This sake was purchased on the occasion of Schwach's homecoming. More modern and floral than the previous Matsumidori, easy to drink and delicious. Slightly dry.
From the Buddhist term
The name comes from the Buddhist term "Rokkonshoshou (purification of the six roots).
Rokkonshō refers to the six sense organs (eye, ear, nose, tongue, body, and will) and means to purify the body and mind.
The brewer's wish is that the drinker enjoy it with all five senses plus the mind.
Sapphire of Six Roots💎.
This is my first drink since the label change.
Hana Sou 🌾 sake 🍶.
The first aroma is softly sweet.
In the mouth, there is a slight acidity and a sweet flavor that is typical of Hwaso🌾.
After all, Hwaso🌾 sakes are rarely a disappointment 😊.
It was delicious 🍶✨️
Rokune Summer Sake.
Sake made with Hua Moui🌾🍶.
The aroma is sweet with a full-bodied flavor.
In the mouth, it has a full-bodied sweet flavor with a hint of acidity, which is typical of Hwaso🌾.
A little sweeter than the previous Hato Masamune.
I enjoyed it with the third one, kabu (turnip) and cucumber with ume plum 😊.
It was delicious🍶✨️
Buy at the warehouse
2310 yen / 720ml
It is a large brewery with a sense of history,
The store was recently renovated, and it was very clean and luxurious.
The lady who helped me was gorgeous.
The aroma is like honey, and the taste is sweet and rich, but the aftertaste is clean and refreshing.
But the aftertaste is refreshing.
The sake is made using the "ikuhashi-zukuri" method, which gives the impression of having a sour taste, but there is none.
Bring Your Own Sake Part 2: A friend of mine brought this one.
Rokune second fermentation sake in bottle.
Compared to Akabu, it has a beer-like taste.
It is also delicious.
500ml is not enough!
< The way to drink is not good.
Good morning, chika-san ☀I didn't have an image of you doing anything too fancy, but I see that you have changed the toji! I guess it's a new challenge for a new master brewer 😀 Good luck!
- It has a gentle sweetness and mild acidity‼︎ It is very easy to drink and can be drunk smoothly‼️ It is delicious❣️ Like the label, I wanted to drink this sake while enjoying fireworks🎆.
Rice (domestic), Rice Koji (domestic), Rice used: 100% Gin-Karasu, Rice polishing ratio 40%, Alcohol 16%.
It was a really delicious sake with a sweet taste that went down well.
- This sake was recommended to me by a liquor store because it was awarded the 2025 Gold Prize at the Delicious Sake in a Wine Glass Awards! It starts with a gorgeous aroma, followed by a gentle sweetness in the mouth! After that comes a slight acidity and a nice crisp finish! Delicious! ‼︎
Morioka was raining again today, wah wah wah ☂️ not Nagasaki 😆 so I opened this one 💁♂️ you just want to drink (lol)
Let's start with the standing aroma. It has a full-bodied sweet aroma with a hint of sourness and some ear of rice flavor. In the mouth, there is sourness and bitterness reminiscent of grapefruit, as well as a good amount of sweetness and cleanness.
Serve with wakame seaweed stir-fried with garlic and sesame oil. The slightly sticky and crunchy texture, sesame oil and garlic flavor create a harmony with the sweetness and sourness of this sake, resulting in a nice salty taste. Delicious!
I think it goes with pretty much any snack 🎶.
