked up the topography further and found that there is a "Wind Forest Pass" (p.o.v.) I thought it was a modern name, but it is an ancient road. I wanted to go there. Well, I have never drunk Kaze no Mori, so I decided to buy it even though it is a little expensive if it is going to be donated to a charity. It is said to be stored in ice temperature, but it has been half a year since it was released from the warehouse, so I wonder if the taste has changed. I'm not sure 🤔. It has an alcoholic taste and the sourness is a good match 😁I see, this is the Kaze no Mori 😁. I had a pot of Kaldi's soup curry and pepper bacon as a side dish, but I wonder if they didn't go well together? 🤔

I was not looking for this sake, but I found the much talked about Hirotogawa. I thought, "If I don't buy it here, I probably won't see it for a while..." and bought it. It is as good as they say 🧐. I prefer this to Sairai and Kangiku. The acidity and umami are clear. The sake was always a lot of fun 😁. The snack was tonkotsu nabe from Ippudo.

I opened a bottle of Tasake because tomorrow is a substitute holiday😁Last year, I drank Yamahai and was impressed by how good Tasake was. This year they did not sell yamahai so I chose this one. The umami and acidity are exquisite 😂It is not light, but easy to drink. I wonder if this kind of thing is called mellow? I can drink a lot. We had it with the rest of yesterday's chicken broth nabe, gyoza and crab cake tempura. There is still some Sanko Masamune left ( ;)) I can't even drink a full bottle.

Lately, I've been going to Yokozeki more and more often again. Well, I guess it's because I've been going around the area more for work, lol. I don't often buy "Tazake", but this time I found "Usu-nigori" (light nigori), and as a lover of ogara-mi, I bought it with high expectations❤! It did not disappoint! Delicious ♥️ (*´~*)ŧ'"ŧ'"ŧ'" I can't get enough of this sweet and sour taste❤ I like the fact that it's not completely nigori sake ❤

Stayed at a hotel today! I was in the mood for sake rather than beer, so I went to YOKOZEKI to buy some sake. I knew they sold small bottles, so I bought "Tenpyo" and "Tasake" (*^^*).

It's been a while since I've had "Akabu NEWBORN" ⋆⸜🧡⋆⸜🧡. I used to drink a lot when I was in Iwate, but since I came to Shizuoka, I've started to search for and drink sake from all over the country, so there are so many I want to drink that I don't get a chance to drink the same brand anymore. Akabu is still a NEWBORN 🎶. The sweetness is well balanced with sourness, and the sweetness is fruity without being cloying (**ω*). This time "Akabu NEWBORN" is also refreshingly sweet, but somehow a little less sour than the NEWBORN I remember... But on the second day, Akabu has a sourness close to my image and it is very good. I feel that many people often say that Akabu is most delicious when it is just opened, and that it starts to deteriorate at that point. It is not aging, but deterioration. In that sense, it is a sake that is a waste if you don't finish it as soon as possible. (*´﹃``*)(*¯AKAKA¯*)

It's been a while since I've seen "Mitsuo Yamakawa" ⋆⸜🧡⋆. How is it finished this time? Pouring it into a wine glass🍷, there isn't much aroma. The aroma I can smell is sweet and savory like brown sugar ⋆⸜🧡🍷. It's the type that has no fresh acidity. Now, when I drink it, the sweetness still comes first. I can feel the sourness or the alcohol, but there is not much sourness that makes me feel sweet and sour. I feel brown sugar-like in the pure refreshing sweetness, but it is not sweet by any means. It doesn't feel rich, so it has an easy-to-drink finish 💕.

This time it is Omachi from "Hanayuup" 🧡 . **The last time I tasted Rikuwada, I had an image that bitterness was quite strong right after opening the bottle. This time, the Omachi was based on a refreshing sweetness and acidity, and I didn't feel that much bitterness. The overall finish is fruity, so I guess it is the Jyushidai brewing method that makes it so easy to drink 💕.

