Year-end party for the fourth week in a row, the second drink 😓.
We drank at Sushi Nakamura in front of Fuji Station. My childhood friend Fujikouji Sake Brewery distributes sake and soy sauce.
Tengu Mai was founded in Bunsei 6 (1818). I wonder if the taste is similar to the one from that time 🤔?
When you pour it into a glass, it is very yellow and beautiful. It has a strong graininess even though it is a ginjo, which I found to be an unusual flavor. And yet, it is very easy to drink. It also has a certain degree of sharpness.
We served it with ponzu (ponzu flavored white cod roe), seared cod roe, and various kinds of sushi.
