Shichiken夏吟醸 純米吟醸生酒

Limited edition of 1,200 bottles nationwide. This is a special junmai ginjo-namaishu only available in early summer. I am a small citizen, I thought to myself. I wonder if it is a generic Yamada-Nishiki? The taste is crisp and clear, typical of summer sake. The fruity apple-like smell reminds one of white wine. It is better to be served alone with snacks than with food." (Holy crap, it's delicious!

I have often chosen "Shichida" when it comes to Tenzan Shuzo, but this is the first time for me to try this brand. Compared to Shichida, this one seemed a bit lighter. It went down fast and was gone in no time at all. It has a pear-like aroma and a fruity taste, making it an excellent summer sake. It is delicious!

It's getting hotter (;^_^A Summer sake is becoming more noticeable at liquor stores. This year's first summer sake is Harushika's summer sake. I was attracted by the name and the gorgeousness of the label, so I bought it. It has a gorgeous ginjo aroma characteristic of Harushika. It has a crisp, refreshing taste that is typical of summer sake. It is crisp, but also assertive during meals, which is a nice touch. It's very good!

Holy crap, Glorious Fuji doesn't betray me - it's really good! The aroma is fruity and the taste is juicy. When you put it in your mouth, you get a slight bitterness from the mellow sweetness of the rice...it's right in the middle of my personal strike.

I had been curious about it for a long time and couldn't find it at a local liquor store. I happened to discover it at a famous onsen ryokan in Yamaguchi Prefecture and bought it immediately. The aroma is gorgeous, like citrus lime, fruity, and the flavor of Yamadanishiki spreads in the mouth. It goes well with both Japanese and Western food. This is a ✧-Yumai!

This sake is made from 100% Sasanishiki rice, the pride of Miyagi Prefecture. Sasanishiki" was once often seen as a high-class rice, but recently it seems to have been overpowered by a newer rice, and is not seen very often (^^;). The aroma is a little peculiar, with a full-bodied aroma of rice. We had it with sashimi, and it has a flavor similar to that of white wine, so it would go well with Italian dishes such as carpaccio and pasta. It may be a good food wine.

The summer sake series is already underway. The well-known shi-bi-en summer version. This is a type of nama-zake that has been sold since last year. A fire-aged version will be shipped later. All shi-bi-en are characterized by their dry and clear taste. I prefer the winter version, but this one, like the summer sake, is smooth and easy to drink on a hot day. Best of all, it is inexpensive. Thank you very much.

Good morning 😄 I saw them in various stores the other day but I didn't want to rush yet so I went through and bought different ones 😅I like this series in summer 🥰.

Thank you for your comment, Tsuyodai.(*^^*) This series comes out seasonally. They are all unique and I always look forward to them. I heard that this raw type is very popular and in short supply. Be quick!

Junmai Ginjo 50 Series Omachi. This is an unfiltered raw sake type limited to this time of the year and is a much talked about product that has won numerous awards around the world. I happened to find it at my favorite local sake shop ❗️. It is delicious. Just as I imagined. Light fruity aroma like pineapple. It retains the mellow flavor common to Shichida, but is juicy with a freshness and fullness unique to nama-shu. The bitterness in the aftertaste is not unpleasant. It can hold a whole bottle.

It is a stable rice wine. It is still delicious. I had it once at an izakaya and fell in love with it, so I always buy it when I find it. This junmai ginjo is made from Yamadanishiki and Aomori's Hanasouri polished to 50%. It has the same elegant, full aroma and clear mouthfeel common to Tasake, with a wonderful balance of mild sweetness and bitterness.

I had a bottle of CEL-24 last year, but this was my first time drinking this sake. It has a fresh apple-like aroma. It is a smooth and clean sake with a good balance of acidity and sweetness. It is not too assertive and is perfect as a food sake. I prefer this to CEL-24.

I bought it last year because I was under the impression that it was delicious when I drank it while viewing cherry blossoms. It is made from non-standard rice (Kame-no-o), so although it is not labeled "junmai," it is a special junmai product. The aroma is weak, and there is a slight malted rice smell. It has a good mouthfeel and smoothness on the palate. It is not bad, but something is missing. Well, I guess it was something like this (--;)

We received Yoshida Shuzo's spring sake again, as we did last year. It is delicious. It has a clear flavor with a light gasiness and freshness. It has a gorgeous spring-like aroma. My hay fever is in great shape, and as I sipped it, I was deeply impressed by the fact that spring is near.

This shi-bi-en is my favorite among the seasonal brands of Kanbokuto Shuzo. It has a pleasant ginjo aroma that spreads the moment you open the bottle, and while it is light and dry, it has a pleasant bitterness and a good umami flavor without being unpleasant. Maybe I'm being too favorably criticized because I'm from Fukuoka, but I personally think that this sake could become a bit more famous.

Hi AKI 😃 I have also tried shi-bi-en's spring, summer, fall, and winter compilations, but winter is my favorite👍. As you said, it has bitterness and sharpness, so I think it will be popular, but there are only a few stores outside of Kyushu that carry it...

I had heard that it smelled like yogurt or dairy products, but to me it was a natural rice smell or the smell of koji rice. All of Laughing Four Seasons' sakes give the impression of being clear and characterized by acidity. It is unexpectedly dry and has a spicy taste that would go well with Western food.

I've been a fan of Imanishi Shuzo since I got a bottle of their sake called "Mimuro Sugi" before, and I hadn't seen it in a while at a local sake shop, so I bought it. It's really good. This is my favorite cheap and delicious sake. The aroma is citrusy, and the way it is brewed is exquisite, with a perfect balance of sourness, umami, and a hint of bitterness. I was surprised by the Mimuro Sugi, but this one is also delicious.

I bought it with high expectations because "Hananouka" is my favorite sake from Kumamoto. Personally, I give the edge to "Hana no Aka". Although it has a soft and full flavor unique to Yamada Nishiki, it lacks the punch of Junmai Daiginjo in terms of clarity. It's easy to drink, but it's not suitable as a sake for a meal. It would be better to drink it alone and enjoy it with a sip.

A local sake shop in my neighborhood went to Kayashima Sake Brewery in Oita Prefecture and fell in love with this product. It is a little cloudy and has a slight gassy feel on the tongue. The aroma is fruity and fresh with a hint of citrus. It's a little different from the Nishinoseki I've had before. The price is reasonable, and it is a good value.

I'll never betray "Saku". This one is also delicious😋 Sweet and fruity aroma. Gentle sweetness, rice flavor, light acidity, and a crisp dry taste. There are also prototypes of "Honochi" and "Genochi", which I would like to check out in the near future.

I took a two-week break for a medical checkup, and drank for the first time in a long time. This is the second bottle of "Amanoato" that I have had Junmai Daiginjo. The ginjo aroma is refreshing, and the taste is gentle and clear. It is an excellent sake that does not interfere with any dishes. It is easy to gulp down as a summer sake😋.

Nabeshima after a long time. It's a sake that needs no explanation😅. It's juicy, juicy all the way. It's also very fruity and gassy, with a nice bitter aftertaste. I've been avoiding it for a while because it's become too famous, but it's still good 😋.
