It's fruity and schwarzy. It's sweet but has a stronger rice flavor than other Newborns. It's an adult's rice Ramune soda.

I wanted to try this sake because I heard that it is brewed separately from the regular Tokujun for Nama-zake.
I've been wanting to try it!

The balance of just the right amount of sourness and bitterness

I have a standard sake in one bottle and a seasonal sake in a four-pack 😊I usually put the one-pack and four-pack side by side and compare them at the same time😆It's great that you drink your premium sake in one bottle 👍🤣‼️

According to the SNS info from Kyoto's Shima Sake Shop, they didn't serve the standard special junmai raw without heating, but instead brewed it separately for the raw sake.
The aroma is slightly melon. Slightly effervescent and fresh. The bitterness lingers in the aftertaste.
It is easy to drink, and the freshness of the sake is kept to a minimum, so you will not get tired of drinking it.
It is better to drink it a little higher in temperature than when it is perfectly chilled to give it a more expansive flavor.
I almost agree with Manachie's review, so it's a bit of a rip-off 😅.

I bought it for a toast thinking it was a regular ALPHA, but after drinking it down, I realized it was suitable for hot sake😓 No, it was delicious, so it was totally fine.