Recently, I have been going to "Yokozeki" more and more due to my work area 𐤔 . I buy "Yamamoto" at "Yokozeki" because they have "Yamamoto" 🧡 . *. Yamamoto is one of my favorite brands of Akita sake 🧡 . This time, "Turquoise Blue" is a sake made from 100% "Modified Nobukou" sake rice🧡 . *The color series of "Shinsei" is called "Akizakura" 🧡 . *. The taste is fruity, with a refreshing, slightly acidic finish. I think it is one of the more acidic of Yamamoto's. Some people may think it tastes light. Some people may think it tastes light, but I prefer this type of refreshing taste to the mellow type 🧡 . *. After a couple of days, the sourness has lost its edge and the sweetness has increased a bit, giving it a milder mouthfeel 🎶. This is good 🧡 . *゜

It's been a while since I've seen "Nabeshima" 🧡 . *゜ When you pour it into a wine glass, it has a modest sweet aroma. The taste is clean and sweet, and the alcohol taste spreads in the mouth, so it goes down the throat sharply and seems to go well with food 🎶. Rather than drinking it by itself, I would like to enjoy this bottle with a side dish 🧡 . *゜ Tonight I drank it with oden 🍢. The flavorful daikon radish and deep-fried tofu are the best 🧡 . *゜ It's a moment of happiness 💕(*^^*)

I see that the 1st of October is "Sake Day" ( ⊙_⊙). I should have read the back first. If I had, I would have waited until October 1 to open the bottle...( ̄▽▽;) I feel like I drank it flying.... Well, it can't be helped that I opened it. It's been a while since I've had "Kaze no Mori", but it's still delicious (*^^*). Personally, I love this slightly fizzy and fruity taste ♥ It has just the right amount of acidity, not too sweet and not too cloying, and the slight fizz helps to make it refreshing as always 💕. It's one that I would buy again.

It's been a while since I've had "Yamamoto" 🧡 today. This is my first time drinking Forest Green 🧡. The aroma gives me a fresh fruity sweetness that is typical of Yamamoto 🧡. The taste is p+:. Oh (*PO *)oh. ::.+ The acidity is strong, green apple perhaps? Great balance of fresh acidity and sweetness 🧡This Forest Green is a 100% Misato Nishiki sake, sorry...I found a printing error on the back label! 𐤔 The rice used to make this Misato Nishiki is a cross between Yamadanishiki and Miyamanishiki, but the description on the back says it is Misato Nishiki, which is a cross between Yamadanishiki and Misanishiki. Sorry for the confusion 𐤔 But it tastes great ❤. Yamamoto is still delicious 🧡I personally love this balance of sweetness and sourness 🧡. I'm going to buy some more ✨

It's been a while since I got a bottle of "Hanayuup". I haven't been able to buy it because they don't sell 4-packs, but now I got a fresh bottle of "Hanayuup Rikuwada" and I'm going to drink it right away 🧡! The aroma is somewhere between ripe melon and pineapple 🎶. The taste is very different from what I expected...surprisingly bitter...it has sweetness, but the sourness softens the sweetness that spreads in the mouth, and then the bitterness follows and sweeps away the sweetness. The bitter taste is quite strong. The taste change on the second day is amazing. The bitterness is fading. It's also sweeter and milder overall 🧡Hanamup tastes better on the second day 🧡 I see.

Today I opened a bottle of "Tasake" that I purchased on Friday 🧡. It is one of the Tazake made with white malted rice. There was no aroma at all when I opened the bottle, but when I poured it into a red wine glass, I was surprised by the aroma of P+:. Oh (*PO*) oh...:+P. The aroma was sweet and fragrant. The sweetness in the mouth is lightly sweetened, and the citric acidity unique to white malted rice makes the mouthfeel refreshing. This is a sake with a summery feel. It's just like Tasake. I haven't bought much Tasake when I found it, but I think this is a good opportunity to try a variety 🎶.
