I bought a lot of things at Tokyu Hands Hokkaido Fair. I was so excited that I bought a lot of things such as Ika-meshi (squid rice), Ichigen's shrimp shio ramen, Hori's walnut rice cake, and Hanabatake's karintou. Unfortunately, there were only about three kinds of sake, so we chose this one. The impression I got from drinking it was that it was refreshing. It has a low alcohol content of 13 degrees, which makes it easy to drink. It's dry but not harsh, so even those who prefer sweetness can enjoy it. On the other hand, it can be said that it has a moderate personality, so if you match it with this dish, it will be perfect! I don't think there is anything like that. At any rate, I've conquered the northern land (´ω).

The taste of old-fashioned sake that you can feel slowly! When I drank it close to room temperature, I thought it was clean and dry in the mouth. The aftertaste has a richness like junmai sake. In addition, you can feel the alcohol and a little acidity. It seems to go especially well with dishes with soup stock! When I opened the bottle, I was drinking it in the wrong temperature range, but two days later, when I chilled it thoroughly, it was less dry and more clear! 2 days later, when I drank it well chilled, it seemed clearer!

A souvenir from Sapporo, which I visited in October. A classic sake with a strong flavor. It has a mellow, rounded taste that is typical of autumn sake, and seems to go well with rich autumn ingredients.
