It's been a super long time since I've had a drink at home at Yuki no Bijin.
I've been wanting to have a drink ever since I heard about the heavy rain damage, but I wasn't able to drink because I wasn't in line at the right time to go...
The rice is Misato Nishiki, which is not mentioned on the bottle.
It has a fresh and crisp taste with a sweet muscat-like flavor. It also has acidity and is delicious. The aftertaste is short.
It tastes best when it is just opened, and after a few days, it becomes more "al" 🤔.

Yukimi! It's delicious 😋 We had a Yamada Nishiki No.6 yeast a while ago that was a dostrike ⚾️ with not too sweet and sour that we like 🤗.
