And there was the farm mouth again 😋. Of course you have to drink it. It is 20 degrees and high. Sweet and rich, yet it doesn't linger. Even my childhood friend at the liquor store who prefers the old-fashioned style from a long time ago raved about it. Sushi and nouguchi, the best 😀. Side dishes include sea urchin and salted fish rolls, squid and tuna sashimi, and more.

The second restaurant is Sushi Nakamura. This sake was wholesaled by my childhood friend Fujikouji Sake Shop. Unlike the standard Tenkohi, this sake is too refreshing 🤔. This Usagetsukimine seems to be only for Izakaya (Japanese style pubs) and not for retail stores. The standard Tenkohi is more like a thicker, mellow and fruity sake, but this sake is the opposite. The accompaniment is seared cod roe.

The fourth category is here, and it is said to be read as Naruka, not Narumi. I thought it was Aichi, but it was a sake from Chiba. This is a strong sake 😓. I like acidity, so the master recommended me to try the ultimate acidity.... Acidity 10, come on, this is mirin. ❗️ My childhood friend who works at a liquor store guessed it was mirin before I even drank it because of the percentage of 99. That's what I thought. This should not be put in the category of sake 😓 For some reason, it is said to be popular among women. I don't understand the purpose of making this sake. It is certainly an interesting sake with a lot of buzz, but I don't know what the purpose of making it is. I served it with sardines dried in soy sauce. It goes well with sardines, though.

I asked for this one at the same time as the new sake, which was brewed back in 1997. It is said to be a blend😲. The color was bright yellow. The aroma was amazing, cocoa cookie. ❗️ I've never tasted anything like this 😋😋. And it's delicious. This is amazing...

I once wanted to go to "Oto-zakari" in Fuji. I went there with a childhood friend who is a sake shop owner. They have about 80 kinds of sake on hand. We chose from the menu on the signboard and asked for a sake comparison of five different kinds of sake, which came out in an inoguchi (cup). The toji (master brewer) of Wagyo, aka Shokame, has not changed even after the incident 😊. This year's new sake was a bit dry and very easy to drink. The snack was cabbage rolls with cheese cream.

The cold weather is still continuing: ⛄️ Therefore, we will open a bottle of sake that goes well with warmed sake for a while 🫡. This time it's Kikuhime, which I put down from the year before last. I bought it because I was eyeing this one instead of the famous nigori sake. The taste is a bit too much to describe, but it's a bit of a waste of words.

This is a souvenir from my business trip to Tokyo last year😆. I wanted to try it once 🥹. I put it down for a year. The taste is sour first 😲 and the sweetness is also suppressed so you can feel the sourness all the way to the eye. It's like a very sour version of Nabeshima Purple. It is also much spicier. It's tasty😋 but a little more fruity would be nice. The side dish is mackerel with sweetened mackerel 🐟.

Last year, when I went on a business trip to Todai, there was a souvenir store in the communication center and there were 3 different kinds of various Todai brands of 👀sake and I bought this one 😅. I heard that the president of Sohyo is a graduate of Todai. He said he was asked by an alumnus of the rowing club to start up the brand. The color is the University of Tokyo's color. This color seems to be the University of Tokyo's color. The taste...the first hint of aroma is characteristic 😳 It has a grain-like flavor, almost no sweetness, but if I had to say, I would say burnt cotton candy 😋 You can taste that flavor for a while. A little dry. I'll try it heated tomorrow 😋😋😋 Maybe it will go well with it. Fuji here had a phantom first snowfall in November. I thought it was the first snowfall, but it was not recorded as a snowfall on this day because it was half covered.

It's New Year's and the place is crowded with expensive sake at Sake-no-wa. expensive sake expensive sake... 🤔 So I decided to go with the expensive snowball 👑. I bought it on impulse last month at Kuboyama Sake Shop, where for some reason they had a large display of it. This is my first time drinking Snowball itself 😁UA is a blend of nama yeast and yeast yeast. Hors d'oeuvres were from Luce, an Italian restaurant in Fuji. I watched "Shinji Muroi Ikiteiru Hito Mono" (Shinji Muroi: The One Who Lives On and On). This is not Odoru Daisousasen lol. But it moved me so much🥺.

Year-end drinking with childhood friends, 3rd glass of sake 🍶. No way! Recommended by the master at Sushi Nakamura. This is also my first time drinking here. I have never seen it in Shizuoka, so I never expected to find it here 🫨. It has a sweet mouthfeel and a depth that cannot be put away by the word "fruity" alone. It has just the right amount of sake and richness. This is what I call "farm-guchi" 😁. I was lucky to be able to drink it. It's a great combination with good sushi items. I was surprised that they also make shochu 🫢3rd picture. I didn't drink it.

