Echigo is a light and dry sake, but the competition is too strong and it is buried in the market.

Open a bottle of Hokkaido souvenirs: ❗️
In Hokkaido, breakfast at the hotel was one of my goals, and I was excited to stay at the Sapporo Grand Hotel. I was surprised to see 8 kinds of honey on the line. Omelettes, bread, and even mere milk is delicious 😋.
Now, I found Yui Yui at the liquor store that Masaaki told me about. Knowing what was going on at Yuki Brewery, I bought it immediately.
A little dry, strong attack, yet fruity 😋.
Delicious!
