Today, I'm going to talk about gold.
"Hououmida Gold Phoenix" ✨.
The bottle is made by Monterossa in Italy.

I feel like I've just won a Formula 1 race😅🏁
It's a 45% Aizan shizukusake that's been bottle heated and stored at an ice temperature.
I'm sure you'll agree. (Black is 55% by the way).
The lid is also different (3rd picture).
When you pour it, it makes a nice tapping sound.
The aroma is very subdued ☝️.
The first sip is rather spicy 🙁 but the texture is soft.
Rolling it around doesn't hurt my tongue😅.
When you swallow it, it fills you with a mellow and moist aroma
I love it!
I think of words like "receptive", "calm" and "sophisticated".
I think of the word ☺️.
It has a different taste from the black 💡.
The only difference is that when the temperature rises, the aroma rises✨.
I've been drinking it for a few years now, and I've always wanted to try it.