Second with a childhood friend. At Sushi Nakamura in Fuji, which is wholesaled at his liquor store. This Hokusetsu is also our first drink. Year-end drinking with childhood friends at a liquor store 🍺. We had a drink at a long-established soba (buckwheat noodle) izakaya (Japanese style bar) in Fuji. It was my first time to drink at Hakuin. It is easy to drink and has an old-fashioned taste that does not go out of style. It is dry but gentle to drink. This year has been busy but steady. I was hospitalized and was able to put my worries behind me. There were some upsetting things at the end of the year, but let's put those things behind us and refresh our spirits in the new year 😁.

Today was the last day of work: ❗️ What is the last sake at the end of the year 🤔? I opened a bottle of Takefujima's Active Nigori after some hesitation. I bought this at the brewery during my summer trip to Lake Biwa history. It was a very nice trip. Unfortunately it had lost its activity 😭 I left it for five months 😓. But dry flavor and some acidity. A sweetness that is hidden in the aftertaste. Well matched and easy to drink: ☺️ This would be really good if it had activity! This one seems to be popular and is sold all year round. Highly recommended. The snacks are chutoro (medium fatty tuna) and conger eel tempura. The Christmas cake is from Numazu's long-established Ale Marine. Let's open another bottle for hot sake 🍶. What shall we open at the beginning of the year 🤔

I have been absent from posting for over a month 😓. It took me a while to empty a bottle and I was in the hospital for 10 days to have surgery. I am now fully healed and discharged from the hospital ㊗️, so I am opening this bottle 💁. Nice aroma of Tasake. Slightly weaker attack than Tokujun. Easy to drink. It's been a long time since I've had this. Delicious! It's a good enough drink for the special feeling of being discharged from the hospital 😋 and a bit pricey. Now I can't wait to see which stock I'm going to serve for the holiday season and what I'm going to do with the snacks 😂.

It was given to me by a colleague last year when I was having a very hard time at work 😆. What a bottle 😮 I won't have it for another month. It tastes like a dry royal road. It has a mellow and delicious taste. It is very easy to drink🙆 It is even easier to drink with ice. It is also delicious when heated 😋. I served it with a side dish of pickled round eggplant with sake lees (made by Naritaya Brewery in Matsudai). Delicious, but well, salty 😆 Nagano's food has a lot of preserved foods. The tamari soy sauce here is very tasty.

I bought this one last December. I bought it on impulse because it was advocated in Sake-no-wa that you should buy Nabeshima Tokujun when you see it 😅. This is my first time drinking it. It didn't spill, but when I took a sip, I was like "this is good! I'm like 😆. The best part is the clear acidity 🥹 I'm a sucker for acidity and I was impressed. A little complex and sharp. I was also impressed by the acidity of my first rice wine, but this is a different kind 🥺 really delicious 😋. I had a junmai ginjo (purple) of Yamadanishiki before, but I like this one better. The Fuji in the picture is from April. There is no snow on the ground yet this fall.

I drank too much... This is too easy to drink💦. PETILLANT seems to be a Fula word meaning fizzy. This drink seems to have been served at some international summit 🧐. It has a very sweet mouthfeel and a clean carbonation without any cloying taste. The carbonation is unexpectedly clear. I would say it smells slightly grapey, but it is one step away from that. Many posters call it a wine, and the mouthfeel is exactly as it should be. After it goes down your throat, it's a solid sake 😁.

Good evening, Pon-chan ^ ^ ^ You see an unusual place with a gate 😮 I didn't notice it at all 😓I really wanted a brand called Ryo, but it seems to be released in the early spring. This sake had an easy to understand taste. No cloying taste 🤔.

A work-related sake party with invited guests from Gunma. I learned a lot, but I'm kind of tired today 🥱. The sake was a little dry 🍶.

I bought it at a store called FURUMAIYA in the station building when I visited Kawasaki. I was saddened to find out later that there was a draft sake available, and wished I could have had that one 😗. However, that feeling was blown away when I drank this one 😁. The freshness of the sake was just as fresh as the nama-shu. The sweetness and acidity are assertive, and there's plenty of schwarziness. Juicy and quite easy to drink ❗️ Last night's snacks were sashimi and leek ball. I'm going to try grilled pork from Matsuno butcher store this evening 😆.

Hi ellie 😃 I haven't tasted this label but 🥲Kame no Umi no Semishigure is the most popular summer sake in our house 😙It's really easy to drink and delicious 👍.

Good evening Jay & Novi😄 I have tried several summer sakes and Semi Shigure is the ideal one for me! Summer sake tends to be lighter, but the mellowness is not compromised. Very tasty!
