ヤスベェPurchased to drink to compare with Fireworks with Everyone in the Same Wind Forest.
It was a delicious sake, but I didn't feel the characteristics of the sake as the Fireworks with Everyone that we compared was a very impactful sake. ヤスベェIt has been a long time since I have been in the Wind Forest.
Decided to buy it because of its summery label.
It was delicious.
It was probably the best tasting Kaze no Mori I have ever had. ヤスベェWe drank at home on June 11.
For the first summer sake of the year, we decided on Kido, which is also a staple in our house.
Compared to spring's Kaorukaze, it is more refreshing, which is a characteristic of summer sake.
We will get through the hot season with summer sake. boukenIt is an unusual triple type of No77 yeast (malic acid), Yamahai yeast (lactic acid), and white malted rice (citric acid).
It has a strong sourness, so much so that it feels sour, but it is not unpleasant. It also has a sweet taste. It tastes better if it is not too cold. T.KISOGood evening, bouken😄.

I was a little hesitant when I saw the liquor store's product introduction, but when I tried it, it was surprisingly tasty with a good balance of acidity 😋I guess my senses are buggy after drinking some strong weirdo liquor at the offline meeting 🤣.

The name and the label of this sake looks like a summer sake, but it is a standard sake for all year round 😁 It is a nice and refreshing sake with a lingering aftertaste 😋.

I told the owner that I wanted to drink Jyushiyo.
The first thing he offered me was this Toyo Bijin Aizan

I didn't think it was a good sake at the time,

I have liked Magritte since I was in junior high school and I copied his works when I was in the art club 😆 Many other students also painted Magritte and he was very popular 😁.
I went to a Magritte exhibition in Kyoto a long time ago and I like him so much that I have a book of his works. If the label wasn't Magritte, I wouldn't have bought this collaboration 🙄.

It's not my usual rice, but it has a similar vibe to the Izumibashi I've had in the past. It felt spicier than Tazake.
It has a yogurt-like taste. A little citrus?
It might taste sweeter if you take it out of the fridge and let it sit for a while.
I thought the same thing about the rice wine, but I guess you can get the same taste even if you use different rice.
Personally, I preferred Tasake.

Raku-fu-mai was originally developed by Echi-no-homare in Niigata and it seems to be the first rice in Kanagawa prefecture to be designated as sake brewing rice.
