We had a light nigori sake at the camp.
It is very refreshing and has a soft and mild taste.
We paired it with cheese dakgalbi, which was delicious and did not interfere with the dish at all.
Ah! I paired it with Ippudo Shiromaru flavored hot pot, but the softness of the flavor on the palate was more suitable than the cheese dakgalbi! It was very nice.
Bought this because I wanted to drink a light nigori at the campsite. It is a Hokkaido sake with a cute label. It is not too sweet and has a very refreshing taste. It went well with cheese takkarbi. ★★☆☆☆

Made by Yutaka, a well-known sake brewery known as the best selection of local sake in Hokkaido, using the edible rice "Yumepirika" and putting the sake lees back into the rice paddies, without using any pesticides or chemical fertilizers. After finishing Genghis Khan for dinner and breaking up the group, I went wandering alone to drink local Hokkaido drinks 🤣.
The first one I chose was Chitosekuru Three Kinds Drinking Comparison.
Namara Junmai Dry Chitosekuru
