This sake brings back memories!
When I was just learning to drink and had no special interest in sake, my father gave me this sake because he said it was delicious and easy to drink.
It was bananas, plain and simple! I remember thinking that it was indeed easy to drink.
When I drank it again, the aroma of banana was still very clear. This is amazing even though it is not a ginjo.
However, although I don't dislike the aroma, the aftertaste is a bit sweet. I don't like the aftertaste. I don't like the aftertaste.
I think that this flavor usually accompanies any sake that I personally find tasteless.
I think my taste buds have become more discerning than back then.

A local specialty of the season is kusa-mochi, or grass cakes.
It is irresistible to dip it in plenty of sugar and chew it with a jarring crunch.
I was so generous as to accept a Kusa-mochi as a souvenir.
Thank you very much!
It was given as a gift at the dedication ceremony for the reconstruction of the main building of the family temple. The sake tastes even better now that it has been enjoyed for a longer period of time.
I had not seen a pack in the supermarket recently, but I found a 300 ml bottle and bought it. I found a fruity banana flavor that I liked a lot and remembered the time I used to drink it.
