I bought a lot of things at Tokyu Hands Hokkaido Fair. I was so excited that I bought a lot of things such as Ika-meshi (squid rice), Ichigen's shrimp shio ramen, Hori's walnut rice cake, and Hanabatake's karintou. Unfortunately, there were only about three kinds of sake, so we chose this one. The impression I got from drinking it was that it was refreshing. It has a low alcohol content of 13 degrees, which makes it easy to drink. It's dry but not harsh, so even those who prefer sweetness can enjoy it. On the other hand, it can be said that it has a moderate personality, so if you match it with this dish, it will be perfect! I don't think there is anything like that. The taste of old-fashioned sake that you can feel slowly! When I drank it close to room temperature, I thought it was clean and dry in the mouth. The aftertaste has a richness like junmai sake. In addition, you can feel the alcohol and a little acidity. It seems to go especially well with dishes with soup stock! When I opened the bottle, I was drinking it in the wrong temperature range, but two days later, when I chilled it thoroughly, it was less dry and more clear! 2 days later, when I drank it well chilled, it seemed clearer!

I got a bottle of raw sake that the guy at Izakaya "Chari Kura" went to Hokkaido and bottled himself. It tasted fresh or rough, as expected. He gave us the rest of the bottle as a souvenir after serving it to other customers, but he told us to drink it by the end of the day, and as expected, it was very hard to drink!

This time I bought the label! I bought Chitose Tsuru because I liked the bear's hibernating appearance and because it was my first sake! Later, I saw it... I found some elements I like, like the light nigori and the sake rice, Kitashizuku... And there's a kitsune (fox) on the label... With great anticipation, I started with the supernatant! No sweetness, but a clean and refreshing taste with a good rice flavor! When the orikori is mixed in It tastes lactic acidic, but the taste itself does not change, so you can enjoy it as it is. I was wondering if I should buy it at the store, but they told me not to worry about it since it was this time of year 🤣. Well, first of all, the ceremony of opening the bottle: ❗️ It has a faint rummy aroma... ❓🤔It's not very strong. I took a sip of the supernatant without stirring once the precipitated ori from.... The pithiness 🫧 of the raw sake is not very strong, just a little bit felt and not persistent👍. There is little miscellaneous taste or bitterness in the aftertaste, which I like 😍. Now... stirred and the second cup of the real deal: ‼️ Oh, this is delicious 😦! This is delicious 😋. It has a deep and silky taste to the first cup... I like it a lot 😆. Not too sweet and has a nice sharpness with little bitterness or bitterness. If the food is not too rich in flavor, you can enjoy it before, during, or after your meal without having to choose 🥰. Yesterday I saw a play at KITTE Osaka. It was a play by Kankuro Kudo. It was the funniest ever! On the way home, we had a drink in the museum. Chitosekaku also offers a variety of products! It is tasty enough on its own. It goes well with corn gunkan. It also goes well with shinkomaki. It also goes well with gari (pickled ginger)! They are all cheap.
