Mellow taste with characteristic acidity and umami 😋.

Rice polishing ratio: 65
A friend of mine went on a trip to Hokkaido and gave this to me as a souvenir! I found out that Chitosekuru is developing this as a PB for their sake shop "Sake Mamorigura". My acquaintance also said it was delicious, so let's go drink it with a pretty glass!
The sweet aroma of rice wafted through the air. The slightly sweet brewing water gave off a pancake-like sweetness and a full rice flavor, followed by a strong sharpness that pierced the throat. It was a classic, yet stylish sake! Thank you again for the sake tonight!
I bought it at a liquor store in Izumiotsu. I regret my selfish assumption (dry). It is gentle on the palate and has a deep aftertaste. The label is cute and nice.
What We Drank in August Series
I believe it was purchased in May 😅.
I had it dormant in the fridge for quite a while.

Lychee
A little dry
So it has a nice sharpness.
It might be good with cured ham and fruits such as cured ham melon.
I left the bottle open for a while, but the taste didn't change.
It doesn't shake in a little bit 😃.
As a person who is often said to be a bit blurred, I am envious of it...
It was delicious 😋😋😋.
Thanks for the food🎶.
Autumn Higuma, a sake characterized by autumn sweetness and acidity.
It has a full flavor, a good fruity taste, and goes well with cheese!
Hokkaido Sake is ready for its debut: ☺️
TOMO's welcome party 202515
I had been curious about the sake since I entered the restaurant because I enjoyed the winter hikuma before 😁.
The rice used was Ginpu.
I think it's a hiyaoroshi or autumn-agari type sake, but more modern than Kido hiyaoroshi.
It wasn't as sweet as I thought it would be, but it might have some bearishness to it 🐻.
The first autumn sake of the season was a gift.
It is mild on the palate. The light and refreshing feeling after drinking comes from the sake rice?
Easy to drink without any habits.
Chitosekuru Junmai Sake Autumn Higuma
Rating 4.4
Rice used: Hokkaido "Ginpu", 60% polished rice, 15% alcohol by volume
Mildness from aging over the summer
A perfect balance of calm sweetness, mellowness, maturity, and soft acidity from the summer spent in the cool brewery. The closer it gets to room temperature, the more it expands in aroma and softens in the mouth.

Landed in Hokkaido for the first time in 2 years!
I came here with the same guessing activity ❣️ as 2 years ago 😁
This time, we took the car to Niseko Onsen (hot springs) ♨️
I'm a Subarist, so I'm thankful for that 🙏.
(The car I rented was a Yaris, and I was surprised, even after all this time, at how good the hybrid's fuel economy is((((; ))))
Or rather, I was reminded of Subaru's poor fuel economy🤣)
Niseko, as I heard, has been completely invaded by foreign countries (China), and there are signs everywhere in English (lol).
I felt as if I was in a foreign country 🤣.
While there are many fashionable buildings, we stayed one night at a classic hot spring hotel.
Why?
Because it is a must for our family? Because it had an outdoor hot spring bath with room (this one has a window 💦) and it was off-season, so we were able to stay there for a very reasonable price👍.
Mt. Yotei can be seen beautifully from the outdoor bath😍.
Oh, the Mt. Yotei in the picture was taken from a different location lol.
At the dinner buffet, we ordered some lukewarm sake: ❣️
Chitose Tsuru 🍶.
Yeah, I'll spare you the taste 🤣🤣🤣
I'm going to soak in the hot spring slowly and do my best in my guessing game the next day ۶‼️
Good evening T.KISO🌆I'm jealous of your trip! I'm too busy to do that 🤣.
As a Subaruist, I would say that driving is more important than fuel economy ❗️Fuel economy is about the 10th most important criterion when buying a car🤣❗️
Good evening, T.KISO!
I love your trip to Hokkaido 🚗.
Mt. Yotei is beautiful too ⛰️
I remember how beautiful Mt. Yotei was when I went skiing in Niseko when I was younger: ⤴️
I hope you enjoy the open-air baths and the local sake 🤗.
Good evening, T.KISO. 🤒
I wish I had borrowed GR Yaris.
I wish I could have borrowed GR Yaris.... (I wish I could have borrowed GR Yaris 🤭🤭I can understand the difference of low center of gravity and stability when I drive other cars.
I can understand the difference of low center of gravity and stability.
I wish I could have rented a GR Yaris. 😍😍
Good evening, T.KISO 😃.
Ehhhh! Hokkaido🥹I love it!
I've heard that Niseko is the most foreign country 🥲 and the prices seem to be ridiculously high 😥.
I'm glad you were able to get a cheap place to stay in the middle of all that.
Good evening, Hanapin-san😄.
The car was only designated as a convertible 💦.
You can really feel how easy the Levorg is to drive when you drive another car 🎶.
Good evening, Jay & Nobby😄.
It really was a foreign country 💦.
But the only hot spring hotel was Japanese-only and cheap ♨️ because of the off-season 😆👍.
