We compared two bottles of Sono Kangiku and Fukuju's brewery limited nigori 😀.
The result of today's comparison was that both the wife and I agreed on Banshu Issen 😀.
Until now, Banshu Ikkenten had a strong image of dryness, but this sake was like a melon 😀.

Today's comparison was between Takachiyo and Brahma's new sake... Mrs. Takachiyo said that Brahma was the best when she drank it without eating anything, but Tasake was the best when she ate oily food 😀.

Actually, I spent my school days in Kumamoto prefecture and we always had a lot of fun with shochu 😅.
Among them, my favorite shochu was Nishi Shuzo's Takarazan series from Kagoshima prefecture 😀.
I always kept at least 3 kinds of shochu from the Takarazan series in my favorite store 😀.
This time, when I found out that Nishi Shuzo also has a Tenpyo of sake, I really wanted to try it 😀.
My impression is that I am even more impressed with this sake than I am with the shochu 😀.

A lot of things happened, but we managed to finish the move without any problems and had a drink at home for the first time 😀.
Even if it's the same drinking at home, the scenery is different, so it's a fresh feeling 😀.
The sake I chose for my first drink at home was from my hometown in Yamaguchi prefecture, a limited edition Otter Otters sake from the tank place kumi.
It is a sake that is only shipped twice in a year, so it was my first time to try it, but it was still delicious 😀.
It even had a fizzy feeling that you can't get with other otters, it was so good 😀.

We finally made it to Yasen.
I had heard of the name before, but could not get to Hachisen.
The sake was as delicious as the rumors said it would be.
This gave me a chance to enjoy Hachisen's hiyaoroshi. (already posted). ヤスベェThe second Japan Challenge was in Shizuoka Prefecture.
I decided to try Shizuoka's Isojiman.
I used to drink junmai (pure rice) style sake because I like the flavor of rice in sake, but this time I tried Isojiman's honjozo.
I felt a little sad because I could not taste much rice flavor.
I think this sake is very easy to drink and you can drink it as much as you want, but next time I would definitely like to try the junmai type. ヤスベェUntil now, when I drank a sake that I liked, I would compare the same series of sake.
Recently, I joined Sake-no-wa and after reading your posts, I decided that I would like to try a variety of sakes and conquer Japan.
The first sake I tried was from Fukushima prefecture.
I chose 寫楽, which is a very tasty sake that makes good use of Omachi.

It was a delicious sake, but I didn't feel the characteristics of the sake as the Fireworks with Everyone that we compared was a very impactful sake. RecommendedContentsSectionView.title
