On a trip to Hokkaido, I had it bottled on the spot at the Chitose Tsuru Sake Museum and shipped home via cool delivery.
The taste is very mild, yet gorgeous. Very tasty and goes well with any dish. This was the only sake I purchased this time, but I was allowed to sample other sakes and enjoy a variety of tastes. There was also a dry one, so I will buy a different one next time.

Softly sweet and fruity on the palate. It is smooth, but the aftertaste is deliciously bitter. Delicious.
