For today's new sake, we chose Houou Mita's Heki-ban new sake in honor of our Tochigi loving sakewa friends 😀.
For comparison, I chose Winter Higuma, Sanchi and Mutsu Hatsusen Nouveau 😀 😀.
I can't even compare them 😅.
I would say that the freshly opened Sanshu has the best taste, but the freshly opened Houou Mita was the best 😀.
I can't even begin to compare good sake 😅.
After all, they are all delicious 😀.
