Timeline
ellieIn winter, I stopped by Nagashima Sake Shop in Numazu, and found an abundant display of Isojiman 😲.
I often have it for drinking out, but this is actually the first time I have purchased it for home use. It was also the first time for me to buy a bottle of nama-shu (unpasteurized sake).
A little expensive, I guess.
What surprised me was how similar it was to Yoshida Kurau. The strain is the same 🤔.
The difference is that Yoshidagura is refreshing and Isoboast is mellow and spicy.
Mellow and fruity. Surely this is a winter sake. ellieThe cold weather is still continuing: ⛄️
Therefore, we will open a bottle of sake that goes well with warmed sake for a while 🫡.
This time it's Kikuhime, which I put down from the year before last. I bought it because I was eyeing this one instead of the famous nigori sake.
The taste is a bit too much to describe, but it's a bit of a waste of words. ジェイ&ノビィHello ellie 😃
Kikuhime is a rich and delicious sake! I think it's hard to describe how good heated sake is 😋 and I think ‼️ is enough to describe how good it is 🤗.
Fuji🗻 with snow is beautiful! ellieHi Jay & Novi😃
You're right, because it's definitely delicious: ❗️
I fished out the salmon wakome and found that it is caramel-like... and I wonder if this is it? I thought 🤔
Fuji is so beautiful in February 🤩. ellieIt was given to me at a Buddhist memorial service.
For some reason, I have known the brand name "Koshino-Kanme" since I was a child🧐.
I often see it in supermarkets these days.
First time drinking😋.
It tasted...kind of like water 😲 I imagined it to be a bit heavier, so I was surprised.
No acidity, light flavor and graininess.
It tastes like a much thinner version of the Tetorigawa Sake Spirit I had the other day, but the spiciness comes much later.
It is easy to drink, but I would prefer it to be a little thicker.
I see that "灑" is pronounced "sai," meaning "to wash away. It means "to wash away.
The side dish is seared spicy cod roe.
The spiciness of the cod roe could not be washed away and the sake was defeated by the spiciness. I failed to choose the right accompaniment 😔. RecommendedContentsSectionView.title
