Kashima Shrine, Ikisu Shrine, Katori Shrine I visited and bought from the three shrines of Eastern Japan! This time we got Katori! Junmai Natural Sake 80 I've never tasted sake like this before! I've known the name for a while, but this is my first time drinking it. The rice is 100% Shukumei. It's fruity at first, but at the end, it hits you hard. It was easier to drink Gohyakumangoku, a special junmai, but I thought it had a common taste and passed it up. This one has more character. It is fruity and dry.

First Fushimi sake after debuting at Sake-no-wa! It's been a while since we went to Kyoto, so we decided to buy a bottle of Fushimi sake. The first time I took it out of the refrigerator, I had the impression that it was too alcoholic to be good for me😑. However, as the temperature gets closer to room temperature, the sweetness increases and it's nice 😳 It's mellow and easy to drink like Fushimi sake. It's delicious! A fellow triathlete was at Daimaru in Kyoto, A triathlete friend of mine was at Daimaru in Kyoto and bought it on the recommendation of the clerk. He asked me to come over to his house to drink it 🍾. Newly registered brand. Since the sake brewer could not be registered, the new brand is "Aizu Otokoyama" from Otokoyama Shuzo Brewery in Aizu Misato Town, Fukushima Prefecture. Its new brand name is "Wa". It has a mild aroma. It has a melon aroma and a hint of sweetness like caramel. The sweetness that is not too strong is impressive. There is some acidity. The aftertaste is strong alcohol. A strong bitterness also lingers. I have a feeling that it will be excellent with Japanese food.

I'm late to the party, but I'll be there❣️. This is a lightly nigorized version of another brand of Nara Kashiba's famous sake "Okura", Kinko❗️. I'm not sure what to make of it. I love the sizzling, crisp, refreshing taste of the active nigori 😆. I like both Okura and Kintsugi because they have their own unique 🥰 I'd like to enjoy it again soon ( ˊ̱˂˂ˋ̱ )
