It is said that this sake brewery is related to the writer Shuhei Fujisawa. This is also some kind of fate. Now, what does it taste like? It is quite classical. My wife said it was just fine. One of the sake I wanted to try because of the stylish label❗️ A hint of pear? White peach? It smells like pear or white peach 😅 Elegant sweetness and almost no sourness ❗️ No bitterness or habits, and the aftertaste seems to disappear easily 😄. Overall, it's a gentle sake that goes well with meals. It's a delicious sake that can be drunk easily on its own 👍 Even sake beginners can enjoy it 😄.

Newly registered brand. Since the sake brewer could not be registered, the new brand is "Aizu Otokoyama" from Otokoyama Shuzo Brewery in Aizu Misato Town, Fukushima Prefecture. Its new brand name is "Wa". It has a mild aroma. It has a melon aroma and a hint of sweetness like caramel. The sweetness that is not too strong is impressive. There is some acidity. I'm opening them all up because they are overstocked😅. I couldn't buy it last year and have been waiting for a year. The one I had at the Japanese sake festival was very subtle so I wanted to make sure 🤔. Fresh and fizzy. It has little sweetness, but the gasiness on top of the bitterness is very nice. I'd like to try the sake made with Kame-no-o that comes out around spring.

I bought this at Kumamoto station on a recent trip to Kyushu. I asked the shopkeeper for a recommendation and he recommended this one. 🍶. This is my first time to try Kumamoto sake 😊. It is light on the palate, well balanced and easy to drink 🍶😊. This sake is only sold in the prefecture, so I guess I was lucky to come across it? I only had a taste of it today, so next time I will enjoy it while savoring it 😅🍶.
