#Funabori#
Tonight I had a drink at home🤤.
I was working from home after returning from a business trip.
Opened a bottle last week and this one has more sweetness and depth 🤔.
I'm enjoying it leisurely and deliciously with fried chicken 😆😆.
Tomorrow, I'm going on a business trip to Sapporo 😅😅😅.
Rokune Junmai Ginjo Sapphire
The first brand I've ever seen.
It is delicious. Weak ginjo aroma. Calm taste.
It is fruity, but moderately dry and refreshing. It is not too light and has a full flavor. There is a slight bitterness in the latter half.
A well-balanced sake that is easy to pair with meals.
The cute label looked good for New Year's 🤗.
The fruity and sweet aroma reminded me of muscat and apple, with the characteristic aroma of wild flowers and grasses hidden in it... It tasted similar to a sake brewed with low-gluten rice.
It tastes more like junmai sake, and the bitterness of the aftertaste went well with Matsumaezuke pickles and simmered dishes.
For Hatsumode (New Year's visit) ⛩️, we went to Shirasagi-jinja Shrine, which enshrines "Yamatotakeru no Mikoto" who traveled all over Japan to make the country peaceful and prosperous. 🙏🏻
In the precincts of the shrine, we were overwhelmed by a 4m x 8m large ema (votive tablet) that makes wishes come true and a 12.2m bronze sword of peace that is said to cut off bad luck and bring good fortune.
Happy new year, Kotori🎍🐣🎍.
I heard that Hanasayaka contains a protein that is hard to break down, so its amino acid value will be low.
It's a new variety so the production is still low and only a few breweries are using it 🤔.
I don't know anything difficult, but your explanation is easy to understand and it makes sense 😌 I look forward to seeing what kind of flavors Hana Sayaka will come up with for each brand in the future.
Continued, Rokune ‼️
Higu, this is an Aomori souvenir from my business trip across Japan. Thank you ⤴︎︎⤴︎
Urume" is a word in Tsugaru dialect to express that it is tasty and can be savored slowly.
It has a full flavor.
Soft sweetness.
The cherry blossom label is also nice.
Happy New Year, Nanoha-san 🎍We also have a Rokune that looks good for New Year's 🤭I'm looking forward to your sake tour posts in the New Year too 🤗Come back this year ✨.
Fruity aroma reminiscent of ripe apples full of honey 🍎.
The mouthfeel is crisp and dry, with a full, deep umami flavor that spreads out from the palate 😋.
The moderate bitterness and the acidity that is well perceived make it a great wine to drink. ‼️
It is a perfect match for sashimi and osechi dishes to be served in the near future. ‼️
Delicious 😋😋😋😋
It has a slight yellow tint, a clear, light sweet and sour taste reminiscent of apples, and a woody, honey-like aroma along with a full-bodied flavor. The palate is plump, but with a sharp acidity on the back end. After a few days, the sharp acidity softens, and I prefer it at temperatures closer to room temperature 😚.
Good evening, Kotori-san.
Rokune is not so popular, but Mr. Adachi, the toji at Tasake, was scouted while he was at Rokune and transferred to Tasake, right?
I think you can feel Tasake's beautiful atmosphere at Rokune as well 🤔.
I was intrigued by the article about how in the past, while Saito Shuzo brewed Shoroku, only the best sake was served as Rokune 👀.
It tasted like a clear, refreshing Shichibon-yari Kinokan, with a gentle sweetness added to the Souhyo nama-hashiroshi 😌.
It is 500 ml, the stopper is a crown, and poof, it is a medium beer bottle. It is sweet, sour, and bittersweet, with a modern light flavor reminiscent of pears and greffles. It has a pleasantly light nigori richness and a lively gasiness, and the drinkability of 12% al 12% sake is suitable for even those who are not accustomed to drinking sake.
Lunch was [ginger ramen]. The texture and spiciness of grated ginger and needle ginger are irresistible. Even on a chilly day, your body will feel warm from within. ♨️
Good evening, Kotori-san!
As usual, I'm very interested in the sake 🍶 but I'm also very interested in the ramen 🍜🤤.
The bottle really looks like a beer 🍺😲.
Looks delicious ❣️
Good morning, Mr. Muro 🐥.
It's [Ookiya] in Utsunomiya ❕The noodles were flat and frizzy with a chewy texture, and the pork was tender and tender 😋The sake was crown, so I drank all of it 🤭.
It is said to be junmai (pure rice), but
Less rice smell
Junmai sake often wants to be heated, but I don't want to heat it up.
I don't even want to heat it up.
It's really good sake
