I saw this one at a store I sometimes visit and have been curious about it for a long time. I tried Kanenaka, a sake made by Nakajimaya in Shunan City, Yamaguchi Prefecture. The label is very cool. The manager recommended this sake, and it won a prize at a competition in Paris, so I opened the bottle with high expectations. The first saké was cold and the first saké was, "Hmmm? It has a strong unique flavor... It's a bit peculiar because it's a sake brewed from a traditional sake brewery... It's not a good match for me... I think it would be better to warm it up 🤔. I opened it for 2 days and drank it.... It has some kind of sweetness, and it's indescribably rich and delicious 😳. This is what I mean when I say that the taste opens up. It's not for everyone by any means, but I thought it was a good sake with a sense of the creator's commitment. Thank you for the treat 🙏.

Although it's next door, I haven't had Osaka's sake yet. I was thinking of Akishika or Katanozakura for Osaka, but I found this one at AEON today while shopping. There is no outstanding sweetness or spiciness, but a well-balanced taste. It's a good sake for eating. When I paired it with yuba and fried eggplant with sesame oil, I felt like I could drink as much as I wanted 😋. Good sake in the neighborhood too👍.

There is no description on the 300ml bottle, but according to the official website, it seems to be called Shiboritate Nama-nihan-shu. It has a good balance of sweet and spicy and is easy to drink. Special Junmai Shiboritate Nama-shu from Ando Suigun 🏴☠️. Koji: Hanabukiyuki🌾Kakemai: Mashigure🌾. We got almost the bottom of the bottle🍶. The top aroma is sweet with a hint of richness. In the mouth, it has a mild sweetness and a full-bodied flavor with a hint of millet sugar. The finish is crisp and refreshing, as is typical of Aomori sake. Last year it was very light, perhaps because the rice was too hard, but this year it is very good 😊 (sorry to sound so arrogant). It was delicious 🍶🏴☠️
