The "Gin Eboshi" is a rice variety that took 15 years to breed and register.

I love the ginjo aroma. It has a beautiful aroma.

It's smooth and suitable for eating, sweet and sour...
It's not over just yet 😆 I guess it depends on what you pair it with, but a solid bitterness comes through ✌️.
