No blowout, although we were told to be careful about opening the bottle. No blowout. Nigori with a firm, bumpy texture. There is a slight tangy and squishy feeling in the mouth. The sweet aroma of koji spreads without any peculiarity, and the taste itself is strong and sweet. It's a little chunky, but it doesn't feel like it clings to your throat. It is easy to drink. Just the way I like it!

While wandering around an antenna shop in Yamagata, I found a small bottle I was interested in and bought two kinds. These were opened during lunchtime drinking at GW. Not much aroma. Slightly sour. When you drink it, it has a viscous and smooth mouthfeel, and although it is fire-aged, you can feel a slight chili-swirl. It is a doburoku of other brews, and both have a firm graininess of rice. It is like eating rice. The black doburoku has almost no sweetness, with the flavor of rice and a more crisp aftertaste than it appears. Pindobu is a low-alcoholic, sweet and sour, slightly carbonated example of pink nigori. Both were delicious, but the texture was quite sludgy, so the acidity of the Pindobu was pleasant. Antenna stores are kind of fun just to look at, as they have a different lineup of snacks to match than liquor stores.
