The second glass was a brand I had been curious about, Ayu Masamune.
This was served cold.
It is a junmai-shu (pure rice sake) with a lightness and softness typical of Niigata.
It is suitable for a mid-meal drink. 🙆♂️

Here is the third cup of Aji no Fue.
It's a bit spicy and crisp. Dry and crisp. It has a sense of maturity. Mint ☘️ has a solid taste, my wife says it doesn't taste nasty😅Suucculent with ume jellyfish. Yamagata log shiitake mushrooms🍄🟫 are very tasty and deep.
