It was given to me at a Buddhist memorial service. For some reason, I have known the brand name "Koshino-Kanme" since I was a child🧐. I often see it in supermarkets these days. First time drinking😋. It tasted...kind of like water 😲 I imagined it to be a bit heavier, so I was surprised. No acidity, light flavor and graininess. It tastes like a much thinner version of the Tetorigawa Sake Spirit I had the other day, but the spiciness comes much later. It is easy to drink, but I would prefer it to be a little thicker. I see that "灑" is pronounced "sai," meaning "to wash away. It means "to wash away. The side dish is seared spicy cod roe. The spiciness of the cod roe could not be washed away and the sake was defeated by the spiciness. I failed to choose the right accompaniment 😔.
