Timeline
ellieIt's a stopover house drink after a night out drinking.
Since I am a friend of the liquor store, I was given a rare sake to drink 🧐 It seems to be a sample sake that has not been released yet: ❗️
Hakutsuru is a Nada sake, but this one is only 8 degrees alcohol. It's not a strange one, it's a straight up 8% 😆.
It's not too sweet, so it's kind of like white wine. Really wine ❗️ ellieI bought this as a souvenir for a junior colleague who is visiting from Tokyo on a business trip tomorrow.
It is rare to see this type of sake outside of the prefecture, so I often give it to my friends 😁.
It's a very refreshing and light type of sake. Fuji, so they are very pleased 🍶. ellieYear-end party for the fourth week in a row, the second drink 😓.
We drank at Sushi Nakamura in front of Fuji Station. My childhood friend Fujikouji Sake Brewery distributes sake and soy sauce.
Tengu Mai was founded in Bunsei 6 (1818). I wonder if the taste is similar to the one from that time 🤔?
When you pour it into a glass, it is very yellow and beautiful. It has a strong graininess even though it is a ginjo, which I found to be an unusual flavor. And yet, it is very easy to drink. It also has a certain degree of sharpness.
We served it with ponzu (ponzu flavored white cod roe), seared cod roe, and various kinds of sushi. ellieYear end party for the 4th week in a row... 😓.
I went to a sushi restaurant with a childhood friend who runs a liquor store. Sushi Nakamura" in front of Fuji station (not caught in the location info of Sake no Wawa...). We hadn't been there since before the Corona disaster.
The sushi restaurant is a wholesaler to this sushi restaurant, and the Tedorigawa is also from Fujikouji Sake Brewery.
I drank a lot, so I don't remember the taste!
It was very easy to drink, and I can assure you it was delicious 😄.
As for the snacks, the salted fish with sea urchin was outstanding. The sashimi at the sushi bar is thick and good. ellieIt's May and it's hot😵💦.
I was going to open the bottle when it was a little more like summer, but I opened it if it was this hot.
Tomorrow is a special holiday and it's late in the morning 😆.
When I bought Fuji Nishiki Daiginjo at my best friend's liquor store, he told me to buy it because he had some left over and I had bought it as a bundle.
I learned that it is just right when you put ice in it, so that's how I had it.
Yes, it is probably too strong for me to drink without ice. I can tell it is quite strong. But it is not too strong on the nose, and the spiciness is just right. It is good for summer.
It is not an expensive sake, so I felt like I made a good purchase. I had it with simmered 7-Eleven Kinmoku (Japanese goldfish) and Pot-au-feu (pot-au-feu). ellieI received it from a local liquor store (Fujikouji Brewery), a childhood friend of mine, and drank it at home.
Is it spicy?
I would have liked to drink it hot in the middle of winter. RecommendedContentsSectionView.title
